Hot take but the reason why a lot of people are unmotivated to shift is because they are stuck on constantly consuming content on how to do it.
There's definitely good advice on here but it can be repetitive because we did say I believe almost everything we can about shifting. It good that people are posting advice but let me be fr most of the shifters especially on tumblr know what to do.
While consuming shifting content is not a bad thing if it repetitive advice when you already know what to do may be the big reason why you are unmotivated to shift.

The long awaited method : HMM for self hypnosis towards the void, enter under 2min.
WARNING : this method is quite powerful, it's not a method on directly entering the void, but it's a method I've perfected to be able to induce the void INSTANTLY under 5 minutes, given by on how to hypnotize yourself.
Please make sure you're ready for this, and you have a clear mind for this, self hypnosis is extremely powerful and if done rightly? It helps immensely, the chances after this to enter the void is 90%, you know what the 10% is for, belief and trust in this method.

This method is something I've stumbled on long before, and I just remembered how it may actually help those with a limit in their mind that does not let them enter the void, first of all, props to the person who make this trance inducing method which is using the magic magnet fingers, and since I'm pairing it with the void, I'll call it Hibiscus's Mind Magnet, or just HMM for short.
This method requires you to sit down somewhere quiet, somewhere with limit sound, does not matter if there's light or not, simply sit somewhere comfortably and I urge you to do a small mini meditation before hand if your mind is crowded, best time to do so is when you wake up.

If having crowded thoughts, meditate for a clearer mind.
Set your suggestion : a suggestion is something you want to stick deep into your subconscious, aka "I always enter the void under 2 minutes."
You can use any other suggestions, this is just for the void I'm explaining now, now that your mind is calm, everything is ready, simply begin by clasping your fingers in front of yourself together and leaving the two index fingers to stick above.
Now, look and focus at the space between those two fingers, okay? Now begin to imagine that ok either sides of your palm, there's two big magnets.
Stare at the space between the fingers, in a moments time when you let go, you see your fingers actually getting pulled subconsciously together like magnets, and eventually you'll feel this sudden pull of your own face towards it, at this point, continue to stare at it UNTIL your indexes hit each other.
Now you begin to realize even your eyelids are tired and droopy, that's the perfect state, now gently lower your hand in your lap and close your eyes, let the fatigue wash over you, you'll feel lightheaded and dizzy, this, is the perfect state called the Trance state.
Begin by saying your suggestion slowly, simply affirming deeply by saying "I always enter the void under 2 minutes." And only use one suggestion please.
When you feel ready, and you feel done, that's when you're done with this trance state, to get out, begin by forcing yourself to focus things around you, the blanket underneath you perhaps, the hands in your lap, and slowly open your eyes again.
Done, you have just hypnotized yourself, and remember, results can show in just one session, but if you're doubtful, it will take more than one session, do this before attempting for the void and simply go on with ANY method of the void, you'll succeed.

Not trying to be rude or something but is reality shifting real or is it just some other name for Maladaptive Daydreaming? Because there are way too many people out there that criticize Reality shifting and play with the belief of others who do believe in reality shifting
A lot of bloggers have been exposed because they lied about having their dream lives, they lied about everything and got away with it.
If anybody asks for proof, which they would, every blogger says the same, You just want validation etc etc.
Many people are done, and some are on the verge of giving up, we can try LOA/Shifting ourselves but if there was some sort of proof then they would actually know it if is worth their time or not.

1. Yes, shifting is easy, it may not always feel like it but once you get the hang of it, you realise how easy it is

Like, you’re doing all this work (visualizing, affirming, scripting, etc) and yet deep down, you might be scared of actually getting what you want. It’s wild, but it makes sense when you break it down.
✵ WHY SUCCESS MIGHT FEEL SCARY.
— Even if you’ve visualized your DR a million times or planned your DR down to the last detail, but actually being there is a completely new experience. What’s it actually going to feel like to be there? What if things don’t go how you imagined? That uncertainty can trigger a lowkey (or not so lowkey) fear.
— Success comes with its own pressure. Once you shift, it’s easy to start overthinking. What if I can’t do it again? What if it’s not what I expected? That “what if” spiral can get overwhelming. And that might create a fear of succeeding.
— Even if you don’t love your CR, it’s still comfortable because it’s familiar. Leaving behind parts of it, even if it’s just for a short amount of time, (people, routines, or even just your identity in this reality) can feel heavier than you realize.
— What if your DR doesn’t live up to the dream? What if it’s not perfect? That fear can make success feel risky, and your brain might unconsciously try to avoid it altogether.
✵ HOW THIS FEAR MESSES WITH YOU. This fear doesn’t usually scream “I’m scared to succeed!” It shows up in subtle ways like procrastinating, feeling “stuck,” constantly tweaking your script, overthinking your method, or second-guessing yourself. It’s like your mind is putting up invisible walls without you even realizing it.
✵ WHY PEOPLE DON’T TALK ABOUT IT. This fear gets ignored because it feels backwards, like why would you be scared of getting what you want? Plus, in the shifting community, everyone’s so focused on HOW to shift, they don’t always talk about the emotional side of it. It’s easier to think you’re just “doing it wrong” than to realize you might be holding yourself back.
✵ HOW TO GET PAST IT.
— Acknowledge it. The first step is being honest with yourself. Ask, Am I scared of actually shifting to my DR? Once you see it for what it is, it’s easier to work through.
— Instead of obsessing over the moment you shift, think about how you’re going to feel and thrive once you’re there. Build that excitement so it outweighs the fear.
— Remind yourself you’ve got this. You’ve done the work, and you’re capable of handling whatever comes up in your DR. Affirmations like “I’m ready for this” or “I trust myself” really help.
— Your DR doesn’t have to be perfect for it to be worth experiencing. Give yourself room to explore and grow. Nothing has to be set in stone.
— Shifting doesn’t have to be some huge, dramatic moment. Every step (big or small) you take is progress, so don’t psych yourself out by making it feel bigger than it is.
✵ FINAL THOUGHTS. So yeah, fear of success is real, but it doesn’t have to stop you. The key is recognizing it for what it is and deciding it’s not going to hold you back. You’ve already done the hard part by getting this far, trust that you’re ready for what’s waiting on the other side.
okay listen up. So basically yesterday i didn't do shit during my shifting journey i ain't gonna lie. And recently my parents took my phone away so i stopped listening to subs while shifting. And like i was feeling tired around 22:30 so i went to bed and just put on earplugs or idk how its called cuz i hate noises while sleeping. Then i was feeling sleepy so i thought "why not shift?" but like i didn't wanted to do any methods or stuff cuz im a lazy bitch ain't gna lie and it doesn't stop me from shifting lol ! I just layed down and started making myself feel as if im in my dr not like visualizing the room just feeling like i was there and i was like "oh shit i have a live stream to do tomorrow what will i talk abt to entertain people" and i started planning my day for when i wake up in my DR and didn't thought much of it but like i really felt numb and i was so connected to my DR and then i heard a "fwip !" like you know the sound of the air when you throw something really quickly? But like really loud and i was like "i have earplugs dafuq?" and i opened my eyes and saw a red frisbee getting thrown at me and once i saw it,it stopped itself and fell right in front of me?? (dafuq) and like afterwards i looked around i was on the grass in a sort of playground it was really sunny and i heard a laughter but my heart was pouding so much because of the frisbee attack that i decided to return.
Anyways took me 2mins and NO efforts. You will shift just like you shifted more than 20 times to similar realities while reading this lol.

Okay, granted, not everyone has this problem - but a lot of people carry around this little assumption and expectation to wake up in their current reality again. No matter what they do. You've got your script ready. Your method is comfy and your chosen subliminal slaps. You feel ready and everything is in place. But deep down? Deep down you prepare yourself for your alarm in the morning. Prepare yourself for the same room, the same body, the same boring reality trot. It's like saying to the universe "Surprise me!", but also slipping in a quiet note saying "Please don't. Just copy yesterday". It's not new knowledge that your subconscious is running the show behind the scenes. But what we sometimes forget is that our subconscious picks its believes from us... from our habits, patterns, the things we repeat over and over again, even the ones we are not fully aware of. And since most of us are raised in a world that values logic, linear thinking, the "you only live once" mentality, it's no surprise some of us struggle with seeing any other reality as "just as real". Not your fault, it's just conditioning doing its work. Shifting goes basically against everything you have been taught to expect, so it can feel hard to rewire that believe on the go. You are a bit like a Roomba - just doing your little routines, bumping into some unexpected furniture on your usual way, programmed by years and years of subconscious patterns and habits. Cute, but kinda confused a lot. Doesn't mean you are broken, just shows you are human. What you can do is trying to catch that thought, the expectation of waking up here, before it starts to settle in again. Don't just say "I hope I shift". Hope is passive. Try something like: "I believe it's possible to shift" "I expect to shift" "My CR isn't the default. My DR can be the default too." You subconscious learns best from repetition, dominant believes and a sense of familiarity. So start feeding it those things, instead of doubt disguised as fickle believe. Once you start treating your DR as absolutely inevitable, it becomes harder for your brain to argue with that over time. You're not failing, just learning. And every single time you turn those pesky little thoughts in more productive ones, you are rewiring your believes. That's not small, that is huge! That is taking your power back from just letting things happen. You are basically standing in the doorway to your DR, you just need to find your way to step into it.

As we all know that we often struggle with achieving our weight goal,doing workout,keeping a strict diet and eating healthy etc...
All of this was created by man, a man-made creation like Times, Machines, names, studies, science and many more.
And of course this was all coming from the imagination.
But i'm here to tell you that nothing is set in stone, your beliefs/assumption are the true fact.
Don't do things that you don't want to, just for you to loss weight ,because some non loa-believe people told you to.
Do whatever you want! Cause you make the rules and you control your own reality.
And you should be grateful that you discovered loa out of BILLIONS OF PEOPLE that are living miserably, believing that they should work hard to have what they want, following society rules.
You need to understand that you are what we call God ,an Infinite being that could do anything without limitation.
You Can be whoever you want, get anything you want and more, even manifest the most illogical things, and this all because you're a consciousness that Can decide whoever version of themselves is gonna be.
But does God need to follow the rules? Does god need to do method? Does god need to do challenge? NO!! ABSOLUTELY NOT! YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOUR MIND TELLS YOU TO, HELL! EVEN YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN RULES AND METHOD.
YOU ➜ God (imagination) ➜ create your own rules and method and Can manifest anything you want into your reality.
You Can be a model, having that pretty face, being a billionaire, living in that penthouse, having a yacht, fancy car, being with your handsome/pretty SP, having that perfect body. Having superpowers, having a little fairy, having a Magic portal in your room and swimming in money and MANY MORE.
All of that with what? Without even Lifting a single little finger, everything you ever wanted already EXIST, there's many versions of yourself with your desires, and with just that pretty powerful mind of yours.
The law of assumption indicate that whatever you assume to be true will Harden into fact with persistence.
Manifesting your desires into the physical reality just requires you to change your inner self so that the outer World will follow.
The 3d is a mirror ➜ changing your self (4d) ➜ persisting ➜ the 3d will reflect your 4d ➜ yay! You have your desires in the physical reality.
It is very simple and easy.
All of this just needs discipline and having faith in yourself and your true power as a god.
Now the important part of this post.
We do know that manifesting weight loss might seem difficult for the most of us.
While you're manifesting and there's the people that surround you Always ALWAYS complaining and pointing about your appearance, your weight and that might get you very pissed off and angry.
I am myself suffering from this, my parents Always pointing at my appearance,saying that i look fat (and that not true they are just exaggerating things, my Friends told me that i have a beautiful body but i hide it with over-sized clothes cause i'm insecure), and they force me to go workout when i don't want to (cause obviously i hate sport and socializing) and which caused a HUGE ARGUMENTS with them, and i Lost it (cause i have anger issues) but they didn't listen they told me it for my own good🙄 my ass, so i had no choice but to listen to them but i'm DONE FOLLOWING SOCIETY RULES AND BELIEFS.
So yeah i'm not listening to anybody but my personal beliefs cause i'm the only one who knows the truth, the cheat code to life.
you Can eat whatever you want and with the belief that you won't gain a single weight and it's will become a fact.
Your beliefs and assumption matters and don't listen to anybody.
Okay so now you might wonder how to manifest weight loss while interacting with the 3d every single day and it very simple:
➜ firstly choose what desired weight or body you want to manifest.
➜ secondly knows that you do already have it in imagination and creation is finished, you're already that version of yourself that is skinny or muscular.
➜ thirdly you need to keep persisting no matter what the 3d tells you cause that will make the subconscious really believes you're that desired version of yourself.
➜ and lastly dismiss the 3d, if the people surrounding you keep pointing at your appearance just ignore them and affirm in your head that you already have your desired weight or body and knows that the 3d will change.
You really need to throw Logic in the trash , Logic won't get you anywhere but imagination will.

Just pick and choose, fulfilling yourself in your imagination and accepting it as fact and the 3d will follow.
Seriously it is really simple, just don't overcomplicate it.
Just have faith and trust in yourself and you'll definitely do it.

Having a vision board for the new year is so important as it keeps you motivated and helps with manifesting whatever you may be wanting it to be. I’ll also add a couple dot points on how to assure that you actually manifest it into your life! Here’s the checklist on what to add to yours!
Travelling: where do you wanna go in the new year, isle could be within the country or outside.
Clothes: what’s your new style gonna be
Money: to make sure your gaining that cash!
Any other things you want to manifest into your life: could be a bag, Jewlery or an object you’ve been eyeing for a while
Angel number: add a number that means a lot to you, for me that’s 111
Quote: a quote or a line you want to live by
Big steps in your life: could be moving into college or moving into a apartment
Health + fitness
Social life
Career
Environment you want to surround yourself in
How to make them stick
Set smaller goals for your goals to assure they can be achieved and traceable
Keep your board visible to remind yourself what your trying to achieve
Keep it realistic
Where your keeping it matters, is it online on your Pinterest or your wallpaper or on a board in your room.
Imagine yourself living that life you want to live, constantly visualise it
Don’t question yourself, don’t be like “what if it doesn’t work out” change it to “what if it works out better then I expected?”
