I’ve been trying some new things in regards to methods and I wanted to share one I’ve been fine tuning and had success with. Im calling it the pet method as I used my dog (Thanks Pumpkin for being the real MVP here) but a pet is not required, more on what you need is below. There is no visualization required just the belief that this IS an object (or animal) from your DR.
What you’ll need: an item that reminds you of your DR, an item that is a replica of something in your DR, or a pet that is in both your DR and your CR. The item could be a shirt, a book, a wand, a hat- anything really. IF you are using a pet it needs to be able to stay in a reliable down stay next to you as it is integral to this method. An alternative could be a small pocket pet that you can hold in your hand/arms but an object works just the same.
Optional: feel free to put on a shifting subliminal of your choice, white noise, brown noise, or music that reminds you of your DR if you would like. It’s entirely up to you!
1. Sit down in a comfortable place (couch, bed, floor, up to you!) and place your object on your non dominate side. This is the hand you don’t write with- if you are ambidextrous choose the side you use less. This is just to help your awareness switch over to your DR without doing any visualization. If you can’t do this or really want to use your dominate hand that is okay too- it’s more a suggestion.
2. Close your eyes. We’re going to start working on a meditative breathing pattern. We’re going to do 5 breath reps, with affirmations in between. Slowly breathe in for four counts, hold for seven, breathe out for eight. Affirm to yourself that you are in your desired reality. Repeat.
3. You should be feeling more relaxed. Return to your normal breathing pattern, reach your hand out, and gently begin touching the object/pet. If it’s small you can pick it up- just make sure your movements are slow and deliberate. You will keep passing your hand over the object for the duration of the method.
4. Begin counting. There is no need to affirm at this point, but keep touching the object. The goal here is to clear your mind. I would recommend counting to 100 but the number is up to you. Some people need more, some people need less. Trust yourself.
5. Once your mind is clear and focused (not jumping from thought to thought) you are going to start affirming again. However those affirmations are going to change to factor in your object, and if it helps you ONE thing you know you will see, hear, taste, or smell once you are there. “This is x from y reality.” “This is my x, I am in y, i hear z.” Word it however feels natural to you. I might affirm “This is pumpkin from my better childhood DR. I am in my room. I can hear my dad downstairs.” Or just “this is pumpkin from my better childhood DR.” (Again you do not have to actually visualize them, just affirm what you know is true) Affirm until you feel your surroundings change or have a clue (voices noise etc) that you are in your DR.
And that’s it! Good luck and go shift!
Usually, it takes me around 30 minutes or sometimes even longer to enter the void state. I typically get there by the time I reach step 4, but this time I somehow mastered it and entered in 10 minutes! Here’s exactly what I did to enter quickly and effortlessly (but remember that everyone’s journey is different)
1. Find a Comfortable Position, You can lay however you want, but for me, lying on my back helps me feel more symptoms. I stayed completely still, letting my body relax fully. No adjusting, no tension, just letting go.
2. Affirm with Full Belief, I repeated simple affirmations in my head, like:
• I am in the void.
• Entering the void is easy.
• I am pure consciousness.
I didn’t stress or wait for symptoms, I just affirmed and let myself sink into the feeling.
3. Counted to 100 & Affirmed When Needed, As I counted up to 100, I didn’t feel the need to constantly affirm. I only affirmed when I noticed my mind starting to wander. By the time I reached 100, I was already in the void.
4. If You’re Not In Yet, Count from 100 to 0 & Affirm, If you’re not in yet, try counting down from 100 to 0 while continuing to affirm every now and then. Usually When I reach 0, I am already deep in the void.
I know for a fact it took 10 minutes because I had a subliminal playing in the background. Just as I fully entered, the sub ended, and an ad suddenly played, scaring me and pulling me out.
• Don’t Overcomplicate It, The void is natural. The more you let it happen instead of “trying” to enter, the easier it is.
• Detach from Outcomes, If you keep thinking “Is it working?” you’re just pulling yourself out of it. Assume it’s already done.
• If You Feel Yourself Dozing Off, Let It Happen, A lot of the time, you’ll enter as you “fall asleep.” Trust the process.
And that’s it—10 minutes, and I was in. No forcing, no stressing, just trusting. If I can do it, you can too!
I've been getting so many asks with questions that feel like they can't be answered any differently than things I've already covered. It's as if I'm receiving the same queries over and over, and I understand the frustration that comes with feeling unheard. there are no if ands or buts, there’s no “i was so close”, “it just doesn’t work for me”. this method cannot fail, there is no such thing, at all, it’s you who focuses too much on the symptoms, it’s you gets upset when “nothing happens” before rolling over to go to sleep just to endure another day in your shitty reality. it’s you who fails to see your own potential and it’s only you who can change that
this is the basic method that works for anyone with a conscious and subconscious mind,
it’s not anyone’s fault that you’ve decided to overcomplicate it
that’s the basic fucking template you don’t need shit but yourself
stop with the neediness it’s getting kinda pathetic
You dont need to follow some stupid 10k affirmation challenge
You don’t need to follow any challenges lasting weeks
You don’t need subliminals or waves or a guided meditation

again the basic template is only difficult to you because of the over-complication of it all
Let me give you an example: Imagine you’re a baker and there’s this iconic legendary baker who has this incredible, world famous cake, they give the world a recipe to it and it’s quite simple. how can such a simple recipe impress the taste buds of so many? it doesn’t matter about the how or why, it just does. But so many bakers around the world, including you, are scared of not impressing their customers so they add all this other shit to the recipe that was perfectly fine. And it just makes everything so complicated, all because they don’t trust that the original recipe will be able to impress and satisfy their customers.
That basic recipe is the “method” that Neville gave to us, he didn’t have tumblr, he didn’t have youtube to binge fucking yoga nidra meditation videos. He didn’t have a phone to inhale subliminal after subliminal like it’s a full time job. He didn’t have bloggers shoving 10k challenges down his throat, and guess what, he was just fine! But I know there are some people who will look at this, scroll past and still scan their feed, scrambling for an “instant method” like some junky. And to that i say, go ahead, waste your days overcomplicating the act of shifting consciousness, waste your days overconsuming, doomscrolling, complaining. The law and the art of shifting was always real and will continue to be real while you sit there with absolutely nothing, so go ahead. Rack your brain to the point of a headache, to the point of insanity trying to understand what’s right infront of you, you’re only doing yourself harm.

I think, therefore I am. One of the most famous statements in history of philosophy. Before manifesting, there was philosophy (essentially).
Warning ⚠️: Long post ahead about philosophy, which is related to manifesting (if you put two and two together), so if you want to build up your knowledge on both philosophy AND understand manifesting better than I'd say, go ahead and read!
Descartes was a part of a school of philosophers named The Rationalist. They believed that they were such a thing as an Eight Knowledge. Knowledge that is absolutely dependent of all experience. For Rationalists, there are truths that can be known prior to an observation or experimention.
When Descartes wrote his famous line, he was seeking to discover what kind of knowledge we could know beyond observations. Beyond the external world, if anything. After all, observations might be false. How do we know the human mind is not making things up?
Descartes' inspiration for his book The First Meditation was the simple question: How can we know that anything is true? It's possible that we are dreaming. After all, when one dreams, they aren't aware that they're in a dream. Therefore, they believe every second of it is real.
So Descartes to try to discover what we can know with absolute certainty decides to take everything that is possible to doubt and treat it as false. Therefore, whatever is left will only be beliefs we can know as true with absolute certainty. This way, we can find a base upon which we can build up our beliefs.
Descartes introduces the concept of an evil demon. A deceiver. A deceiver powerful enough to make everything a mere illusion. The evil demon was nothing Descartes believed literally. Instead, it served as a tool for radical skeptism. He went as far as denying basic truths, like mathematics.
The Cogito.
At this point, Descartes is not doing well. Luckily for him, he finds a middle ground. Even if his hands or his feet are real, he must be real. Even if he is being deceived entirely, there must be a He to be deceived. He can not deny his existence because if he denied his existence, well, who would be denying?
If one's doubting that they are thinking, they must automatically be thinking. Doubting is a kind of thinking. So by doubting they are thinking, they are proving that they are thinking. So, as they are doing some kind of thinking, they are. As long as I am doing some kind of thinking, I am.
"So after considering everything very throughly, I must finally conclude that this proposition, I am, I exist, is necessary true whenever it is put forward by me or conceived in my mind." - René Descartes, The Second Meditation.
"I think, therefore I am", sounds a lot like a deduction. A deduction is a method of reasoning or a process of drawing a specific conclusion based on a general principle or fact. "I think" is one statement from which we deduce the conclusion "I am." There's a debate in litterrarure on whether Descartes intended for it to be an argument or as a singular intuition.
Before, we must acknowledge that something called a syllogism exists. A syllogism is a form of logical reasoning where a conclusion is drawn from two premises. A syllogism begins with a major premises, follows with a minor premises and ends with a conclusion.
For instance,
Major Premise: All birds have feathers.
Minor Premise: An Eagle is a bird.
Conclusion: Therefore, an Eagle has feathers.
We could understand The Cogito to be a form of syllogism. Which would look like what follows.
Major Premise: All beings that think exist.
Minor Premise: I think.
Conclusion: Therefore, I exist.
But Descartes himself, opposed to this.

Now that I humbly assume you've read all of this, maybe you weren't able to put two and two together. Let me be of hand.
By doubting something, you prove that it is possible. When you doubt wether or not your desires are possible to achieve, you essentially prove that they are. By doubting you acknowledge that they are alternative outcomes. If you were truly convinced something wasn't possible, you wouldn't doubt.
Additionay, remember syllogism? Do you want to see manifesting in a more "logical" side? No problem.
Major Premise: Our understanding of reality is filtered through our thoughts.
Minor Premise: I desire something; therefore, I assume it is real.
Conclusion: Therefore, my desires shape my perception of reality.

STATE AKIN TO SLEEP: LET’S TALK ABOUT IT
so i saw a success story form this cutie, @kamiiik0 about how she induced the void state using SATS, and have realised that a lot of people complain to my about falling asleep during their inducing process. They fall asleep after affirming mindlessly and beat themselves up in the morning.
And to that i ask: why don’t you embrace the sleep, use it your advantage? I made a post about this a while ago, but a refresh is always nice!
STATE AKIN TO SLEEP, or SATS is a concept popularised by Neville Goddard. It refers to the state you are in just before you drift off to sleep. It’s seen as quite powerful as that area between awake and asleep is when your subconscious mind is more dominant and can be easily impressed.
PROOF: The Law and the Promise (published in 1961): Neville Goddard’s manifesting class.
He recalled when he asked that his students affirm/visualise climbing a ladder during SATS. He then told them to affirm against it during the day, telling themselves that they will NOT climb a ladder. He told his students not to come back if they didn’t climb a ladder and everyone returned.
METHOD: Now what do you actually need to do? Get into a comfortable position, you can start with heavy breathing or just wait for a time where you feel sleepy. Start to affirm how relaxed you are. Then you should start to focus on the darkness behind your eyes. Tell yourself you’re drifting off and that when you fall asleep you will find yourself in the state of pure consciousness.
“ I AM” don’t force yourself to stay awake while affirming this, instead as you feel yourself drifting off to sleep have the knowing that there is no “what if”s or “maybe”s. You will wake up in the state of pure consciousness, then next time you wake up WILL be in the “I AM” state. And that is what will happen.
Don’t force yourself to stay awake, no effort should be needed in any areas when inducing
Now, a reason a lot of you sleepyheads stray away from this method is that you don’t trust yourself to wake up in the void state. You don’t trust that when you wake up you’ll have induced the state of pure consciousness. You don’t want to leave it up to your subconscious mind to be in charge of whether you induce the void state or not. You feel like you need to see it through or it won’t work and you’ll just wake up where you left off.
And to this i urge you to trust yourself. Do i need to remind you of who you are? The void state is a state of consciousness just like sleep and wake are. The same amount of simplicity that is in the transition from being asleep to being awake is the same simplicity needed to step into that state of pure consciousness.
Trust your affirmations and give yourself no room to doubt, as soon as your eyes shut for the last time before you drift off in slumber, know that the next time you are conscious and aware it will be in the state of the void

That person does not exist anymore.
When a thought of doubt arises—when your mind tries to slip into old habits—you do not fight it. You do not argue with it. You do not “fix” it.

My most favourite place Egyptian Bazaar. I have always wondered what it looks going to ancient and old time bazaar in Egypt and since you have actual opportunity to make a waiting room there so why not?
Many people might not know this but this place is actually really colourful with different kind of fabric and it can give you new experience.
