Week 3: Nightmares

I'm quite late to week 3 xdd but I've put some love into it so I'm uploading it anyway.

every time i think of leshy in his early days in the cult of the lamb i think of the very likely nightmares he would have after returning from purgatory, and also how he would come back to reality upon awakening, having to concentrate his senses to differentiate nightmare from reality.

although he is also an ancient god of chaos so annoying a certain cat also works.

the yellow cat on the other hand needs a vacation, since the worm appeared in his garden it has taken everything that was his and now he doesn't know how to get it out of his house without having to bother the lamb or another follower.

He also has to find an excuse for the scratch on his face.

I too thought of the same nightmare theme but in reverse and it was funny to me:

If you could give any one character in rehabilitation of death a gun, who would you give it to and when? (Personally I'd give it to Leshy to see what chaos comes forth because for some reason I'm convinced he'd be incapable of figuring it out on his own / firing it unless it was an Accident, and would be so unswath trying to threaten with it.)

Lamb: Red Crown gun is already canon. It's high noon.

Narinder: Wouldn't know how to work it. Points it towards his face trying to look down the barrel to see why it's not shooting. Has to get stitched up because now a qaurter of his face is eldritch injured

Leshy: Chaos incarnate. Never runs out of bullets. Don't think that just because he cannot aim with sight doesn't mean he won't hit you eventually

Heket: I honestly think she would just keep it on hand and snipe anything that annoys her.

Kallamar: The squid does bombs and swords, idk about guns. Unless the gun shoots bombs and swords.

Shamura: They have several arms. They get several guns. They won't use any of them.

There just lil babies. Some little guys

I had a sudden idea about Doey. Hear me out: Doey is 900lbs of dough in those tapes- when the boys were still kids. He's grown since then, so, what if he's closer to a ton now?

this makes me remember how there's a lot of chunks of dough in the chapter. one person i watched joked that because of seemingly losing the clay, doey would become smaller and smaller

10 or so years is a lot of time to accumulate a ton of clay if it were to organically grow though!

so my immediate first thought is just

manually shaving off the excess. so he visually remains the same but does in fact have an extra 100lbs (or even more) stashed around all over the place

edit: i want to add this ask is extremely funny given that, just today i noticed his arms are becoming thicker every time i draw him

So y'all know how cats like to sleep in really weird places sometimes? And since Narinder is both a cat and a (former) god of death, would it be too far off if he sometimes napped in the morgue?

He's just quirky like that 🫠

Also, I bet since he's been in a white void for a thousand years, he's definitely got some kind of trauma because of that. Perhaps he developed a habit of finding the darkest of places to chill in to cope hehe
