You can't tell me that this gif isn't everlark and wyler coded
Wednesday at dinner when her parents are cooing over her new boyfriend, the serial killing hyde, the first night after s1
Enid having to listen to Tyler exist because Wednesday still likes "that normie" and now she has to be civil again.
Wednesday when she accepts that she still likes Tyler and he is actually perfect for her.
Xavier when he's roped into watching Tyler Fucking Galpin because Wednesday commandeered his art shed to harbor a fugitive and he can't turn Tyler in without making Wednesday mad at him.
Gomez and Fester at Wednesday finding true love in Tyler the serial killer
Tyler on his way to seduce Wednesday in s2
Every other person who works at the Weathervane: Fuck. Wednesday’s here. Tyler isn’t going to be useful for shit until she leaves
Tyler: already taking his “break”
tried something a bit different
I'm not sure but I just realized...maybe...
-Since Wednesday’s visions were based off of her personality spectrum, she still had a little doubt about Tyler, (we all know she’s a skeptical person) but not in a way that she’s suspicious he’s a bad person (or maybe our girl really was doubting hard that's why she saw it idk) That’s why she saw it in her vision, but still taken-aback by what she saw. (refers to the kiss at Weathervane, him being the Hyde)
(It’s a wonder why Wednesday didn’t have any bad visions about Tyler on the first episodes, probably because she trusted him, until she had a little suspicion or reassessment about him, since she was thinking of giving their relationship or him a chance to be more than friends.)
hear the lines? when Tyler said about Xavier "pretty nuts, like he always seem so normal for an outcast."
then Wednesday continues with "It has made me reevaluate things." this is just me taking a wild guess but what if Wednesday doesn't really believe that Xavier is the Hyde or the bad guy in this situation, but since all the evidence points to him, she has no other way of proving that it isn't really him.
Then she goes "Like who I can trust." when he asks, evaluate like what things bbygurl?
Maybe Tyler thought that he's off her radar since Xavier is literally in jail, (poor boy, bless his paints) so he assumed that Wednesday is there to discuss being more than friends, or hang out whatever. Then, she steps forward and initiate a kiss. Then voila, moments after, she has a vision that he's the Hyde (killing his therapist specifically, I also wonder why of all he has killed, why did Wednesday see that scene in particular?)
What really kills me though is Tyler's constant bugging Wednesday to be closer to her or in a certain proximity, (since her visions are mostly triggered with touch or when the person or a related thing is near her) maybeee hoping that she'll have a vision that he's indeed the Hyde, and help him before its too late or just to have someone understand his situation. And Wednesday here in this scene is doubting him and maybe hoping that he wasn't the Hyde because she's already attached or have feelings for him, even though it doesn't sit right to her that she presumably captured the wrong guy.
(never getting over this scene btw)
here's a meme of Xavier for comedic effect, thanks for reading through my insanity if you made it this far, there's probably more in the future (meme not mine)
Happy valentine's day!
found something so freaking funny on reddit while looking up things as I write my fic. So, I was looking up the note that Thing dropped on the tip jar to Tyler and saw this on reddit;
this-
love the ideia of wednesday choosing the film for movie night and is the most slash gore terror you could ever imagine enid threw up ajax is trying to keep strong bianca took off yoko is bored and then there's wednesday who's eyes are shining and smirking all the time with tyler on her side sleeping heavily because he knows blood doesn't do that when you dismembered someone
They just wanted to test the limit of Julieta's healing powers... and Alma's nerves
Ok so part 2 to this post I made yesterday;
Wednesday was supposed to get a ride from Weems the day before the thanksgiving break to the train station in Burlington. Pugsley had gone ahead already but Wednesday needed to tie up loose ends with Ansel Gates and the potentially living Laurel Gates before returning to New Jersey.
It's only when Tyler texts her that morning about getting out of his work shift and offering to drive her himself that she arranges to just say goodbye to Weems at the school entrance instead. She doesn't have to wait long with her backpack to see Tyler drive up and he is smiling. And for not the first time, she ISN'T reminded of Grey despite the familiarity.
Nothing prepares her for Tyler getting the drop on her and knocking her out.
When she comes to, she is hanging from the ceiling for Crackstone's Thrice Damned crypt and the first thing she sees is Grey's dark eyes looking down at her with a smile that looks too soft for the setting.
Some god is playing a cosmic joke because making a hyde with Grey's face steals her heart all over again. It's some god's vengeance on her for making the same hyde use her to resurrect her husband's killer.
Terrible crack idea, no one look at me: Wednesday actually has a colour allergy and at the Rave'N after being doused in red paint she stops breathing.
Tyler's running outside with her in a bridal carry, Enid actually gets physical with Lucas and his normie friends to force them to admit what they 'laced' the paint with.
I feel at some point, Enid would have to go: "God, this reminds me of Wednesday's joke about her allergies. But seriously way worse." Tyler, crouched over Wednesday who is slowly turning blue under the red paint. "Allergy...joke?"
"OH, oh fuck."
And then she gets hosed down. Plus it's a legitimate explanation for why she got a custom uniform. No school I've ever heard of would allow let alone organise a goth uniform just for aesthetic preference.
OR, when she's arrested the Sheriff puts her in an orange jumpsuit for Father V Son Angst.
