Wooo Crystal Peak baby!
Masterpost
This, weirdly enough, was always the area I felt the most lonely in whenever I visited. There’s no NPCs to talk to aside from Cornifer and Quirrel, who pack up and leave soon after they visit. The sinister lore of the crystals makes it feel almost claustrophobic to be in. Those distant sounds of them being mined away at for eternity by infected bugs, along with the subtle hum of those very crystals in the music? Gosh, it’s just creepy, creepier than Deepnest in my opinion.
Is he just…walking through a crowd in shibuya looking like the most angriest sopping wet cat alive?

"You never know, you could surprise us all in time. Who’ll ever know if it was you that caused the crime?"
(video lyrics under the cut)
"I heard a word that they paint mirrors on their face And soon forget that they reflect but don’t create.
I suggest that you address your appetite For to be seen to cast your beam across the night."
I did a Siff doodle on my friend's iPad hello
boy it's me ps5 speaking to you inside your brain. look at my human loop boy
Pictured: Loop being extremely normal as they lay in their shallow (homemade) grave as they meditate on existence and also if they have annoyed the Researcher enough THIS time for her to murder them and bury them alive.
(Spoilers - they did not annoy her even CLOSE to that much.)
And there is the required reverse image of Odile arriving - she's had a LONG day (i.e. previous loop), and due to this it will take ten minutes before she even acknowledges the shallow grave Loop is laying in, as she was distracted complaining about what Siffrin just did to annoy her.

I'd say there's context for all of that, because like...there IS context? Here's the link to the series of fics that HAS that context even! But also...even with context...can't say that it's going to make any of this less weird.
Mostly Odile is looping because due to Loop's wish the universe got rewritten to make Siffrin's repression and emotional issues (the ones bad enough to get him stuck in a time loop in the game) 'someone else's' problem...or at least that's Loop's best theory atm!
Regardless, context or not, I'm quite happy with how the pics came out, and figured I might as well post them here too.
Actually I don't know lmao.
Like, the best way (comparison) to describe this two I have is like Madeline and Badeline from Celeste.
They are too different to be the exact same person but too alike to be completely different persons.
My headcanon is that they DO fuse in the end, but like, not sharing a body, I mean they fuse FUSE. Like Madeline and Badeline come back to be one once they exit the mountain. Or like Steven Universe fusions where they know they're a fusion but they can't talk with the other part like they would with a different person.
So... Idk, they're a secret fifth thing???
I draw sometimes in this weird cartoon style that makes my art look like I actually know what i'm doing ✌️ She/Her spanish and english
