Hello :), we know your thoughts on dogs Mista Gaiman, what about cats?
I went through a period of about twenty years when I never had fewer than five cats living in my house, and normally had about eight or nine, if you included the two mad sisters in the basement who did not mingle. And when the last of them but one died (her name was Princess) I felt like I'd been there for so many dead and dying cats, and had buried too many friends (not including Furball, who was hit by a car and I didn't find out about it until it was too late to find and bury her, although I hunted for her body along the country road for a day) and that I was okay in future with not looking after any more cats.
If I wind up living somewhere else that cats appear at my back door and move in, I won't throw them out, but I don't want to seek out more cats. Too many goodbyes, too many heartbreaks.
(And for that matter, it's been a little over a decade since Cabal died and I'm only now starting to imagine a world where, if I live somewhere else, I might possibly share my life with a dog again.)

Does anyone want to see the presentation I made on what historical fashion trends we should bring back and which should burn in hell I made for a PowerPoint party?

tired: mermaids are all women
wired: much like elves, merfolk are mistaken by sailors for being all women because they have long hair and are very pretty
I set myself a challenge to draw every day in August. I didn't get through the whole month but I thought I'd share some of my favourites on here too.
This one was from day 5
The body of Molu Zarpeleh, 10, who was reported missing last Thursday night, was recovered from a privately-owned retention pond along 12th Street South around 8:40 a.m. Friday after authorities searched the pond, according to a new release from the City of Brookings.
A tip that Zarpeleh had been pushed into the pond that circulated on social media has been redacted by the tipster, said Chelsea Bakken, public information officer for the City of Brookings. Investigators also reported that tips they received Friday related to circumstances surrounding the incident were not true but won’t state why. Police are ignoring it and ruling it an “accidental drowning but his mother says differently.
“A 10-year-old boy would not just take his sandals off and walk into the water,” she said. “He didn’t know how to swim.”
Brookings police and the Brookings Fire Department searched for Zarpeleh until about 2:30 a.m. Friday before the search was stopped due to safety concerns, poor lighting and murky water, the release states. Searchers used pumps from Brookings Municipal Utilities and Brookings County to remove about 300,000 gallons of water from the pond during the resumed search Friday morning
“Molu died, but I can’t say ‘was’ yet,” Mole said. “He’s my first child. He’s my only son. I don’t want to use the word ‘was.’ I can’t imagine him not living.”

all i want is a super hero story where the villain is monologuing and the hero doesnt interrupt!!! like the villain is going on and on but when he looks at the hero, expecting them to have escaped or fallen asleep or some rude gag, he sees the hero listening intently, asking him to go on and telling him that its fascinating. and so this happens every time the villain captures the hero, he does his monologue and the hero actually pays attention!! and so the villain starts actually just telling the hero why hes a villain, whatever drove him to do this, he just talks. and the hero listens. and they become friends, they work through the villains issues and reintroduce himto normal life and its pure!! and nice!!! and i just want villains working through their shit with the hero yknow?? if you know any examples of something like this tell me because i l i ve for it
tldr: hero listens to villain’s monologue because its interesting!! and he put time into it!!! eventual trust and friendship
