“Bipolar” when you mean: polarized, scattered, fickle, unstable, etc.

“Delusional” when you mean: unrealistic, unreasonable, close-minded, stubborn, etc.

“[insert “R” slur in relation to intellectual disabilities]” when you mean: unreasonable, unintelligent/ridiculous, immature, etc.

“OCD” when you mean: particular, neat, overbearing, etc.

“Narcissistic” when you mean selfish, abusive, manipulative, etc.

I get a small wave of depression every time I see myself in a mirror. it feels like a punch in the gut, and I honestly have no idea what I should do about it

the thing is, sitting with your legs curled up underneath you is so so comfy. until it's not. and your feet and legs are numb and cramping. and this happens every time
