Can I suggest an exercise that I think you should be doing on a daily basis? I feel it would be really beneficial for you.
Ok, so to start with you want to make sure you’re loose and limber, that’s very important.
Next, you want to stand up straight and position your feet about shoulder width apart, maybe a bit wider.
And then what you’re going to do is lower your body slowly towards your feet and squat straight down onto my tongue.
