I had a sudden idea about Doey. Hear me out: Doey is 900lbs of dough in those tapes- when the boys were still kids. He's grown since then, so, what if he's closer to a ton now?

this makes me remember how there's a lot of chunks of dough in the chapter. one person i watched joked that because of seemingly losing the clay, doey would become smaller and smaller

10 or so years is a lot of time to accumulate a ton of clay if it were to organically grow though!

so my immediate first thought is just

manually shaving off the excess. so he visually remains the same but does in fact have an extra 100lbs (or even more) stashed around all over the place

edit: i want to add this ask is extremely funny given that, just today i noticed his arms are becoming thicker every time i draw him

Facing Homelessness (Emergency Commissions or Donations Please)

I'm seriously so sorry for all the hectic posts I've been making asking for commissions and I'm so grateful to everyone whos helped out.

But unfortunately the only place we'd been able to find shelter was with my fiancee's abuser and their (also being abused) family.

We thought up until arriving here a few hours ago that we'd have time to settle in and eventually find somewhere for us all to go and escape but now we're facing being homeless within two days time.

We have plans however!! We can kind of avoid being in the house as much as physically possible for a week or two but we are desperately searching for apartments or low-income housing in our area. We found one place that is super cheap and has everything we reasonably need. The only thing stopping us is money.

We've run numbers and we need about two thousand to get out.

I am willing to do commissions dirt cheap. I'm willing to draw whatever you'd like for however much because every single dollar helps us not be thrown out into the streets. All I ask is for patience with how long the pieces will take. Please, we have no where to go and it's going to be below freezing outside. We just need enough to get out and sustain ourselves till we get jobs, which we are currently in the process of getting. If you can't com or donate please signal boost this. So, I'm looking at this overhead shot of the Daycare layout while I wait for word on this game being ported to a system I own, and it's becoming very obvious that Sun and Moon have been isolated for quite a while

In addition to all those big thick cables running around the place that are attached to generators, they're also linked up to floodlights that are constantly directing bright beams of light across the vicinity

A layout like this seems to be a lawsuit waiting to happen for an area meant to contain small children, so the only logical explanation is that the Daycare has been this way for a while, and Sun/Moon have been isolated for longer than we've been aware of.

Since the other animatronics aren't allowed into the Daycare (based off of what Freddy said), and the idea that the area seems to be modified to be constantly flooding light, I'd have to guess that Sunny and Moon were probably the first ones infected with the Afton Virus and were quarantined from the others to curb the spread, but it didn't help because it was already spread through the network or something.

No wonder Sundrop was so ecstatic to see Gregory the first time; he's been by himself for so long that he hasn't seen a child in ages (and he was built and programmed to babysit children all day), and was probably going nuts walking around the empty Daycare with nothing to do.

What a drastic difference from what Sun (and even Moon) displays when you so much as tip over a tower of canisters, since they'll start going into a panic and wail about it being a mess and having to pick up and stack them back up. They'll stop everything to do this, like it bothers them to leave it as anything less.

The staff has clearly neglected them. Especially with all the obvious grimy handprints and poor condition of thier casing. Sun and Moon probably don't even really know what's been happening and why they've been left alone for so long, and they're probably trying to keep everything neat and orderly in the main area in hopes that everything can go back to normal or something...

Clearly, the Daycare Attendant was patient zero for the Afton Virus, likely Moon in particular since he apparently does nighttime patrols of the Pizzaplex, and it's implied in those recordings of Vanessa's therapy sessions that someone has been fiddling with the systems at night after hours, and those scrapped emails from FNAF AR seems to lean towards the possibility of a virus being leaked into there.

I wonder if it has to do with that arcade machine seen in thier room, since that game seems to have a digital depiction of them being corrupted by the end of the minigame. 👀

I swear, when I get this game, I am going through this whole level with a fine tooth comb to see as much detail as I can find. I can't really explain this other than I haven't been this intrigued by a minor character in a video game since Mephiles from Sonic 06.

matthew: that's dumb what both: ... both start snickering

kevin: yeah that is dumb!

I just had a thought....the toys in playtime are all hungry because the factory has been closed for years and food is running short, and if we're assuming that the size of the toy plays into how much food they need to sustain themselves, the bigger bodies surely need more food than a small toy would since the bigger bodies would have bigger digestive tracks

With that in mind: can you imagine the restrain Doey must have had to put himself through when he took charge of Safe Haven to not snap and go on a starving rampage?? Like- he's in an environment where he is surrounded by smaller toys. It would be too easy for Doey to just...grab them, kill them, eat them, it's not like the smaller toys can fight back

Doey has the strength to crush them like a plastic bottle, and he is so hungry, so hungry it's painful. The smaller toys in Safe Haven surely wouldn't notice if one of them just disappeared, and it wouldn't be difficult...but they trust him. They know how powerful Doey is, they know Doey could overpower them, but they trust him

They smile at him, laugh with him, wish him safety when he leaves Safe Haven to scout for supplies. They try to share the small amount of food they have with him, they lower their guard around him. They feel safe to sleep near him, trusting him to protect them

Imagine Doey being in constant pain cuz he's so hungry, training himself to hide it all behind a smile cuz he can't let it show to the little ones that he's in pain
