NEW GENERATION is a predebut single released by VIXENS. it was released on JANUARY 7, 2024 by FLOWERBANK ENTERTAINMENT. NEW GEN is a look into the members of VIXENS’ lives as new faces in the kpop sphere. following the story of four girls who can’t seem to put their phones down, the accompanying music video showcasing a blurring between the real self and an online personality, pushing the boundaries between what is real and what is not through sweet vocals and disarming shots of friends having fun.

౨ৎ the release had mixed reviews, of course. almost fresh off the coals of sumin’s abrupt leaving, fans were either excited about the single dropping or disregarded the group altogether. majority of the comments were fans fighting amongst themselves about whether or not sumin had been forced from the group and if the bullying allegations were even true.

౨ৎ in an unexpected turn of events, sumin herself issued support for the girls in a soon deleted instagram post, applauding the girls for such an amazing song. sumin expressed deep regret for her actions, stating she wished she could go back in time stop herself and her actions. all in all, she wished the girls good luck. fans were not sure whether or not to praise her for supporting the girls even when she nearly cost them their debut or to chalk it up to her banking on the girls’ success.

౨ৎ discourse aside, VIXENS were praised for their melodic vocals and soft sound as they truly did look like a group of friends having fun. praise especially was hailed for MEI and XIÙ’s melodic high notes in towards the end of the song, MISO’s dancing abilities, and HYEJIN’s impressive range — many predicting the quartet would give many prominent girl groups a run for their money.

౨ৎ the music video garnered a startling 1.6 MILLION views within the first 24 hours, shocking not only netizens but the girls themselves. online forums speculated it being from the media surrounding the group, but the girls had no complaints. VIXENS would later release a 30 second video celebrating the success to their social media, further heightening the humility and gratefulness the group had become synonymous with. in a heartwarming caption, the group would thank fans and viewers for sticking with them this far, promising new, better, and greater things in the future.

following her elimination churai later went to participate on survival show PRODUCE 48, competing with many other trainees for a chance at debut. going through various episodes churai passed all episodes with flying colours, coming out rank number six and debuting later in twenty eighteen as a member of short lived girl group iz*one.

after the disbandment of iz*one fans were sure that churai would re debut, claiming that if not it would be a loss of a well rounded star. rumors of her re debut spiked in twenty twenty with TALENT BOX ENTERTAINMENT but decreased again following the announcement of the rumors being fake. it was once again claimed that she would re debut in march of twenty twenty, as pictures of her with HYBE’s ceo along with fellow former iz*one members chaewon && sakura were released, the rumors being confirmed both by her && HYBE.

churai goes on to debut on may second, twenty twenty two with four other girls under the stage name HEAVEN, being LE SSERAFIM’s unconfirmed main rapper and fotg.

SYSTEMIC LIFE is a company founded by kwon minhee in XXXX with the mission to eventually eliminate all humans. kwon believed that the things that made us humans, things like emotions, made us weak. if we eliminated what made us human, that would make us powerful.

SYSTEMIC LIFE would pump out androids left and right, finding immense success in reimbursing society after eliminating the civilians that originally lived there. but with how quickly that they were pumping out these androids, the more susceptible they were to defects. while most defects were minor, like the wrong hair color or something, some were more severe, such as the androids being aware, feeling emotions and pain like a human would.

by the time that the company realized the problem it was too late, too many of them had already been put out into the world. so they began to hunt them down, any trace of emotion or pain, would lead to elimination immediately.

that’s where the GLITCH members come in, all six of them are “defected”. because them being defected makes them a target, it means they are constantly on the run from the officers.
