You would not believe how much my flexibility has improved - I can now do the forward fold with my palms flat on the floor.
If you have more time you can hold each pose for 20 or 30 seconds.
I have a fear in the back of my head.
If I lose the weight, and I reach my goals, will my boyfriend compliment me more?
Will he think I'm better looking than I am now?
What if he's lied this whole time, "You're beautiful just the way you are."
How far would I go to keep hearing his praise.. the skinnier the more compliments?
