Obi Wan Kenobi x Reader

Summary: Obi Wan finds out you have been hiding a secret from him for a few years.

Word count: 1.5k

You did not know how long it had been since you were in the Jedi Temple. About 5 years or so. You did not wish to return and yet here you were. The famed Jedi Master, who had been cast out, was now back.

You sighed as you walked through the halls, ignoring the looks you got. No one questioned you, they knew you had been asked to come back. But you refused. After you were cast out, you moved to a far off planet. A peaceful one and settled down. A year later, a knock came to your door.

Opening it, you found your old master there. “Kit” you greeted the man who smiled back at you. Looking behind him to see Windu and Master Yoda. You sighed and opened the door. Walking away from it, there was no point in inviting them in. They would come anyway. No point in turning them away, they would still make there way in. You leaned against your counter as the men sat at your table. Waiting for them to speak.

“I believe, an apology is owed to you” Windu started, you replied in a scoff. Blowing air from your nose and shaking your head. “You did not trade secrets… You did not break the code” Windu sighed, looking to Kit for help. “We are sorry” Kit said, looking to you. Hoping you would give him your famous smile and accept the apology. “What’s made you change your mind” was all you replied with.

what’s your thoughts on different languages in winx club? like on other planets do they have other languages?

I like to think other planets and regions within them have their own lingua franca, yes. I don't recall if languages were ever mentioned in the RAI dub, but I do remember that the 4Kids dub (2.13) mentioned Aisha having to learn hundreds of languages as a princess. In the same vein, I like to headcanon that princesses (and royals in general) from other planets have to learn several languages. There’s an emphasis on language classes for royals in particular because most of them need to create strong politico-economic ties with one another, and languages are a gateway to understanding people and their culture.

Magix is the melting pot of linguistic and cultural diversity. Most people who live in Magix are multilingual and have a common language they speak with different accents. I haven’t yet figured out how Bloom understands it, but I suppose the language Bloom speaks on Earth is very similar to the common one in Magix.

thinking about how after john andre was captured & staying at the patriot camp, ben tallmadge was assigned to basically hang out with him while the army decided what to do with him, and one day randomly was like “have you heard of nathan hale,” and andre was like “idk maybe, why” and ben was like “well he was my BEST FRIEND and they HANGED HIM AS A SPY” and andre was like “oh… sorry for your loss… but you wouldn’t do that to me would you haha” and ben was like “ACTUALLY WE DEFINITELY WILL” and that was how andre had to learn that he was gonna die lol
