I sobbed so hard at the end... Haru was my favorite and I wasn't expecting the ending at all :( It was still kind of bittersweet, and I loved the story..
i just finished the manga ‘one room of happiness’ and at first I was like “hm this is a little odd” but then i got to the end and now im crying
Haru's and Sachi's relationship being non romantic means a lot to me. And I'm not saying that in a eww that's icky she's fourteen way, but that in being platonic it opened so many more windows for their dynamic. Not to mention this is a central relationship that the entire story revolves around and that's so rare to find in non plot driven media. It's even made explicitly clear there are no romantic feelings involved at least on Haru's side (Sachi's feelings may be more complex and it's left up to interpretation) but at the end of the day it's still not romantic in nature at all.
They have one of the most compelling relationships because they don't neatly fit into any boxes; they aren't lovers, or siblings, or parent and child, or friends, or savior and victim, or even captor and captive. All you can know is that they love each other and I think that's beautiful.
this is epic and terrifying at the same time holy shit
Robots are funnier than us
finally someone said it
The ice age movies where a key part of everyone i knows childhood but i never see anybody talk about them. So weird that they would have so much cultural impact on a whole generation then just disappear
me in the kitchen whenever my mom's cooking during winter
More doodles, except this time, it's me trying to figure out how to draw seven in my style (very hard cus idk what my style is 💀)
Another one for the books, yes I made this and I’m ill. I posted this on my thirteen acc but added a watermark since that place is just littered w people ignoring credit for memes n art
I can safely say I am the number one fan of Haru and Matsubase from one room of happiness.... the fan base is basically non-existent 😭😭😭😭
