how do you channel someone from your DR? it sounds really cool to be able to do that and I'd like to try it :D
how i channel people from my drs
as i said multiple times i started channeling just this week, i did lots of research beforehand because the very first time i tried doing it (around a year ago) i had a bad experience but that’s only because i didn’t protect myself so don’t overthink this. so again, i did lots of research first, and this is what i do now and it has been working just fine, it’s a mixture of all the things people recommended to do. but of course you don’t have to strictly follow my routine, do what feels right to you.

1. first put up some protections
this is mandatory, you don’t want to channel negative entities or tricksters, so please protect yourself.
you can do how you like. what i personally do is cleanse my space once a week, and recharge my window/mirror sigils once a month (i draw them with a protection oil i made). then i meditate to clear my mind and imagine a bright white and golden light around myself that repels all the negative energies that try to get close to me, and if they do they just strengthen the shield. then i hold my nazar and obsidian necklace and i start affirming for protection, i say things like “i am always divinely protected while i channel, i only channel who i want, i am immune to channel negative entities” and so on, until i feel safe. i also play frequencies while i channel, or put a channeling subliminal in the background.
2. focus on the energy of who you want to channel
imagine their presence and energy, their face, their personality, their clothes, their voice, and so on. just to have a clear image of who exactly you want to channel and contact.
3. clearly affirm who you want to channel
explain throughly the person you want to contact, what i say is something along the lines of “i am channeling only the real [full name] from my [desired reality name]” while i still keep their image clear in my mind. do this until you feel their presence.
4. confirm their identity
to make sure it’s really them you can ask personal questions, without thinking about the right answer though, or else something might impersonate them by sensing your answer. do this until you are sure it’s them. you might feel their presence too, i usually feel his unique way of presence and energy, for example when i channel my s/o remus i immediately feel calm and reassured and also feel their presence and energy overall.
5. start talking with them
now you can start talking with them and ask anything you want. the way you receive their answers changes from person to person, some people who have clairsentient abilities hear their clear actual voice, while some other people use intuition. in my case, i “hear” their replies by thoughts that don’t feel like mine, similar to how intrusive thoughts work, and usually they’re quicker too. not all the time you can instantly or clearly hear their response though, if that happens then just repeat your question and try to calm down your thoughts and maybe breathe a bit.
6. end the connection
once you’re done talking with them, end the connection. what i personally do is affirm things like “i end this channeling session, i am still protected” and imagine cutting the connection as if it was a white string that i have to cut with scissors, all of this until i feel like it’s done.
affirming that you have it in the 3d does nothing. you dont live there. what you see there is not "proof". when you affirm and when you script and when you visualise, you are proving to yourself that you have it in the 4d. that's all you need to do. the 3d will work itself out. that part isnt up to you, you have to let it go.

CR self: I don’t know what I have to do to shift.
DR self: Shifting isn’t something you do with your mind, you do it with your body.
CR self: Yeah... I’m pretty sure that goes against the definition of shifting… Everybody knows that shifting is a mind thing.
[I could feel my DR self getting irritated at my answer, mostly because I was just regurgitating info I’d learned online instead of letting her explain.]
DR self: What I mean is, the more you’re in your head about it — the more you think about it, overthink it, try to make it rational, try to find THE way to do it, THE step-by-step process that will make you shift — the harder it’s going to be for you.
The more you think of shifting as something you have to figure out, rather than as an action, something you don’t overthink, something you just do, the more you’ll struggle. That’s what I mean by it being a “physical” thing.
Of course, you’re not shifting your body! But shifting isn’t a riddle, something you have to understand or figure out — it’s an action. People shift all the time, even those who know nothing about shifting. They certainly didn't try to figure it out before successfully doing it…
CR self: So… how?
DR self: That’s the issue. You don’t need to rationalize it. You don’t need to know how to do it. You just need to know that you can do it — just like everyone else — and decide to do it.
Don’t approach it from a logical point of view. See it as an action.
Decide that you’re going to shift, and accept that you will shift because you’ve decided so.
When I use my powers, I just use them because I know I was born with them, I know I have them and I know they’re going to work.
Do I know the science behind my powers? No.
Does that stop them from working? No.
CR self: So it’s about knowing or believing I will shift while doing the method?
DR self: Not exactly. You don’t have to 100% believe you’re going to shift. You can have doubts and still shift — that’s normal, it’s human! What you need to understand is that you can shift. Shifting isn’t like learning a foreign language — it’s your native language. It's just that you’ve spent years speaking another one and can’t let yourself believe you still remember it and can speak it.
But if you let go, if you allow yourself to slip into your true nature as a shifter, you’ll realize you’ve never forgotten how to do it — you’ve always been able to.

It's not being given to you it's being created by you

When I was younger I held this deep fear that I just wasn't good enough to have what I wanted. I held this mental image of shifting and manifestation (law of attraction, I hadn't found the law of assumption yet) as something that was happening to me and not something that I was doing.
When I viewed it as something that might be granted if I just did the right thing I felt this deep fear of inadequacy. "What if it's not enough" "what if I'm not good at this"
Don't think of it that way. Don't think of it as a gift or even something you can fail or succeed at. You are already manifesting and shifting. All this is is learning how to FILTER it to your benefit.
It's not about pleasing something else or being "good enough" at something. It's about the story you keep telling yourself over and over again.
It's not a fairy that gives you $20 if you burn enough candles or let's you shift once it decides you're cool enough, it's you selecting your experience.
You are selecting you're reality through your awareness. That's it. You shift your mental awareness to something and it happens for you.
Listen to me. No one else is deciding wether or not you can do it, you are. What you tell yourself over and over again will become true. YOU are in charge. YOU.
If you decide that something is true it is. You can legitimately just go "I'm good enough" and now it's a fact.
It doesn't matter if you believe it, your subconscious believes anything you say, so say what you want and be consistent in doing so.
You repeat something to yourself -> it becomes true -> profit
You are not your mind, you are not your thoughts, you are the observer.
Whatever you choose to place your awareness on is what you “manifest”
Choose what identity you what to be by selecting to only focus on the thoughts that agree with the identity you want to experience= embodying the version of you who has whatever you want/ wish fulfilled
The same way you can mute/ block or unfollow anything you do not want to see on any social media algorithm, you can choose to do the same with the thoughts in your mind that are not agreeing with your new identity/story.
It’s as simple as picking out the character you want to be for your movie. Get in character and don’t go off the script !! Have fun creating your story & getting into character because this is your life now!
Let me remind you to not let any one tell you what you can or can’t do, you are limitless being!!!
Don’t let the physical reality or the doubtful voices tell you otherwise, because you are the commander. Don’t be a prisoner or victim to your own mind. You take charge and decide to be who you say you are by selecting and reminding yourself of who you are and what you have.
Trust yourself, trust your power , the power that created all creation is within you, so trust and surrender to the fact that it is law & its happening for you. Whatever your inner man sees/hears and assumes to be your story will materialize. When you hear people say your thoughts are what manifest, it’s true but only the thoughts you place your awareness on= dominant thoughts. This is why it’s your “job” to put attention on the thoughts that support your new identity/story. = MENTAL DISCIPLINE
If you really want something you don’t stop until you get it, now I don’t mean to try and get it or work hard for it. Instead BE IT !!! What I mean is to continue to embody and think & trust in your favor!!!! continue to think in your favor no matter what the outside shows you & no matter what other thoughts you may hear, eventually by ignoring and saying “no, that’s not true” to opposing thoughts you will find it easier to think in your favor and do it naturally. Wake up every day and decide that it’s already yours, it’s already done, and be that person who has it already by focusing only on thoughts that remind you it’s already yours.✨

In my case, I experienced vibrations and buzzing sounds in the following situations:
Astral Projection: When attempting astral projection, I would become unconscious and then realize I was awake, feeling vibrations throughout my body. These vibrations disappeared once I lifted my body out of itself. However, the experience was not extraordinary, appearing blurry and black-and-white like a dream.
Hyperventilation: Using breathing techniques such as holotropic or Wim Hoff breathing for extended periods, often more than a few dozen minutes, resulted in hearing a buzzing sound and feeling strong vibrations. Despite doing this frequently for several hours at a time, nothing significant happened beyond the sound and vibrations. A slightly unusual effect was muscle paralysis, which made it difficult to move and dulled my senses.
Successful Meditation: Occasionally, during successful meditation, I heard vibrations and buzzing sounds. The intensity varied, sometimes faint like background noise and other times loud like an airplane taking off. Despite the sounds and vibrations, nothing special occurred beyond this.
Emotional Uplift: When emotionally uplifted, such as when reading spiritual books or engaging in activities I enjoy, I often felt joy, happiness, and pleasure. These strong emotions sometimes led to experiencing vibrations, but nothing extraordinary happened beyond that.
Purification: During moments of intense fear, terror, anxiety, mental confusion, anger, hatred, and sadness, I heard vibrations and buzzing sounds. These noises accompanied a deep meditation state within minutes, along with a sense of bodily expansion and deepened consciousness. However, these strong emotions persisted.
Affirmations: Repeating affirmations like "I love" almost all day for several days led to experiencing vibrations. During this time, I felt a strong pressure and physical fatigue, as if something external was pressing on me. This sensation disappeared when I stopped affirming.
When I first encountered these experiences, I was surprised and intrigued. However, as I grew accustomed to them, they lost their novelty. The buzzing sounds and vibrations were just that—sounds and vibrations—without any profound experiences attached. Initially, I was excited and anticipated something different, but over time, I became tired and bored.

Some shifters may shift from this reality to the future or past. And, there are people who have already returned to the past and continue to live until they reach the present.
Time essentially does not exist, and it is a kind of side effect that existence/consciousness experiences as it passes the frame to the next scene. And, in the case of a shared reality, each being/consciousness precisely emulates each other's avatars and personalities, creating an optical illusion as if they are interacting together. And although each being/consciousness appears to be in the same time zone and the same reality, in reality, the time zone is different and the realities are slightly different. These minor differences can be seen in the stories of people with different memories due to the Mandela effect.
So, going back to the beginning, if you were to experience another alternate reality and come back to this one, nothing would change. However, other consciousnesses/beings who share this common reality will continue to experience moving to the next time frame while you experience other alternate realities.
So, it is said that extraterrestrial races of 4th density or higher, who can freely change reality, freely choose their own time zone for a certain time range, such as 10 years, and then move on to the next 10-year range.
Think of this reality as a VR game, and think of time as a sort of selectable theme. It will be easier to understand if you think of it as a theme such as ancient, medieval, and modern times. And, imagine having your avatar accurately simulated and reflected in your own reality. Then, we can solve the problem of time travel.
In my experience, commonly known methods, including Bashar's method, are not as effective as you might think. For example, if you try to follow excitement, the excitement disappears and only tension remains, or if you focus on breathing slowly to relieve tension, the tension becomes stronger, or if you meditate to relieve anxiety and become peaceful, the anxiety becomes stronger. In some cases, I was told to just do nothing, so I spent a few weeks doing nothing, but nothing really got better.
In fact, all the methods I tried seemed to have some effect, but they actually made the problem worse. For example, when there was a fire, it felt like covering the fire with flammable materials. Then, it seemed to work at first, but later the problem got worse. I practiced all the methods consistently for at least a few weeks, and if they were effective, they really caused big problems. They caused anxiety, tension, fear, etc.
The most effective thing was to ask my higher self for help. One day I tried most of the methods that were supposed to work, and I felt that if I continued on, I would be in big trouble. But I didn’t want to give up. At that time, the idea of asking for help from my Higher Self came to me. From then on, I continued to ask for help from my Higher Self. Sometimes I simply asked for “comfort,” “peace,” “joy,” “physical relaxation,” “material abundance and freedom.” Sometimes I asked for “knowledge,” “understanding,” and sometimes I asked for “a certain state of spiritual awakening.” In fact, this help was so subtle that it was hard to recognize. However, when you ask for help, even if it doesn’t happen right away, it will happen a few days later when the opportunity to help you comes.
For example, when you ask for “a state of embodied awakening (a state of heightened awareness, a state where your body is connected to your Higher Self, etc.), you feel a pleasant sensation of subtle electricity and energy flowing through your body. In some cases, the next afternoon, I would suddenly experience strong energy, currents, and pleasant sensations flowing through my body for dozens of minutes.
When I requested astral projection, I spent about an hour or two lying in bed, lost in thought, and then experienced a vibration and a departure from my body. I requested this 3-4 times without any preparation or practice, and it actually worked. (However, it was not as interesting an experience as I thought. I was fully conscious every time, but everything was almost black and white. So I lost interest and stopped.)
When I requested relaxation, I waited for dozens of minutes, and when I briefly lost consciousness of my body or surroundings and fell into a fantasy, I experienced immediate physical relaxation. However, when I was surprised that I had relaxed and turned my attention back to my body, I started to feel physical discomfort again.
When I asked for immediate knowledge and understanding, I experienced that within a few minutes, an idea would come to me as if it were my own, or a few hours later, I would suddenly become interested in a topic and look it up, and the understanding I wanted would just come to me.
When I suddenly felt anxious or uncomfortable, I would ask my Higher Self to make me feel better. And I felt as if the wind was turning against me. It was turning the direction of the wind of anxiety against me and weakening it. And after a few dozen minutes, I could barely feel it.
One day, I became interested in the topic of Reiki and asked my Higher Self to do a sleep attunement. I did it for a few weeks and stopped because I didn’t feel much difference. However, one day, I heard that one of my friends felt strangely relaxed and happy when he was around me.
From these experiences, I learned that the help of my Higher Self definitely exists. Even if you ask once and forget about it, my Higher Self will definitely help you with what you ask for. And it doesn’t have to be for a lofty purpose. Even if you just want to be more comfortable and happy, or just ask for interest, it was enough. The help of the higher self can be very subtle at first. I have often stopped because it actually worked, but the effect was much weaker than I expected, or because the help was not given immediately or very naturally, and I didn't even know that I was receiving help. However, the help is definitely there, and even a little help or knowledge can greatly improve the situation. According to other people's experiences, asking for help from the higher self can seem ineffective at first, but if you ask consistently and repeatedly, you can feel very specific and distinct effects later. I am not at that level yet. However, I have been able to receive considerable help even if it is not to that extent. The higher self has actually allowed me to experience results that are difficult to achieve in the beginning with any spiritual practice, without any effort.
I finally get it

So I found some subs that have helped me change my beliefs about my imagination and the 3D a lot and come to terms with my many contradictions. Before I listened to them, I thought I was affirming to get my desires in the 3D. So after i had done doing my 1 or 2 hour long "I have my desires" affirmations, not a single day would pass when i would think to myself, "i can't wait for my desires to manifest." I also had the habit of imagining my desires to immediately check if the 3D had changed, so that would always leave me expecting something to happen. And i didn't truly recognise my imagination to be my real reality, like yes I got that "whatever I believe to be true in imagination will manifest physically", but I treated this as just think of something and expect it to appear in the 3D.
After listening to these subs and reading a bunch of blogs explaining manifesting in the 4D and stuff, I finally got it. The point of manifesting is changing myself in reality (imagination), believing I am my new self in reality (imagination), and continuing to live as my new self in reality (imagination) (in other words, persist). After this, there is nothing to expect. There is nothing to wait for because I already have my desires in my reality (imagination).
So why was I "expecting change" when I've already changed in imagination? Well, someone once said that "you must be fine with having the results in imagination. If you are not and you keep expecting something to happen to the physical reality, then you are not actually fulfilled." In my case, if I am affirming to get instead of affirming to remind, then I was not really fulfilled. And if I imagined just to see it in the 3D, then that meant I truly never recognised my imagination as my real reality.
I always understood the phrase "Walk by faith, not by sight." But I never really put it into practice and it showed. But it's okay, because I finally get it now.
