Peter tapped his pencil as he sat next to you in the coffee shop you picked out doing chemistry. You asked peter to help you study since you were completely lost, peter took this opportunity to try and tell you he likes you.

“So you just move that around and then you get the equation.” He says and you look at him dumbfounded. “Get it?” He tried and you sigh setting down your pencil.

“I’m gonna fail.” You whine as you throw your head back. “I shouldn’t even be in this class peter, I shouldn’t really be in this school. I don’t even know how I got in and now I’m around all these smart people and I’m the stupid one.” You tell him and he sits up.

“You’re not stupid, don’t say That. It’s a hard equation, not a lot of people get it. You deserve to be in this school just like everyone else.” He says. You pick up your pencil and bite the end, god that set peter off, you biting the pencil and thinking hard, looked so sexy.

“I like you.” He blurted, one thing peters powers didn’t give him was common sense. He was still a dork who had no control over his own mind.

“I asked ned to trade seats with me in chem so we could sit next to each other and when you asked me on this study date kinda thing I got excited and then you started biting your pencil which I think is so sex—sorry, cute. And that’s all I wanted you to know.” He speaks his mind and you drop your pencil.

“Y-You like me?” You ask and he nods.

“Yeah.” He says tapping his foot quickly. You plant a soft kiss on his cheek and go back to the equation.

“I like you too.” You smile and his cheeks go bright red. “And if you think it’s sexy that I bite on my pencil, maybe I should do it more often.” You wink and he turns back to his paper and tries to ignore that. But he can’t, the prettiest girl he can think of likes him back. He could look forward to more study dates and actual dates.
