Character Of The Week That Belongs Ro MorpheusXO, Beautiful Fia. I Kind Of Always Hated Phrase "Art Style"

However it is damn difficult to post regularly. Will try to stick to every Sunday schedule. Maybe more often, if this is actually becomes the place "where the light lives" :)

Posting a little work in progress. I normally don't do redraws, as my ego is too fragile. However I was browsing old scetchbook and found this... And it just felt like so much waisted potential, that I new I need to redraw it.

Moving it from traditional to digital. This is WIP that hopefully will be finished somewhere next week. Surprisingly, I feel like my skill have improved some how. So few character redesigns in plan after that.

I realized i haven’t posted anything for a long time. Well, I was drawing anyway. Each day, honestly.

Yes some months were bare, like in December I had one art and one art only, but I did have it… no blanks

Last year resolutions were:

Total number of pieces: 50/55 (57 if to count two days of training sketching)

Pieces with multiple characters: 12/15 (have to admit at least third part is with animal as a second character, but I believe it counts if the animal is as big as a human, or as important.

Hope I can do the same next year

Hi! I am starting this tumbler just to join Exalted Secret Santa exchange, so it is pretty fresh.

Character 1. Epsilon – Zenith Solar Exalted

Epsilon was raised in a lunar tribe at the far North of the Creation. The tribe itself was an experiment on social behavior, which supposed that all problems of humanity are caused by denial of animal instincts in human nature. She is focused on building a perfect society in the future.

Tribal upbringing resulted in low social experience, that is why she seems quite inadequate from time to time. On the other hand she has perfect senses. Her best friend is a giant sentient eagle named Alcvora.

Epsilon’s character is reliable, strict but generous and really stubborn. She is a bit paranoid, always expecting something bad to happen. She believes that failure of anyone in her circle is her own.

Appearance:

Epsilon is above average height; slim, but has some obvious muscles. Her dark hair is decorated with feathers. All of her facial features are a bit heavy. She prefers simple functional clothing, that she rarely changes.

Character 2. Qing Ying, The Red Crow – Eclipse Solar Exalted

Ying is a former Realm doctor and thaumaturgist, who was accused of murder of a dragon-blooded kid. While still being a mortal, she travelled with an exalted circle for a long time, and fell in love with one of the circle leaders - Misheng. After Misheng’s death she exalted, so Ying believes she inherited exaltation of her beloved.

Ying is inquisitive, but selfish. She used to be a jaded and cynical person before she met Misheng. While her character seems shallow (she loves alcohol and sex, addicted to opium), she is still a brilliant doctor and a decent occultist.  She is highly competent in any social tricks, being imperious or sexy when circumstances dictate so.

Appearance:

Ying is really beautiful, and she knows that. In her clothes she prefers wearing blood red, and often follows Realm fashion. She is literally always smoking.

I have also finished a new art for Epsilon.

She is one of my most loved and longer played Exalted characters, and she had only one ancient art. It just had to be fixed, so I fixed it. Now I am struggling with the fact I want to draw to many things at a time. :( If you wonder, who she is. Here comes some info. Mostly copy from the older post. Story

Epsilon is not an actual name, rather hierarchical number that was assigned to her, based on her innate abilities. She might have not been the best among her "siblings", but she was for sure the most stubborn one.

Once she fell in argument with the tribe leader. To prove her point she climbed the mountain where the giant eagles lived in order to tame one of them. While struggling to get the animal under control Epsilon cut her long braids crafting a leash.

Epsilon came down from this mountain as Zenith Exalted, chosen by the Sun.
