The fight scene analysis

I LOVE this scene!

So lets do it~!

We start with a barrage of bullets from the shark gangsters/loan sharks (if ya know, ya know). Husk and Angel are taking shelter behind a car when we start.

Husk has his eyes on the sharks, hand up to protect Angel. Angel has his eyes on Husk.

"Stay down. I'll deal with this."

We also have one of Angel's posters in the background. This is the Angel we and Husk are familiar with.

Husk pulls some cool knife throwing via papercut cards and actual loaded dice.

I'd like to point out the poster of Valentino in the back. Husk against Valentino shows us how different he is in regard to Angel. Val beats, assaults and exploits Angel. Husk risks himself to protect Angel without a second thought. This was seen earlier in the bar when he stopped Angel from being roofied and helped him escape the sharks earlier on. Val would probably have just charged the sharks money by the hour and sold the footage.

But this is where that earlier shot comes into play. Angel is more than his porn star persona. And he shows us and Husk that via crackshot into a nostril.

After shooting the shark into an actual puddle, Angel helps Husk up, continuing the theme of both supporting each other from the "Loser, Baby" duet right before the fight.

Angel goes full old school mafia, placing himself between Husk and the sharks with excessive force, switching the protector role with Husk.

But Husk joins in with more loaded dice. Notice his wings again. Angel has an arsenal of guns and rains bullets on the sharks, but Husk's wings are spread wide to protect his back.

Both are taking pleasure in the very one sided battle now that they've joined forces, the tension lessened just by each other's presence. (Vaggie was right.)

If Angel was wearing makeup to cover his black eyes from Val, its gone from the gunpowder, explosions and blood splash zone. Husk doesn't relax until the sharks stop moving, still on alert.

"Heh...well...That wasn't something I expected to see." He says to Angel, taking a breath and smiling at him.

And Angel tries to smooth his blown about, blood covered hair and replies "Like I said, you don't know me. Sex aint the only thing I'm good at." Angel is showing us a glimpse not only of himself...but of Anthony. And it seems as if they're blending into the person he is now.

And Husk has gotten his point across. This mess of a man covered in blood, soot and dirt...black eye, messy hair and clothing...the man who just decimated a gang of men and had his back...smiling through the violence and standing tall...

"Good to know. Cause this guy..."

"Ain't half bad."

This is who Husk wanted to see.

Angel Dust.

I love everyone's different poses upon Vaggie calling them to attention with my favorite being Sir Pentious saluting and ready for orders, but Angel Dust's stiff (if slightly scared) posture, Niffty face planting it onto the floor and poor Husk spilling his coffee on himself are hilarious. XD XD XD I also love the fact that after everyone dashes off to get the place ready, Husk is still just standing there like, "I ain't doing anything until I get cleaned up and have my f*cking coffee." XD XD XD

Huskerdust week Day two:Mirror

Ange Dust looks into the mirror. Placing a new blonde wig on his head. His top set of arms added a coat of dark red lipstick. His middle set of arms adjusted the size of his bossom. He was wearing a new skin tight pink dress.

Husk wrapped his arm's around his waist from behind. His chin rested on his shoulder. "You look beautiful mia regina." He kissed the spiders cheek.

"Thanks kitty. Ya look really handsome in your new tie." Angel giggled. He used his bottom set of arms to wrap around Husk's waist. Drawing him in closer.

"See ya can be sweet, when your not a total bitch." Husk spoke as he drank on the smell of his boyfriend's perfume.

Angel rolled his mismatched eyes.

When the porn star returned that night he was exhausted. He placed his wig carefully on a stand. Quickly changing into a baggy pair of pyjamas. He was too lazy to take off his makeup. Most of it had come off with sweat anyway.

The spider ploped down on the bed. Right next to his man who was hardly awake. "I know I look like shit right now. Just pretend you didn't see me."

Husk moved closer to Angel and cupped his face in his paws. "You look even lovelier than you did this morning."

Angel could feel his heart begin to swell. He loved this man so much. He couldn't find the words to express it. So he showed him with a kiss.

So can we just discuss how Husk finds reasons to get Angel’s attention by commenting even if it’s just “eh” 

Husk claims he could make something better, saying it wouldn’t be difficult.

Angel takes him up on that offer

As response, Husk totally made him the sandwich.

He definitely outed himself, not so subtle Husker tsk tsk tsk. Angel never said Husk made the food for him, only that it was gifted. But Husk couldn’t help himself by having a strong reaction automatically taking credit.

Little Husker gifting a sandwich,,, which he TOTALLY didn’t make for Angel SPECIFICALLY, he just HAPPENED to have EXTRA left over, and he figured ANGEL could finally SHUT TF UP if he gave him HIS sandwich.

^^^is probably what he would claim as a tsundere but we all the know truth 

Husk makes sure Angel is fed in his own “I care about your well-being but I have to pretend I don’t or else you might notice” kind of way. He looks after him more that the rat man, that’s for damn sure.

Also is it just me or is Angel wearing “Husk tones” in that last pic? His outfit colors remind me of Husk~

i hope we get to see huskerdust develop slowly through emotional and non-sexual intimacy.

maybe they'll sit next to each other all the time now?

maybe we'll see them sitting around and joking together

maybe they'll protect each other during fights and stand up for each other when they get into arguments (that aren't stupid)

maybe that'll move onto sitting closer together during meetings with their legs thrown over the other

maybe we'll get to see them with an arm around the other

maybe one of them will nap on the other one

perhaps we'll get to see them baring their soul to the other when they've had a particularly trying day with their Masters

maybe one will cry and the other will hug and shed a tear or two for them when they do

maybe they'll make the other laugh and they'll fall into each other for support whilst cackling

maybe they'll start holding hands

maybe charlie or vaggie will walk in on them dancing together
