not gonna lie I think I started to code a bit again in march... Thats good, I was convinced I wasted a year churning up ideas.

Csprites

Csprites, aka Combat Sprites are the counterpart to isosprites. They show up in the battle scene. I don't really like the look of them and I dread coding for some reason. So lets redraw them. new base

For the first time since the battle system, I actually programmed in an important feature. Now I can tell a story! IF ONLY THE STORY WAS WRITTEN.

I'm on holiday so I'm making a lot of progress on Fakutori. Not a lot of visual stuff, but I expect to have something playable later this summer! :)

Dungeon

I present to you my first block out for a dungeon level. Yea, it isn't great lol. But with these pieces in mind, I was able to make a proper sketch

It still needs some work but I'm getting somewhere with it. If only writing the story was this easy...

Level Transition

It's really fast but it might be due to how empty these testing levels are and not how well I coded it lol. I sorta want to edit the shader I'm using to do a radial wipe but glsl is the enemy of mankind.

Personalization

I dream of adding alternate character skins and whatnot, but that's a lot of work and I should focus on other things. So for now all you can change is the X-ray color.
