I can read but the words are mostly gibberish, while my brain tries to gaslight me into believing that what I'm reading is actually true language.

I've heard it said that most people can't read in their dreams. I can, so I'm wondering how prevalent that is. And how many potentially lucid dreamers use this as a clue that they're currently dreaming.
