you can make pixel art in any software (the magic is in a small canvas and a brush without anti-aliasing) but i use clip studio paint . if you want a software specifically for pixel art and pixel art only a good one would be aseprite (would also recommend watching youtube pixel art tutorials, im not saying anything new)

what program do you use to draw pixel art?

used to draw in clip studio paint but now i use aseprite (the last 2 pieces were drawn in aseprite)!
