For their 8 year anniversary we are talking about going to an adult resort as a trio. To clarify, the plan is THEY would be the married couple … on the flight, checking in, at the pool, restaurants and the dance club. I suppose they could swing with others if it came up. One night I had a bunch of guys from work over to play cards. My wife went out with some friends so I could have the house for the game. All night I kept drinking and losing. Eventually I lost all the money I had to bet.

The next couple of months were interesting as I’d see one guy post a pic of a coupon and my wife would respond “on my way’. She eventually collected all 50. Months went by and never talked about it.

My next birthday I was surprised to find she had made me another coupon book. This time with 100 coupons. Then I saw the text in the text chain from my wife. “He has another coupon book to bet with. Poker this weekend???”
