THIS IS CANON IDC
ive a new reason to smile today, smile!
It was all a blur.
Desperate arms wrapped around his frame the moment he stepped into sight. Touya shed more tears than he had in years today, the faces in the back of his mind that were beginning to fade away became crystal clear in an instant. Twin diamonds shine and leave a salty trail down his cheeks when his mother finally hugs him.
She cradled Touya's face in her palms as her fingers rubbed gently against his skin—telling Touya she was so proud of him, telling Touya he looked so healthy—telling Touya she was so happy to see him. Touya smiles when he's sad, and it was truly a sight to behold. His eyes had shards of gold glittering in them as they caught the afternoon sun's rays, and his smile was so handsome and authentic, it looked like the Gods themselves had carved it into his face.
Natsuo wasn't as 'tough' as Touya remembered him. Because the moment Touya cursed his brother out for getting taller than him while he was gone, Natsuo weeped like a newborn. Maybe he was mourning all those years growing up without having his older brother by his side—the years he spent as a teenager thinking he was getting older than his Touya-nii ever got to be.
Fuyumi was strong—she was able to hold Touya up all on her own when he crumped against her, pressing his cheek into the crown of her head as he thanked her for staying shorter than him. Her laughter is wet with tears, but it was just as sweet as he remembered. Natsuo's was too—just seeing them smiling at him felt like they'd ripped past skin and fleshed and pierced Touya's heart with a dagger carved with love.
Shoto's eyes flittered between his siblings and mother—watching them all stand around Touya as he swayed on his feet, unable to hold himself up as they all murmur quietly to each other—there weren't many words spoken, just the occasional sniffling and hiccuping sobs as they fussed over him
Shoto doesn't know when you intertwined your fingers with his to hold his hand, but he'll be forever grateful you did because his chest is so tight he doesn't think he can breathe right. His eyes move fast, rapidly blinking as he watches the scene in front of him unfold from afar
He's never felt more like an outsider than he did right now. He was watching his family show more emotion in this moment than he's ever seen in years. He looks to you for a moment, almost hesitating to step towards them all as his eyes are clouded with an unmistakable mist. You squeeze Shoto's hand encouragingly, and soon enough, he's slipping out of your grasp and gravitating towards Touya.
He's facing Touya's back right now, watching his older brother lean into their mother's palm as she kisses his hands before Shoto clears his throat—an attempt to catch their attention. He can see the muscles in Touya's back physically tense before he turns around. Touya's eyes catch yours first—before they slowly move to Shoto.
Shoto isn't a very good hugger. He's not really sure how to wrap his arms around Touya without it being awkward. Unfortunately—Touya also wasn't a good hugger. He stills when Shoto slowly wraps his arms around him, the younger boy's eyes closing as his face bumps against Touya's chest. Touya's words are stuck in his throat as his mouth goes dry, a strange feeling spreading in his chest as he looks down to see Shoto's ivory and ruby strands pressed against him.
Touya always thought Shoto had grown up to be a carbon copy of their father. He didn't know why, but he never really assumed Shoto may have grown to be a good kid until the war.
So, Touya tries his best. Wrapping his arms around the younger boy and letting out a shaky breath as his eyes squeeze close.
Rei went overboard with dinner. The table was covered with all the classics—rice, grilled fish, miso soup, pickled vegetables—everything and anything you could imagine. Rei was so proud when she saw the look on Touya's face, her heart soaring as her son muttered something along the lines of how good the food looked.
You were Touya's support through the entire dinner as he spoke. Most of the questions he got asked consisted of how he was feeling and adjusting. He answered all of them remarkably well, his voice even and smile calm as he ate his dinner
You sat in between Shoto and Touya, and you almost wish you weren't sitting between them when you watch Shoto lean over the table to look at Touya every time he spoke. It was like he was in a trance as he watched his older brother speak—if Touya noticed Shoto's lingering stare, he didn't say anything.
Shoto wanted to hear every word that came out of Touya's mouth. And luckily, everyone stayed at the dinner table well after dinner was finished. The conversation was nostalgic and calm. It was sad and maybe sometimes Touya would have to blink back tears, but God, he loved it all so much.
Rei was quiet for most of the dinner, save for soft smiles as she listened to Touya talk. Even when he was a kid, Touya talked a lot. She wants to ask Touya if he knows how he subconsciously leans towards you during the entire dinner, whispering things in your ear that have you fighting a smile
It was stupid little jokes he made whenever someone wasn't speaking to him—he'd jump so fast whenever he noticed the attention wasn't on him anymore as his eyes found yours. Unfortunately, Touya didn't notice how his mother's eyes never left him.
She saw it all. The way your eyes crinkled with a smile whenever Touya said something stupid, how Touya offers to fill your glass and how you and him get into a quiet argument on who gets the bigger piece of fish, both of you insisting the other gets the larger half. You two end up sharing, smiling with silent laughter whenever his fork clinks against yours
Rei knows Touya's kindness isn't because of her parenting. It can't be. Touya was an angry and mean child, one who lashed out often and couldn't get along with others.
She had trouble dealing with Touya, and Enji did nothing but worsen his condition. Her own inner turmoil had her mind falling apart, and she had been struggling with the man who was supposed to protect them just as much as Touya was.
You made Touya like this—calming the storm in his heart Rei thought would rage on forever.
When he was Dabi, Touya was even worse. She had seen the news, she knew her first born was alive and wreaking absolute havoc. Years ago, his supposed death had been her breaking point. And, oh, what she would have given to save him from his inevitable fate.
She failed Touya. She and Enji, they had both failed him. Not intentionally—she never meant to fail him the way she did.
But you had not failed Touya, and Rei was going to treasure you forever for unknowingly saving her family.
Rei hadn't experienced real love before. But the way Touya just looks at you lets her know that even if she didn't get the privilege of being able to know what it was like, her son did. And that alone is enough to make her happy.
"Mom?"
Rei is startled, turning to look at Natsuo when he places a hand on her shoulder, dishes in hand. Everyone's dispersed by now, and she realizes she's the only one still at the table.
"You spaced out again." Natsuo says, a sad smile on his face as he gently rubs his mother's shoulder. Rei's lips part as she makes a little 'o' with her mouth, before smiling softly
"Touya's in love."
Natsuo blinks once, twice, before his lip twitches upward. He slides into the spot beside his mother, leaning in closer as he takes a quick glance at you and Touya—who was marveling over the endless channels on the big screen TV that was placed in the center of the living room, your laughter flowing through the air at his excited commentary—he was pointing out all of his favorite movies as a kid.
"I know. Just...try not to say anything to them, okay? It's definitely not something either of them can pursue yet. Bringing it up in front of them isn't the best idea right now." He mutters quietly as Rei nods slowly, the gears in her mind shifting as she stays quiet in thought. Fuyumi calls Natsuo from the kitchen, asking him to bring the remaining dishes as he quickly stands up, following her voice.
Shoto pretends he wasn't able to hear Natsuo as he keeps his head low, piling the remaining dishes into his arms before strolling after his older brother. Of course, you had offered to help clean up like a good guest earlier—but Fuyumi had shooed you and Touya away before either of you got the chance, telling you to get comfortable in the living room.
Rei tilts her head to try and get a better look at you. Maybe she's getting ahead of herself, but Rei's thinking of the silver wedding band laying on the edge of her vanity. It was a ring that meant nothing, never had when it was slipped onto her finger
But it was a beautiful ring.
She wished it had been spent on a truer love. On something real and tangible, something as beautiful as the delicate diamonds encrusted into it. She zeroes in on your fingers, watching the way they curl around the TV's remote as you dangle it out of Touya's reach. He growls and grunts in an attempt to snatch it back from you, his laughter peaking through his facade easily as your squeals sound through the air
Yes, your fingers look like they'd fit her ring. She didn't ever think about passing her wedding ring down to one of her children, never even considered the thought. But...
For the first time in so many years, it was laughter that bounced between the walls of this house. It was beginning to feel like a home again.
You and Touya are dancing around such a fine line so carelessly.
Touya doesn't even know he's in love with you. He knows he cares for you, knows you've become the most important person in his life—he knows he loves you in some sense, but it took him a lot longer than he'd like to admit to realize he was in love with you.
He can see the cartoon's reflection in your eyes as you watch the TV right beside him. His body, simply put, was drawn to yours. You're pressed against his side, and he can smell you. You smell sweet, and he resists the urge to sniff you.
The thought is odd. He pauses, blinking at the TV screen but not even absorbing what's going on as his eyes slowly drag towards you. Did he almost sniff you, just now?
Okay. Touya was weird, he already knew that. But when has he ever wanted to sniff someone? That was just fucking weird. Suddenly, he starts thinking—and it feels like he's been carelessly missing the ON button in the back of his mind, and it had finally been switched on my some miracle.
He's had these type of thoughts before. Actually—he's had a lot of these thoughts before. He had just...ignored them. Too engrossed in any moment with you to truly acknowledge them.
Yeah, he wants to sniff you. He wants to know what shampoo you use, he wants to know your favorite meal—you know his, when does he find out yours? He wants to know if you have siblings like him, he wants to know if you take cold showers or hot showers, he wants to know if you like his family, he wants to know if you like him the way he likes you.
The realization dawns on him slowly, and Touya realizes he has never been more clueless in his life.
He likes you.
No, not like a patient liked their doctor. And not like how a victim liked their savior—it wasn't like that.
He liked you like he'd die without you, like his heart would cease its beating and he would genuinely be unable to feel any semblance of happiness again if you slipped away
He suddenly realizes you can't like someone that much. It was another feeling, and he was in deep.
"Aw, fuck."
You peer up at him through your lashes, a confused hum leaving your lips as you tilt your head towards him in concern
Touya looks down at you, a small smile splayed on his lips. He thinks, no—he knows he'll never love someone this much.
"You know, I forgot this sucker died at the end." He mumbles quietly, taking your chin between his fingers and tilting it towards the TV as a whine escapes your lips
"Touya! You spoiled it!" You pout, looking at the cartoon and huffing—what kind of kid's movie has anyone dying in it?!
"I'm kidding." He murmurs with a quiet laugh, watching relief flood your features moments later as you tuck yourself back into his side
"Good. I like that little guy."
"The cat?" He muses, leaning further into you as his breath fans your neck
He's so warm. So welcoming and gentle—and you can't even try and stop yourself from leaning further into him.
"Yeah. He reminds me of you."
The cat in question, was a grumpy little thing that spends most of the movie snacking on sweet treats—its belly round and happy from being loved so well. It was a silly little side character, but in an odd way, it reminded you of Touya's little mannerisms. The way it pouted and huffed and cracked the most absurd jokes the entire movie had you smiling ear to ear.
His fingers find your sides quickly, and you try to pry his hands off as he tickles your side mercilessly—adorable huffs of "Touya, everyone's sleeping!" escaping your lips as you try and muffle your laughter, covering your mouth as he pulls your hand away from your lips—saying he wants to hear you squeal and laugh for him.
You get him back, of course. But he doesn't even try to be quiet as you tickle his belly. He laughs loudly, straight from his gut and filled with so much joy that you can't bring yourself to stop
Touya has a really nice laugh, you think, watching him grin so wide—you think it must hurt to be smiling so much. He suddenly hooks a leg over yours, and the both of you roll off of the couch and onto the ground in your fits of laughter—and not once, not ever, has Touya felt more loved.

INSUFFERABLE

includes: dabi is a shameless flirt lol. brief dire mention bc he’s a dumbass. you fall for his antics
notes: he’s so. dumb. i hate him lol
Sometimes you envy the students whose professors’ lock their doors as soon as class starts.
The ones that provide that immediate punishment for the students who don’t care enough to show up on time, not giving them so much as a minute past the beginning of lecture to slip in. If they’re late they miss, it’s nothing more than a product of their carelessness and they deserve it.
Sadly, your biology professor is not one of those people.
Which is fine for your peers who rush in only five, ten, hell—even fifteen minutes late. Their hair wet from just getting out of the shower or clothes wrinkled from having just rolled out of their cramped dorm bed because they forgot to set their alarm. You can understand that; empathize with the plague that is eight a.m. classes.
Who you absolutely cannot empathize with is the guy who sits next to you. The one who walks in not ten, not twenty, no—thirty minutes late at the very least into lecture, and doesn’t give two shits about not being disruptive. Lets the door slam shut behind him and his scuffed combat boots stomp heavily down the aisle and shuffle with an unneeded amount of noise before plopping down in the chair next to you.
He’s simply insufferable, truly. With his box dye black hair and chipped fingernail polish and the intricate canvas of tattoos that sweeps from his jaw down his arms and disappears somewhere below the ridge of his perfectly carved collar bones that look absolutely—whatever. He’s annoying. That’s the point here. And today is, of course, no different.
“Hey, dollface,” Dabi smirks as he sits down, then immediately scrapes his chair over to you. You think today is a new record, a whole forty-one minutes late. You wonder why he even bothered to show up at all.
You don’t address him, not at first. You merely send over a half assed side glance as a form of acknowledgement. That is, until something glimmering catches your eye. (Something that isn’t the piercings or rings you’ve become accustomed to over the past month).
“Why do you have that?” You half whisper-half hiss at him, staring down at the object twirling around his fingers.
“What? ‘S just a lighter.” He flicks it open to show you, as if you couldn’t tell before, then snaps it right back shut.
You roll your eyes, turn your attention back to your professor. Just fifteen more minutes and you’re out of here and far away from him. “Obviously.” You sigh, bounce your leg subtly. “Don’t light that in here.”
And you don’t think you should really have to say that, and you don’t know why there’s an unease bubbling in your stomach due to his presence—but you do and it’s there. And it only increases as you catch the smirk slicing deeper across his face out of the corner of your eye.
“Or what?” Dabi questions, scrapes his chair even closer to you, opens the lighter again. “Whatcha gonna do about it, doll?”
“Seriously don—“
“Oops,” he grins, wide and cheeky as his thumb flicks the lighter on. He’s holding it up, like he doesn’t give a shit whether the professor catches him with it or not. Like he has no worry for the trouble it could cause.
“What’re you—stop that.” You can’t believe him, seriously, and the audacity he has for disregarding basic rules. “If you get caught with that inside you could get fined.”
“Pfft, please.” And this time it’s his turn to roll his eyes at you, scoffing under his breath. “You have to be a student here to get fined.”
You blink at him. Once, twice. “Huh?”
“What?” He hums, waves his finger over the flame disinterestedly, not even looking to make sure he doesn’t hold it over it too long and burn himself. “I don’t have to worry about stupid ass fines.”
“Yeah, but—what do you mean you aren’t a student here?”
Your lecture is long forgotten, your professor’s voice fading out into static as you stare at the man beside you. That uneasiness in your stomach is twisting, stirring around in a way that’s a little uncomfortable. Because sure, you knew the guy was a little odd. But not being a student? Showing up to your classes all the time? Hanging around campus? What if he’s some sort of creep, or stalker, or—
“Woah there, sweetheart. It’s not what you’re thinking, I'm not some freak or anything. My dad’s the uni president. I get to sit in on whatever classes I want for free. No need to alert the authorities.”
Oh.
Your cheeks heat up, a flush rising so fast as well as the want to hide under the table. Silly you, of course he wouldn’t be some creep. I mean, he might be a tad creepy, but that’s not necessarily a crime.
(He’d be a cute creep, you think. Then mentally tell yourself to shut up).
“I wasn’t going to do that,” you huff, still looking at him. You aren’t sure why, but his eyes look particularly blue today; more than normal. Maybe it’s because you’re finally allowing yourself to look, a full proper look at your—sort of—peer. “For the record.”
“Sure,” Dabi chuckles, leans a little closer to you. His fingers mindlessly play with the necklace dangling around your throat. You don’t know why you let him. “So that wasn’t a total how do I discreetly call 911? expression then?”
“Definitely not,” you dismiss, tapping your pen to your notebook. “It was a man this guy’s so lame he goes to class in his free time expression.”
Dabi winces, an exaggerated thing that you hate to admit is a little charming. “Ouch, lame? You wound me, dollface. Right in the heart.”
“You’ll live.” And it’s minute, a little twitch of your lips before you can catch yourself, but it’s there. And Dabi catches it, pointing a finger annoyingly close to your face.
“Was that a smile, hm? Did I just make my little doll smile?” He teases, prods his finger into your cheek. If you had any idea where it’d been you might lean forward to bite it off.
“One,” you tut, pinching his digit between two of your own and pulling it away from your face. “I’m not your doll. And two, not a chance. You’re imagining things.”
“Oh no no, definitely not,” Dabi presses, devilish tilt to his mouth. “That was a smile. Finally falling for me, that it?”
“Uhm, excuse me—“
“Not now,” the man in front of you cuts off the person’s voice from behind, giving them a cold look, “We’re busy, thanks. Anyways, as I was—“
“Sorry, it’s just—“
“I said we’re busy,” Dabi grits, brows cutting deep as he snaps his head back over his shoulder. “Or did you not hear me?”
“I did, but—“
“What?!”
“Their jacket’s on fire.”
Whatever snark Dabi might’ve wanted to push out at your fellow classmate dissolves immediately as the both of you snap your eyes down. And sure enough, right where Dabi has his lighter open—the one you told him not to light—the edge of your jacket has just caught on fire.
“Oh shit,” Dabi curses, snapping the lighter shut and tugging it back from your jacket as he watches you frantically pat it out with a sleeve covered hand.
You’re successful—thank god you don’t burst entirely into flames—but the corner of your jacket (your favorite one, mind you) is now very obviously scorched. Your eyes snap up to meet cerulean blue and what little bit of uneasiness left in your stomach turns into a boiling fit of rage.
Completely disregarding the lecture (that you admittedly weren’t paying attention to anyways) you shove everything into your bag and get up from your seat to leave. You make your way out of the lecture hall absolutely fuming and don’t miss a single beat as you turn on your heel to yell at the man behind you as soon as the door shuts.
“You’re absolutely unbearable!” You grouse, jabbing your finger into Dabi’s chest. “Seriously! I can't believe you.”
“Oh c’mon. ‘M sorry! I didn’t mean to, it was just an accident—“
“I told you not to light it. But no,” you groan, and you seriously want to rip your hair out, or punch him, or something. “You just had to act like a tough guy. Mr. Too Cool To Be A Student Here. You lit me on fire!”
“I didn’t mean to! I said I was sorry!”
“I don’t care! I could’ve been burnt up in a crisp!”
“But you weren’t!” He defends. “It's not a big deal.”
“It is to me, this was my favorite jacket. You know, just because you’re hot and have some big shot dad doesn’t mean you can just do whatever you want!”
“Well obviously, because if I could do whatever I wanted then I'd be doing you!”
The both of you pause for a moment, catch your breaths through slightly labored pants as you stare at each other. It’s like the gears are turning in both your heads simultaneously, cogs clicking into place and smoke clearing in the workshop.
“Did you just admit you think I'm hot?”
“Did you just say you want to do me?”
A part of you wishes your jacket was still on fire, because at least then you could try to justify that as the reason your cheeks are suddenly burning. You turn your face away from him, adjust the bag slung over your shoulder. You’re thankful you’re the only two in the hallway, or else you’d probably die from embarrassment right now.
“Well, how ‘bout I make it up to you then?”
You let your gaze drift back up to meet Dabi’s, staring into tattoo and mascara framed eyes suspiciously. You narrow your vision, tip your head to the side as you watch that shitty (read: thigh clenching) smirk make its way back to his lips.
“And how do you plan on doing that?” You tense up a little as he takes a step closer to you and digs a pen out of your bag. Then he grips your wrist—gently, despite the firm hold—and scribbles across your palm.
“I’ll be outside your dorm at eight,” he grins, dropping the pen back into your bag when he’s done. “Wear something hot. ‘N I don’t mean the burnt kind.”
You shove his shoulder at the remark, glancing down at your palm to see what you’re guessing is his phone number. “Asshole.”
He simply catches your wrist again, tugs you close enough that he has perfect range to dip down and kiss your cheek. And if you weren’t flushing before you certainly are now, eyes going wide against your will as you watch him let go of you and take backward steps away. He throws you a wink, chuckles when he sees you snap out of it and scoff at him.
“Insufferable!” You call after him. And you don’t try to hide your smile this time. Don’t try to veil your expressions.
“Irresistible!” He corrects, sticking his tongue out and making a corny call me gesture with his hand when you flip him off.
And you wonder if you should wear your scorched jacket tonight simply to spite him.
hii are your requests open?
if so could you do like a teenage tenko x teenage fem reader??
pls and ty🖤
hades in the dead of winter. wc of 700.
“tenko!” the soft voice dripping with honey filled the ears of the boy as he tore his scarlet gaze away from the screen of his computer.
“your lady is here,” tenko’s mother called out again as his heart fluttered at the mention of his mother’s endearing title for you. he set his gaming gears aside and stood, feet dragging him to meet his sweet girl who so happens to carry her feet in this cold dead of winter.
the snow storm is arriving, making the air colder than it was. this winter feels as if it is going to last for an eternity, until wrinkles could freeze under the veil of snow and icicles.
a miracle it is that you’ve walked all the way to the shimura residence in this weather. the icicles run down the corner of people’s rooftops, dripping down like the fingers of hades, the god of the underworld, as if he were to reach out this winter and be free from the shackles of the dark world he resides in.
upon laying his eyes on your flushed cheeks which blew out a fog of warm air, a smile melts across his cheeks as he walks over to you.
“hey,” you grinned as he approached you and warmed your frostbitten cheeks with his warm hands. “don’t you know it’s freezing out there?” he questioned and felt your face melting into his touch.
that stupid grin will have his heart mixed in with his blood and the rest of his cells at how much it has defrosted his insides. his melted heart stains his bones at how adorable you looked when you covered his hands with yours, placing a soft and chaste kiss onto his palm.
“i know. but i wanted to see you.”
heaven forbid shimura tenko to rest his fluttering insides and beating heart in the presence of you.
your words struck through his skin and right through his mind like an arrow set out to murder, only this arrow feels like a fuel to his emotions. a positive and lovely fuel that always has him where you wanted.
“i’m glad you wanted to see me,” he replied, hands still cupping your cheek with a boyishly loving gaze only for you to see. “but, the snowstorm is coming soon. you can’t go back for a few days.”
you knew that. it was the perfect reason for you to stride along all the way with your warm boots on the snow-covered roads, granting you moments of cold solace as you arrived at your boyfriend’s house.
seeing the twinkle of mischief that reflected in your eyes gave away your entire plan to the teenage boy as he rolled his eyes at your antics.
“cheeky girl. you think i’d let you stay here?”
his fingers moved to brush the snow that shimmered your hair, portraying you as if you are a muse to winter’s paint and those glistening snows are speckled onto your skin. tenko watched your pretty eyes flutter shut as his fingers gently brushed your eyelashes.
“come on, ko, i came all the way here,” you murmured with a curve of your lower lip above your upper lip in a small pout.
at the sight of your pout and soft murmur, he scoffed with no heat, only blissful amusement.
“that’s why i’ll let you stay. you’re a crazy girl, y’know that? walking to my house when the freezing storm is coming.”
you chuckled. “then count me crazily in love when all i want to do is see you,” you smiled at him and quickly pressed an innocent kiss onto his nose, coating his pale skin with a blossom of red roses.
whatever could tenko do when your lips pressed against his skin? all he could feel everytime you kissed anywhere was ecstasy. this is no different from all the other times where it is still warm around the corner and sweat trickles down your skin.
it seems like nothing is going to change in the dead of night. especially not right now, where tenko has you close in his arms and he could feel your sweet summer warmth.

"Endeavor needs to take responsibility" tell me you didn't read any of his actual dialogue without telling me.
Like oh my god, how are some people just so blind? He initiates the conversation around his behaviour and apology for such. He's the one taking steps to prove he deserves the chance to be seen as a changed man. He's accepted that he may very well die alone, hell he was willing to let Dabi kill him. This is one of the greatest character arcs I've ever seen and people just ignore it out of...what? Personal bias? At least acknowledge that he's doing the best he can within the circumstances. Seriously, what more do you want out of him?
I didn't choose this life, guys. He looked me (Shoto) dead in the eyes and said "I'm proud of you" and it stabbed me through the heart. I tried to fight it but the Sir Nighteye/Kiyotaka Ishimaru/Steven Universe kin inside me could not ignore it forever.
He and the rest of the Todorokis are all so wonderfully written. The storyline is incredible and so nuanced. The point of the story is not forgiveness, the point is to acknowledge that sometimes people fuck up and there's nothing you can do to change that, all you can do is heal and move forward. To say that everyone deserves the chance to do better if they simply try to do so.

I'll swerve the car hard with him in it😛😛

teenage dirtbag!touya who’s actually just a loser with piercings and some style and skips class to go smoke under the bleachers
★ TEENAGE DIRTBAG ( GRUNGE¡DABI )
it's the early 2000s on a tuesday morning and here touya todoroki is, skipping a chemistry class with you. he simply found you walking outside the football field with a random ball you found lying on the ground.
your feet kicked and kicked the ball as it kept rolling forward. you're not one to skip classes, always attending to each one of them but always sleeping in under the nice roof and shade. so why are you outside and under the sun?
he strolled over to you and stood there, raising a brow at your behaviour. "what? you feeling emo?" his words broke you out of your trance as you shrugged. "they're conducting experiments today. i don't have a group. so, what's the point?"
"woah, same. you and i are such losers, aren't we.." touya went to take a seat under the bleachers to avoid the sun. "come here, smoke with me!" you heard him called out to you as you tilted your head and went over. "but i don't smoke!"
"don't care. pretend like you do."
you remained silent as you took a seat beside him, holding up your knee to your chest. your eyes watched as he took out a cigarette and handed it to you, setting one in his mouth before he lights it up and glances at you feeling the cigarette. "you don't have to light it up."
"then why give it to me?" a brow you raised as he shrugged. "if i'm getting in trouble for skipping class, so are you. this time, we'll both be caught smoking under the bleachers. how fun."
"kay, fair enough. i'll just keep the cig then."
then for the rest of the chemistry lesson which either didn't have a partner, touya smokes and you listened to his huffs and puffs. it's just two teenage dirtbags having fun and finding solace in each other.
