Intent works instantly on its own. Here is my experience.
Neville Goddard instructed us to feel what we desire and to imagine it. However, despite my efforts, I found it difficult to feel what I wanted. It was also hard to imagine. I briefly managed to feel or imagine those things, but it didn’t last for more than a few seconds. Moreover, when I tried to feel or imagine them again, it often didn’t work. After much reflection, I came to believe that thoughts and feelings aren't entirely under my control; they are secondary, the result of some cause.
So, what is the most fundamental cause, the thing I can directly control? It was intent itself. When I tried to do something, I didn't imagine, believe, or feel it. But I could intend. I tried to do something. When it flowed smoothly, the intent was natural, with no resistance, like moving my limbs. But when the intent didn’t manifest smoothly, tension, effort, discomfort, and dissatisfaction arose, just like now.
Previously, I achieved the following results purely with intent, although the outcomes were incomplete.
Astral Projection - I simply intended to try, and after lying in bed for about an hour and a half, I successfully astral projected. However, the resolution was low, my vision was blurry, and my senses were dull. I repeated this experiment several times, waiting about 1–2 hours each time, and succeeded again in astral projection. However, no matter how much I used commands like "Be clear!" or any technique I knew, the clarity did not improve, and shifting didn’t happen.
Reiki - I asked my higher self to attune me to Reiki while I slept. Over the next few weeks, I requested attunements to various forms of Reiki. I didn’t feel any tangible effects. But one day, a friend of mine mentioned that they felt calm and good when they were near me. Hearing this, I realized that the Reiki attunements were working.
Commanding a crystal to absorb energy - I instructed a crystal to absorb surrounding energy. I then experienced fatigue in that room. This effect disappeared when I placed the crystal in synthetic fibers or leather (though the effect wasn’t particularly strong).
Requesting energy charging - When I was younger, I simply asked angels or spiritual beings to charge me with energy. I immediately felt a strong vibration of energy flowing through my body.
Requesting maximum embodied awakening - I asked my higher self for maximum embodied awakening, and soon after, I felt a tingling current and vibration in my body. This was an unusual phenomenon, not something that happens regularly, though it wasn’t extremely powerful.
Entering a void state - I woke up early in the morning and, while oscillating between sleep and wakefulness (using a timer), intended to enter a void state. After several weeks of effort, I experienced my body disappearing, leaving only consciousness, and it felt as if space itself had vanished. It was an unusual and intriguing experience. However, despite intending to shift, no shifting occurred.
Through these various experiments, I came to understand that intent works instantly on its own. However, just like cooking a meal, there is a delay between placing the order and receiving the result. Additionally, the results occurred at a level plausible in this physical reality and were quite ambiguous. That is to say, intent didn’t produce results powerful enough to violate the current reality. Based on various texts and experiences, I understand that repeatedly using such intent will eventually produce strong results, but the issue is time. It cannot be achieved in a day or two but requires at least years, if not decades. Furthermore, such practice cannot be done by dedicating just a few minutes of your day. You must devote most of your day to the practice. I have been striving for decades to achieve this while balancing daily life, but it is difficult to maintain both. And above all, the practice itself isn’t hard or complex but rather simple, which makes it both boring and painful. It was not as easy as I initially thought.
I’ve come to understand why Neville Goddard demanded things like SATS (State Akin to Sleep), imagining, feeling, or intending. Clearly, each method works. However, for ordinary people to achieve truly clear and concrete effects, a massive amount of time must be invested. And to attain truly astonishing results, not only is the fundamental cause—intent—necessary, but thoughts, feelings, and all other elements that support that cause must also be aligned to accelerate the process.
If you’re reading this, you’ve probably tried nearly every method that’s out there. If you succeeded in shifting easily with just intent, you wouldn’t be reading this… If you’ve tried all the other methods that seem simple and easy and failed, the only path left is to dedicate your entire life, every aspect of it, to shifting. You must apply the law in every single moment of your life, without exception.
I once wondered. “Where have all the shifters gone?”
And after several investigations, we found out that they had not gone anywhere. It's just that it's difficult for us to understand them anymore.
It is said that people who have shifted continuously, not just once or twice, but with decades of shifting experience, initially transitioned into the world of famous fictional popular movies, dramas, novels, and comics. And, as they repeat shifting, they begin to become more and more distant from the creative world that exists in these CRs. Little by little, it begins to transform into realities with its own unique version, and at some point, it begins to completely transform into realities that we have never seen before.
Just as the established populace cannot understand us shifters, the old shifters likewise begin to shift to a reality that is no longer shared.
For example, what if the world we believe to be real, where we all share the same reality, was not in fact true? In fact, what if you could do everything in CR as well as in DR?
You've probably thought about it once. What would it be like if you could do anything, be anything, and experience anything through shifting? What happens if we think of CR as just one of countless DRs?
We might have a LIFA App in this reality. There are already stories of shifters who have actually done just that. With the LIFA App, you can instantly create and change money, appearance, and everything else.
We can bring objects as well as experiences from other realities. The experience of those who have been shifting for a long time is that if you concentrate hard enough, you can make the object appear the same in this reality. (However, it was reported that the operating principle and appearance were modified to be realistically appropriate.) Many spiritualists, even those who are not shifters, have argued that this reality is actually an illusion. Neville Goddard once demonstrated the instantaneous creation of matter from thin air in a VIP lecture. Lester Levenson has reported on teleportation and instant materialization.
From what I learned, this world is like a picture from an animation. It changes quickly and smoothly, creating the illusion that objects exist and are moving, but in reality, there are just independent pixels. It's just that we believe something actually exists. And we each refer to what other beings experience and create our own worlds with many very similar common denominators. Now, the Earth is collectively experiencing a world where people have similar beliefs and many things in common, but in fact, each world is unique and independent.
According to La Material, when consciousness changes from the slow-moving 3rd density to the 4th density, commonalities disappear because each person can freely choose and experience reality. So they say that if you want to create a society and create a community, you form something called a social memory complex where you share memories.
Going back to the original question, "What happens if we keep shifting? Where have all the shifters gone?" is the answer: They haven't gone anywhere. It's just that they ended up living lives beyond our imagination and understanding. The more difficult it is for us to understand them, the more difficult it is for them to reflect in our individual reality. However, if we continue to shift like them, we too will become more unimaginable beings like them, and one day we will begin to understand them. And, you will discover that those old shifters have actually been around all along.
Trust me when I say this - you already have it. You're gonna persist on that no matter what. If you give up, it's only you persisting on the fact that you don't have it. You do. You can do this. Do not give up. There is nothing more for me to tell you. This really is all you need to know. You have everything you want. Do not let anyone or anything take that away from you.
It has finally clicked for me how imagination (4d) is the real reality and the physical reality is just the mirror. It feels so freeing.
I knew this already, I’ve read it countless of times and I’ve heard people say this but it never clicked for me and I never truly understood.
If you can imagine it and if you want it then it’s yours in imagination and it HAS TO reflect in the 3D because it’s the law of assumption.
Just persist that you have it in imagination and it WILL reflect into the 3D because it has no other choice!! It’s the mirror!!
When you stand in front of the mirror and don’t like the outfit, you go and change it into something you want. The mirror doesn’t have a mind of its own so when you come back, the outfit you’re wearing will show in the mirror, it’s not gonna show you wearing a black t-shirt when you’re obviously wearing a pink T-shirt. The mirror has no mind of its own. The 3D is literally YOU. Don’t be afraid of the 3d, see it instead as your bestie or something, that it WANTS to give you what you want, that it WANTS to bring you your desire. You don’t have to do ANYTHING but change your thoughts/states or whatever way you manifest and the 3D will do everything it can to bring it to you in the most perfect way for you. Just sit comfortably and know that since you have it in imagination and persist in it, it will reflect in the physical world.
Maybe this will help or maybe it won’t because this is what everyone says all the time in their own way of telling it. And it took me years to finally understand what it meant so please don’t be hard on yourself.
This is not proofread lol just wanted to write it before I forget
Stargirl
Im worried shifting isnt real and thats its all an inside joke :( is there any way for me to stop believing this and to feel more confident?
Look at my pinned. I’m a shifter since 2019 for goodness sake.
Does that look like an inside joke to you? People are spending YEARS to reach their dr, and people who have been successful are coming back here to tell us. Why would people spend literal years to reach their dr? Do you think it’s all not real when people talk about their memories and experiences? Why would someone fake the whole experience of living in a different reality. (Not saying there aren’t a few people who fake shifting on other platforms but I haven’t seen anyone do that here on shiftblr, everyone here is mature and determined. Love that for us.)
Shifting is real, and it’s gonna be a whole real life you will experience, you will feel everything, you will do mundane tasks, it’s not a fantasy and it’s not a daydream. And of course it’s not a lucid dream or astral projection, very far from it. Everything you scripted will play out, and it will feel even more surreal than you can imagine. Imagine shifting for the first time!!! The feeling of freedom? Of achievement? Gosh this is so worth it. Idk about you, anon, but this is worth everything, I’ve never doubted shifting even for a second, even when I had my own struggles. Yes, sure, I had a tough journey that made me doubt MYSELF but NEVER shifting itself.
Look we are living on a flying rock and there’s like endless space, like what are the possibilities? The universe is vast and broad, and you say shifting isn’t real? Come on now be fr.
just do whatever the fuck you want with your reality. it’s yours for a reason.
realities are infinite, every kind of possibility exists out there, a reality where some of you aren’t fucking stupid maybe (for my followers: i love you, this isn’t about you).
you want flowers to grow when you walk? do it, it’s kind of fun tbh.
you want to have a morally grey person as your s/o? go for it, they’re sexy ngl.
you want to race change? for hells sake realities are infinite, this means that you’re any ethnicity in other realities. if you do it out of fetisiciqsion (i don’t fucking know how to spell it) you’re a weirdo, but if you do it just to understand other cultures that’s super fine. i feel like it’s even more racist to think that you cannot go there because you are from somewhere else for fucks sake, every reality is the same, people can shift to be aliens but they cannot shift to be south american or sum?? that makes no fucking sense to me, coming from someone who shifted for a lot and lived several years in other realities and built myself some fucking rational thinking.
you can block me anytime, i’d be glad if i don’t see your dumb being here. so don’t go to my asks or dms to insult me, i’m just gonna go to bed with your dad.
I have not shifted yet, but I wanted to share an experience that may be useful to you.
In my experience, there is a momentum that builds up when you continuously sustain affirmations or assumptions. The more you repeat and persist, the stronger it becomes. For example, I once repeated the affirmation, "I am a god," for several weeks. I repeated this almost all day long. For the first few days, nothing happened. I only experienced some physical tension and discomfort, likely from the constant repetition.
However, after about a week, I started to feel intense vibrations and energy. It felt like a buzzing noise, and I began to feel a sensation of electrical currents flowing in my abdomen. I continued to persist with the affirmation. Then, after 2-3 weeks, I started experiencing extreme energy pressure along with severe fear, anxiety, and dread. I tried to counter these symptoms by repeating the affirmation even more vigorously, but this only made things worse.
Since experiencing this unexpectedly powerful effect, I have encountered these symptoms repeatedly over the past 10 years. Whenever I repeated an affirmation for more than a few days, I would experience these symptoms again. This significantly disrupted my daily life. I had to attend school and go to work. I couldn’t find a way to resolve this, so I kept having to stop and start over.
In my experience, affirmations done for about 10-20 minutes a day didn’t significantly affect my daily life. They just made me feel a bit better or sparked some pleasant imaginations. When trying out a new affirmation, I often experienced anxious or fearful thoughts, or felt positive emotions, thoughts, and feelings, but these gradually faded away after a few weeks of repetition until nothing came to mind.
The truly powerful effects only started to emerge when I repeated and sustained the affirmation all day long for at least two weeks.
One man, Richard Dotz, used Lester Levenson's Release Technique to continually release resistance from his mind, eventually reaching a state of lasting ecstasy.
And when he got into that state and stayed there for almost a whole day, he noticed that everything was happening incredibly quickly and instantly. For example, if he wanted something, he turned a street corner and it appeared, leading to a life of endless coincidences.
In other words... Neville Goddard's Sabbath or Buddhist meditation is good, and Lester Levenson's release technique is also good. If you keep your mind as peaceful and calm as possible and keep doing it, things will happen surprisingly and instantly.
True reality is not what you see with your eyes, but what you recognize and acknowledge as such.
I’m backk~
Exams were literally draining me so I went to my WR to get a full body massage and reconnect with peace 😭 Shifting really do be like vacation sometimes
