i do think the shooter was fully ready to be caught, though. he had a handwritten manifesto on his person decrying the american healthcare system. we live in maybe the most advanced surveillance state in the world and as fun as it was to imagine the guy would get away forever, it was never gonna happen and i’m sure he knew that. the fact that he was at a mcdonalds instead of like, hiding out somewhere eating canned beans, shows to me that he did what he set out to do and made peace with whatever happens next. also we now get to hear him speak publicly so maybe he’ll rally the people lol.

anyway, if you live or know someone who lives in new york now is the time to tell everyone about jury nullification, the most important part of which is to NOT MENTION JURY NULLIFICATION if you are selected as a juror
