A Billy Hargrove x Henderson!reader oneshot
Word count: 3,560ish (sorry)
(Y/n) climbed out of her car and shut the door. Scanning the parking lot, she saw her best friend Jonathan’s car parked in it’s normal spot next to Steve Harrington’s. After looking around a little more she decided that her friends had already headed inside.
“Alright Dus, I’ll see you after school. No bullshitting around afterwards either if you boys really wanna go to the arcade. Okay?” she said, tossing her little brother his bag from the backseat. Dustin nodded and shouted bye before rushing off towards the middle school. (Y/n) shook her head after him and started towards the doors of the high school.
The halls were crowded as usual but she immediately picked out Steve’s hair from the crowd and walked towards him. Nancy and Jonathan were standing in front of Steve’s locker with him, waiting on (Y/n)’s arrival most likely. They looked to be having a very animated conversation as she approached them.
“Yeah! And then Tommy hit the ground, I thought he was dead there for a minute,” Steve laughed as he recounted the events from the party the night before.
“I bet (Y/n) would have loved to see that,” Nancy teased as she noticed her friend approaching them. Hunter smirked.
“What? Tommy getting knocked out? You’re damn right I would’ve loved to see that,” she said, shoving Nancy’s arm playfully. Jonathan rolled his eyes playfully.
“Not just that,” he said bemusedly. “You would’ve loved to see who did it too.” Steve nodded along vigorously. Hunter quirked a brow at this and crossed her arms.
“So spill then, who beat the hell out of Tommy last night?” she asked. The three teens standing in front of her shared a look before Nancy cracked a smile.
“Hargrove,” she stated, a teasing look on her face. (Y/n)’s smile faltered slightly, not enough for the boys to catch, but Nancy noticed right away. (Y/n) rolled her eyes and tried to play it cool.
“Okay, and?” she asked rhetorically. “Why should I care what Hargrove does in his free time?” Nancy’s eyes grew to the size of dinner plates as she stared at her friend.
“Tommy has been pestering you for months and now that Hargrove beat his ass you play like you don’t care?” Nancy asks like she can’t believe what she is hearing. (Y/n) just shrugs as the guys look between the two ladies.
“I don’t know why he got his ass beat so I don’t really see the point in talking about it if it doesn’t involve me, Nance. Ya know?” she says with ease. Truth be told, (Y/n) had the biggest crush on Billy Hargrove and although she would never admit it to anyone, not even Jonathan, everyone in their small group could see it.
Before Nancy could reply, the bell rang to signal the start of school. (Y/n) waved goodbye to her friends as she walked in the opposite direction of the trio. The three of them had english first whereas (Y/n) had history. Walking into the classroom, she took her seat at her usual desk and pulled her notes out of her bag. Mr.Fink, the history teacher, was out for the day so the class had nothing to do. Usually on days like this she would just study the notes she had taken the day before.
After everyone had filed into the room, the sub started taking roll. Half the class had apparently skipped because there was barely anybody there. (Y/n) was focused on her notes so she didn’t look up to see who had sat down beside her.
“Hargrove?” the sub asked. A deep voice sounded from her right side and shivers ran up her spine. Billy Hargrove was sitting right next to her. “Henderson?” the sub continued. She raised her left hand.
“Here ma'am,” she replied politely before focusing her gaze back on her paper and trying to ignore Billy’s presence. Boy was that a hard thing to do with him this close to her.
“Hey Henderson, you got a pencil I can borrow?” Billy asked, leaning up on his elbows. Hunter reached down into her bag for one of her extras and turned to the man beside her.
“You can keep it if you-” (Y/n) started as she looked over at him. “Billy, what happened?” she asked worriedly as she took in the state of his face. He had a busted lip and a black eye that looked fresh. Billy narrowed his eyes.
“Nothing. Thanks for the pencil,” he said flatly as he snatched the pencil from her hand. She looked at him inquisitively before returning to her notes, glancing at him every so often to see if he was okay. His expression didn’t change for the whole class. It wasn’t long before the bell rang, telling the students to make their way to their next class. (Y/n) had two more classes with Billy before the day was over, he didn’t sit next to her again.
“Hey Steve!” (Y/n) shouted as she made her way across the parking lot after school let out. Steve looked over at her from where he was standing with Jonathan and Nancy at their cars.
“What’s up (Y/n/n)?” he asked as she approached. She tossed her bag to the ground and sat on the hood of his car.
“Did Billy have a busted lip last night after he got into that fight with Tommy?” she asked. “Or a black eye?” Jonathan furrowed his eyebrows and studied his best friends expression. Steve leaned on the hood next to her.
“Tommy barely got any hits in last night. And I don’t think any landed near Hargrove’s face. Did they Nance?” Steve replied, turning towards Nancy for clarification. Nancy shook her head. (Y/n) frowned and looked in the direction of her car. Most of the parking spots were empty now that everyone had left. Only one car remained parked next to hers. Hargrove’s car.
“Okay,” she said. “I was just wondering. I’m gonna go get the kids and take them to the arcade. They can stay at my place tonight and then I’ll drop them home in the morning. Would you mind letting Mrs.Sinclair know, Jonathan?” Jonathan nodded and (Y/n) climbed down from where she was seated. Steve got into his car and Nancy walked over to hers. Jonathan grabbed (Y/n)’s hand before she could walk off.
“Hey, I’m sure Billy is fine. Don’t worry too much okay?” he said, pulling her into a hug. She nodded against his chest and let go. Waving goodbye to her best friend, she made her way over to her car and started it up. If the kids wanted to go to the arcade they would need to leave soon.
• • •
(Y/n) pulled up to the arcade and put her car in park. The boys began unbuckling and grabbing at the doors, eager to get out and go into the building. She hit the lock button on her door before turning around to face the kids.
“7 o'clock, got it? If you still wanna go to Rosie’s then we gotta leave here at a decent time. Don’t be late,” she said before unlocking the doors and allowing the boys to climb out. They all shouted variations of “okay” before rushing inside. (Y/n) shook her head and laughed before getting out and shutting her door. She sat on the hood of her car, debating on what to do while she waited on her brother and his friends. She thought about going next door to the book store but her thoughts were cut short when a familiar blue Camero roared into the parking lot and parked beside her. A girl with firey red hair stepped out of the car and slammed the door before rushing to the entrance of the arcade. The window to the passenger door was down on the Camero so she hopped off of her hood and walked over to the car.
“Hey there Hargrove,” she said, leaning down to look inside the car. Billy peeled his eyes away from the entrance to the building and looked at her. He had a suspicious look on his face.
“Oh so you’re stalking me now huh?” he sassed as he turned the car off. (Y/n) raised a brow at him and shook her head.
“Nope, that’d be creepy,” she replied. Billy nodded in agreement.
“So what are you doing here then? You know, besides stalking me,” he retorted. (Y/n) stood back up and leaned against her driver door. Billy opened his door and got out, leaning his elbows on the roof and facing her.
“I brought my brother and his friends up here. Then we’re going to Rosie’s. I take it you brought Max?” she replied. She knew he had brought Max because she had seen her walk in the Arcade but she didn’t know what to say to him so she just stated the obvious. Billy nodded as he pulled a pack of smokes out of his jacket pocket and perched one between his lips. He held the carton out to (Y/n) but she declined his offer.
“Not a smoker huh?” Billy asked, placing the smokes back in his jacket. She scoffed at the suggestion.
“Not by a long shot,” she said, crossing her arms. Billy inhaled and blew the smoke out of his mouth, creating a haze around his face that was hard to see through. Even through the cloud of smoke, she could still clearly see his busted lip. She swallowed hard and tried to muster up the courage to ask him what had happened. She didn’t want a repeat of what happened in history that morning. Billy broke the silence before she could ask.
“Sorry about this morning, I didn’t mean to scare you or anything. I’m just not used to people worrying about me is all,” he said quietly, he was so quiet (Y/n) almost missed what he said completely.
“It’s okay Billy, I heard you got into it with Tommy last night and then I saw your eye and busted lip and I just got a little worried. You don’t have to apologize,” she replied, trying to think of what else to say to him. Billy shook his head and opened his mouth to say something but no words came out.
“It wasn’t Tommy,” Billy said after a minute. He looked at the ground for a while before he risked a glance at the girl in front of him. She had her brows knit and had stepped forward to lean on the roof of his car opposite him.
“You wanna talk about it?” (Y/n) asked carefully. Billy hesitated a minute before shaking his head. He didn’t want her pity. He had never told anyone about his dad so why should he tell this girl he barely knew. (Y/n) nodded in understanding before getting an idea.
“Well I heard there’s a new shipment of records and cassettes over at Ray’s. You wanna go check it out while we wait on the kids? If you don’t have any plans that is,” she suggested. Billy looked up at her and smiled ever so slightly.
“Let’s do it,” he said. “I wanna see if they have the new Metallica album in yet.” (Y/n) smiled back at him.
“Yeah, mom’s stupid cat tore up my Led Zeppelin cassette. Guess I should get a new one.” With that being said, the two teens walked across the street and into Ray’s Records where they spent the next two hours browsing music and talking about bands.
• • •
(Y/n) and Billy walked out of Ray’s right at 7 o'clock, each holding a box with cassettes in them. Billy had found the new Metallica cassette he had been looking for as well as some Motley Crue cassettes he’d been trying to get his hands on. (Y/n) had picked up a couple Led Zeppelin cassettes and a Metallica poster since Mews shredded hers. By the time the two of them reached their cars, the boys and Max were standing outside looking for them.
“Where have you been? You said 7 o'clock sharp. It’s 7:05!” Dustin said as the teens approached them. The older Henderson raised an eyebrow at her little brother.
“I said you had be out here at seven. I never said I would be here at seven sharp,” she replied, unlocking her car and sliding her box into the front seat. She stood back up and guestured for the boys to get in the car. Max had already climbed into the Camero and settled in, waiting on Billy.
“Thanks Henderson,” Billy said as he opened his door. (Y/n) smiled at him and nodded. Just as he was about to get in she turned back to him.
“Hey, do you and Max wanna grab dinner over at Rosie’s with me and the boys? I don’t know if you’ve been to Rosie’s yet but she has some kick-ass burgers,” she said, playing with her keys nervously. She was scared that she had over stepped her boundaries for the night. But to her surprise, Billy smiled at her over the roof of his car.
“Lead the way. We’ll follow behind you,” Billy replied before ducking into the Camero. (Y/n) quickly got situated in her seat and popped in her new Houses of the Holy cassette before starting her car and driving the five mile stretch of road to the diner.
“Why were you hanging out with that asshole?” Dustin questioned as his sister drove. She just rolled her eyes at her little brother and turned volume on the radio up. It didn’t take but a few minutes to make it to Rosie’s. After parking in her usual spot, (Y/n) got out and pulled her seat forward to let the boys pile out. Billy pulled up beside her, his Kill ‘Em All cassette blaring as loud as he could stand it.
“You’re gonna blow your eardrums out doing that Billy,” (Y/n) joked as Billy shut his door.
“Oh like yours was any quieter,” he retorted. The kids looked between the two of them with confusion written across their faces. They had never seen Billy act this way with anyone. She smiled over at him as she herded the kids toward the door. Billy grabbed the door handle before she could and held it open for her. Max gave the guys a bewildered look before sitting down at a table for four. Mike pulled an extra chair up to the table so the could all sit down. Billy and (Y/n) made themselves comfortable in a booth a little ways away from the kids.
“Today was fun,” she stated as she looked over her menu. Billy looked over his menu at her before he replied.
“Yeah, it was. Thank you,” he said. He wasn’t entirely sure what he was thanking her for but he felt the need to say it. (Y/n) put her menu down in front of her and looked at him.
“Hey Billy can I ask you something?” she questioned, lacing her fingers together in front of her. Billy eyed her over his menu, trying to figure out what she wanted to ask.
“Sure,” he replied cautiously. She seemed to be gathering her thoughts before speaking. This left Billy a little on edge.
“I don’t mean to pry,” she started. Billy furrowed his brows at this, it couldn’t be good. “But this morning when I asked what happened you seemed really in edge. I know you said you didn’t want to talk about it but I just need to know you’re okay. You don’t have to go into detail if you don’t want to because I know opening up to someone you barely know can be really strange. I just need to make sure everything will be okay, that you’ll be okay. You know?” she said. The longer she talked the more nervous she got. Billy was studying her as she spoke. He couldn’t detect anything that showed she wanted to hurt him. If anything, she looked scared. And by some strange miracle, Billy found himself wanting to open up to her.
“It wasn’t Tommy that did this,” Billy said slowly. He took a deep breath before continuing. “My dad and I got into it. He was mad because I was a little late getting home and he was drunk so it wasn’t necessarily a very good night. But I’m okay, I promise. Everything is okay,” Billy said, he started tearing up about halfway through his explination. He had never told anyone about what horrors he faced at home, and while he didn’t tell (Y/n) everything it was clear that she understood what he was saying.
“Billy, if you ever need to talk about this or you need a place to go I want you to know that my door is always open. Okay? I don’t care what time it is or what I’m doing, if you need someone to lean on I’m here for you. I promise,” she said, looking Billy straight in the eyes. It hurt her heart to know that his own father had caused his injuries. She was going to say more but the waitress walked up to their table before she could.
“Hey there (Y/n), what can I get the two of you tonight?” Cassie asked, pulling a pen and a pad of paper from her apron. (Y/n) looked from her to Billy to see that his expression had gone from broken and vulnerable to stoic in less than a minute.
“I think I’ll take the usual. Hawkins Classic, fries, and chocolate shake. Billy?” she replied, handing the menu to Cassie. Billy closed his menu and handed it over as well.
“I’ll take the same,” he said simply and Cassie wrote it down.
“Two Classics coming right up,” Cassie said and smiled as she walked away.
“You like the Classic?” she asked Billy, trying to lighten the mood. Billy gave her a small smile.
“You’re the tour guide tonight, if you like it it’s bound to be good. You said their burgers were kick-ass anyway right?” he replied. (Y/n) smiled and rolled her eyes. She liked this side of Billy.
• • •
The two teens made light conversation over their meal. (Y/n) kept an eye on their group of kids since they were directly in her line of sight and Dustin kept glaring at the back of Billy’s head. She rolled her eyes at this childish behavior.
“My brother is glaring at you,” she stated as she popped a fry in her mouth. Billy raised an eyebrow and glanced over his shoulder. Dustin realized that he had been caught and looked absolutely horrified. He whipped his head around so fast he was scared that he may have given himself whiplash.
“Not anymore,” Billy stated matter-of-factly as he took another bite of his burger. “This is so good.” (Y/n) laughed at his comment.
“I told you. Best burgers in Hawkins,” she replied, picking up her shake and taking a sip. Billy chuckled once she put it down. Not knowing what he was laughing at, (Y/n) furrowed her brows together.
“What’s so funny?” she asked, laughing with him. God his laugh was contagious. Billy caught his breath before answering.
“You got a little something there Henderson,” Billy said, motioning to his own mouth. (Y/n)’s cheeks grew pink in embarrassment as she hastily wiped at her face with her napkin. Billy grinned when she put her napkin down and looked at him.
“Is it gone?” she asked. Billy shook his head a little before pulling on the sleeve of his shirt.
“C'mere,” he said, beckoning the girl towards him. She leaned over slightly and Billy wiped the last of the whipped cream off of her face with his shirt. “There, it’s gone.”
“Thanks,” she said shyly, looking back down at her almost empty plate. Billy nodded and picked up his own shake before drinking half if it in one go. (Y/n)’s eyes widened. “If you aren’t careful you’re gonna give yourself a brain freeze,” she laughed. Billy shrugged and continued eating his food.
After finishing their meals, the group of kids and their two chaperones made their way out of the small diner and back to their cars. Hunter let the boys climb in before she moved her seat back where it was supposed to be.
“Hey (Y/n),” Billy said from his door. That was the first time he’d called her by her first name that night. “What are you doing tomorrow?” She looked at him with raised brows. She was honestly a little shocked that he had asked.
“Nothing that I know of, since it’s Saturday and all. Why?” she replied. Billy fiddled with his hands a little before answering.
“There’s this music festival going on all day tomorrow a few towns over from here. You wanna go?” He posed his question carefully. He didn’t want to make it sound like a date and scare her off. (Y/n) smiled at him and considered his offer.
“I’d love to Billy. That sounds amazing,” she replied. Billy smiled confidently and nodded.
“I’ll pick you up at noon tomorrow. Be ready,” he said before lowering himself into his car and shutting his door. (Y/n) did the same and smiled to herself like an idiot. Dustin and the rest of the boys gave her a incredulous look as she started her car up.
The first thing she did after she got home was get all the boys blankets and pillows to sleep with. After she was confident that her troop of children would be okay for the night, she grabbed the phone in her room and laid on her bed. She dialed the number she knew so well and waited for someone to pick up.
“Hello?” a tired voice on the other end of the line answered.
“Jonathan, I think I just scored a date with Billy Hargrove.”

Pairings: Billy x Henderson!Reader Words: 712 Summary: Billy opens up to you when he needs someone most. Part: 2/2 A/N: This one is significantly shorter than the first part but I needed to finish it somehow and this is what happened. Not my best work, but it does what it needs to do. I hope you enjoy! Also, I’m fairly certain that it never said anything about Billy’s mom, so I made everything about his mom up.
Part 1
The two of you lay on your bed in a thick silence, staring at the ceiling. Thoughts consume your brain as you stare into the darkness. Billy opens his mouth several times but closes after a moment, unsure what to say or how to even talk about his repressed feelings.
“Who hit you?” You couldn’t bear the deafening quiet any longer.
“Steve,” Billy was quick to respond, “Steve Harrington.” His voice holds anger as he spits the name.
“Steve…” You wait for Billy to correct his answer, but he never does, “Okay,” You say with a sigh, “You don’t have to tell me, just know that I’m here when you decide to tell the truth.”
“I just said Steve hit me,” Billy hisses in efforts not to wake your mom and brother in the rooms just a few doors down.
“Yeah, I heard you the first time but I know Steve, he wouldn’t hit you unless you gave him a reason to.” Billy rolls his eyes and silence settles between the two of you once more. “You don’t have to lie to me, whatever you want to say will stay between us. I’m not trying to force you into talking but I’m trying to be your friend here, you just have to let me.” You turn slightly to face him, his eyes are locked on the quiet ceiling fan, the shadows from his curls cascade onto your pillow in the illuminating moonlight. Billy doesn’t utter a word. “Okay, you want to lay in silence? We’ll lay in silence.” Your eyes find their way back to the ceiling, content with his company.

Ahhhhhhh!!!!! I’m really excited for this series
Summary: After a party and quite a lot of drinking Y/n Stark finds herself in quite a predicament // Part Two
Warnings: teen pregnancy, language
Author’s Note: I guess this is a multiple part thing now? Also I’m not from nyc so the times it takes to get from place to place is definitely not accurate it’s probably more like a couple hours but whatever
Once I got to my room and calmed my breathing, Bucky and Steve sat down on the foot my bed.
“How’d it happen, kiddo?”
“I-I went to a party with Peter. We got d-drunk and the next thing I knew I w-woke up next to him.” I told them, my hiccups interrupting.
“How far along are you?” Steve sounded disappointed.
“Four and a half months.” They both snapped their heads from the floor to me.
“And you haven’t had any prenatal care?” Bucky started.
“Or ultrasounds?” Steve finished. I shook my head as I wiped away tears with the back of my hand.
They both embraced me from the side as my gasps and hiccups slowed. “If you need anything-“
Steve was interrupted by pounding on the door. “Y/n Stark open this fucking door right now.” I flinched back on instinct. “Unlock the fucking door Y/n!”
Steve got up and opened the door making sure to put his body between me and my livid father.
“Rogers move.” He growled.
“No Tony, you need to calm down.”
Bucky shoved me over to my closet and threw me a bag. “You need to get out of here. He’s not going to calm down anytime soon.” I nodded and started to throw random articles of clothing into the bag. I grabbed a toothbrush and toothpaste out of my bathroom and stood in the middle of my room as Steve tried to persuade my Dad to calm down.
Bucky grabbed my shoulder and spun me around. “I’m gonna help Steve push him into the hallway and block him, okay? You’re gonna run. Don’t take the elevator he’ll shut it down. Run until you can’t feel your legs. Go to Peter’s.” I nodded as I hugged him.
“Thank you.” I took a deep breath as he walked up to Steve and placed an arm around his waist, whispering something into his ear.
Not a second after my dad had been pushed into the hallway and I took off running. I only heard the faint screams of my dad but didn’t stop as I blocked them out.
I whipped myself around the corner of the staircase and opted to slide down the rail instead of run down them. Four minutes later I was down the stairs and running out the front door, ignoring the strange looks from the staff and passerby in the lobby.
I ran until my lungs begged for oxygen and legs burned and tingled. No less then twenty minutes later I was at Peter’s front door on the verge of passing out. May caught me in her arms.
“Honey what happened?” She asked worriedly.
“My dad…found out…very angry…” I said in between pants. She pulled me closer and offered me a cup of water, which I gladly accepted.
I tried to pull together my thoughts as I sipped the water slowly. My eyes raced around the room in front of me, looking for a suitable place to zone out.
I was on the cusp of letting my eyes flutter closed when May walked back into the room, cellphone in hand.
“I just got off the phone with Peter and the doctor’s office.” I sat up straight and listened attentively. “Peter’s on his way home right now, he just had some Spidey business to take care of and my doctor can take you for an emergency appointment right now.”
“Emergency?” I almost whispered. “Is something wrong?”
“Well you’re halfway through your pregnancy and haven’t had any prenatal care, I’d assume.” I nodded. “So they want to get you in and make sure everything’s okay.”
I exhaled deeply and bit my lip as I leaned my head back against the back of the couch.
“Why is he like this? I know I fucked up, but I need someone right now.” I lifted my head to look at May.
“He just needs time sweetie that’s all. He’ll come around.” She sat next to me and started to rub my arm comfortingly.
“But what if he doesn’t? What if I’m stuck on the run from him forever? I know he wants me to have an abortion, I know it, but I don’t want one, I want this baby. I want my baby.” I said leaning into her touch.
“If he doesn’t want you with this baby, then so be it, we’re your family too now.” I gave May a small smile before our conversation was cut short by Peter bursting through his bedroom door, mask still on.
“What happened?” He asked grabbing the top of his mask and pulling it off before throwing it into his room.
“My dad found out. He’s not happy.” The panic on his face was replaced with sadness and sympathy. He walked over and placed a kiss on my cheek.
“It’ll be alright.” I gave a small nod.
“Alright guys, we have an appointment to get to.” May announced.
Peter helped me up and out of the building, no matter how many times I told him I was fine.
It was a short ride and short wait as we went to the hospital May worked at. I laid down on the paper covered table as the doctor beside me readied the machine in front of her.
“So you haven’t had any previous care done by a professional?” She asked as she typed away at her computer.
“No ma’am.”
“And you’re four and a half months along?” I nodded my head and waited for another question, but none came.
“Alright Ms. Stark,” she enunciated ‘Stark’ as if it meant anything to me. Everybody knew who I was and doctor-patient confidentiality confirmed that no one else would know unless she didn’t want her job anymore and was fine with thousands of dollars of fines. “I’m just gonna put this on your belly now.” She gestured towards the gel-like liquid in her right hand.
“Okay.” It came out as barely a whisper and truth be told, I was terrified that I somehow fucked up this baby like I fucked everything else in my life up. I closed my eyes in an attempt to stop tears from falling whenI felt the cold gel on my stomach. I didn’t open my eyes as the technician moved the gel around with the wand, or when I heard her typing away at something. I didn’t open my eyes until she removed the product from my stomach and began to speak.
“Well she looks awfully healthy for a baby that hasn’t had any care. I’d say you’re pretty lucky.” I repalyed that sentence in my head over and over again until it finally clicked.
“S-She?”
“Oh my God, I’m so sorry, did you not want to know?” The doctor flailed to cover up her mistake.
“No! It’s fine, I wanted to! T-Thank you.” I could feel tears start to prick the corners of my eyes.
The doctor pressed her hand to the center of her chest, “Oh, okay. Thank goodness! Well then, you’re good to go.”
I thanked her once again before meeting May and Peter outside the room.
Peter stood up almost immediately, “So how’d it go?”
I bit my lip to try to suppress my grin, “We’re having a girl, Pete.” I watched his face light up as he let out a small giggle.
“A baby girl?” I nodded as he picked me up and kissed me.
“Baby, put me down. We’re in public.” I squealed.
I looked past Peter to May, who had a smile on her face. I embraced her as well, thanking her for her once again.
We made our way out to May’s car making sure to pull up our hoodies and put on sunglasses to reassure that no civilians would recognize us.
We were here on our way home when Peter’s phone wouldn’t stop buzzing.
“Peter just pick up your damn phone please.”
“I already know who it is.” He said not even bothering to look into the back seat where I was.
“If it’s my Dad then just answer it for Christ’s sake.” I groaned, “I can’t stand the buzzing.”
He sighed loudly before picking up the phone.
“What’s up Mr. Stark?”
“Nope I haven’t seen Y/n. Why?”
“She ran away? Why?”
“She’s pregnant?”
“Alright I have to go Mr. Stark I’ll let you know if I find her.” He ended the call before muttering, “Bullshit,” under his breath.
“Peter, you didn’t have to lie to him. I can hold my own.”
“I’m not letting him near you. We both know he doesn’t want this baby and he’ll do whatever he needs to make sure we don’t have it.” He looked back and took my hand in his. “I love you.”
“I love you too.” I picked up my own phone for the first time in a couple hours just to find hundreds of texts from the team and my dad. I rolled my eyes and ignored them, opting to check twitter instead. Some of the things people post make me laugh even if I’m in one of the shittiest places of my life.
I was was expecting stupid memes or stories that probably didn’t happen but instead I got smacked with news story upon news story.
‘Y/n Stark? Pregnant? The young Stark was seen exiting a hospital with her boyfriend, Peter Parker and his guardian this afternoon. Stark was wearing baggy clothes compared to her normal tight, fashionable clothing. Tony Stark was nowhere to be seen, what does this say about their relationship and current situation. Stay posted with current updates here!’
“Bull-fucking-shit.” I muttered under my breath.
“What’s wrong, babe?” Peter turned to look at me.
“Paparazzi saw us leaving the hospital and now the whole world thinks I’m pregnant, which I mean I am but no one else is supposed to know that. And they even pointed out that my dad wasn’t there. What the fuck. I’m screwed.”
Peter gave a small laugh, “It’s alright we’ll figure it out.”
“Now my Dad is going to know that you know now though.” I bit my lip until the taste of copper shocked my tastebuds.
“We’ll figure it out.”
“I hope so.”
