Hi! This is my first time sending any kind of fic request to anyone, but do you think you could write something StanXeno where Stanley accidentally shoots himself?
So sorry if that's strange, I live for characters suffering. It sustains me like some kind of demon feeding off fear.
A 16 year old Stanley learns the hard way about a concept we like to call: The Bullet Fairy
Don't play with firearms, kids.
“Should you really be playing with it like that?” Xeno asks, frowning as Stanley twirls the pistol around his finger like some TV cowboy.
“It’s fine, it’s not loaded,” Stanley says, flipping it around his finger again. “Plus it’s just a .22, it wouldn’t do much.”
“Caliber of the bullet aside, you still haven’t checked the-” Xeno’s words are cut short by a loud pop and a yelp from the boy in front of him.
Curse after curse spills from Stanley’s mouth, the gun quickly being abandoned so that he can drop and inspect his foot with shaky hands. Xeno dives forward to join him, helping to take his shoe and sock off so that they can both get a look at the damage.
“This is why I said to check the magazine,” Xeno says. “Now you’ve gone and shot yourself.”
“Oh shut up!” Stanley snaps, maintaining a surprising amount of calm despite the situation. “Shit, you’re gonna have to take me to the hospital.”
Xeno frowns. Him? Drive? Stanley knew perfectly well that he didn’t have his license yet, and wasn’t scheduled to take the test for it for another few weeks. If they got pulled over, they’d be in serious trouble- emergency or not.
But on the other hand, an ambulance was an extremely expensive call to make. Stanley’s parents would kill the two of them once that bill came in the mail.
“Alright,” He says, feeling a bit hesitant. It wouldn’t be his first time behind the wheel, as he’d been preparing for a while, but even still. The whole drive, though short, is nothing short of nerve wracking.
The hospital staff are quick to help them when they arrive. They stick Stanley in a wheelchair, and sweep him off into the Emergency Room, with Xeno on their tails. He wasn’t going to leave his boyfriend alone to deal with all this, even if it was Stanley’s fault in the first place for not being smart and checking the magazine and chamber for stray bullets.
He tries to convince the doctor not to call either of their parents, but since they were both still minors, his pleas go ignored.
“My dad’s gonna kill us,” Stanley groans, a little high off the low level pain meds they have him on. The bullet, thankfully, had been easy to remove.
“It will be alright, Stan,” Xeno says, taking Stanley’s hand in his and pressing a kiss to it. His partner groans again, curling his nose in fake disgust. “At most, I’m sure we’ll just get a lecture.”
“I’d rather just shoot myself again.”
“Not funny, Stanley.”
Torn between finishing this request and finishing my OC profiles
Quick, someone flip a coin for me and tell me where it lands
I just woke up in a cold sweat with the words
"Senku might be vaguely suicidal"
In my head, and now i want to curl back up and cry because why would my brain do that to me
Hi Hi hi!!!
I'm sorry but I CANNOT STOP READING WHATEVER THOUGHTS YOU HAVE ABOUT SENKU!!! I'd love to hear more about ur oc and Senku together 🥹🥹 <33
(but ofc- it's up to you if you wanna share lmao. I love your fic on ao3 too!! Thank you for reading this!)
AAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!
I have so many thoughts about these two I genuinely don't know where to start.
Pre-Stone World, Odie lived in a pretty bad place, and had very little in the way of a support network.
The one person you'd think would help her ran off as soon as he possibly could, so she had to deal with the brunt of it alone.
She is 100% Stan's biggest hater and it's his own fault
But then she gets assigned this little pen pal project in the Japanese class she's taking because her school just happens to offer it, and ends up picking Senku as her partner by chance (his class sent the first 'hello' letters.)
He doesn't give her much to work with, just a name and a generally polite greeting.
So that's all she sends back. Her name, and a generally polite greeting.
And that makes Senku curious. All the other kids in his class got long, drawn-out letters, so why didn't he? What was different about her?
They vibe together shockingly well, once they start actually communicating.
Once phone numbers are swapped, it's almost non-stop
He's a certified yapper and she's a listener, and he takes full advantage of that.
She has sat through several multi-hour science lectures without complaint. You think Yuzuruha and Taiju are strong willed? They've got nothing on this depressed American teenager.
Has, on more than one occasion, purposefully texted him a hyper-specific science question out of nowhere while he was in school just to see if he'll answer it
(He does. He texts her the most quick and dirty explanation, then goes into details about it on the phone later that night.)
She also skips school and pretends to be sick a lot, and Senku will always answer a text from her (unless he's in REM sleep, but he'll always reply to her as soon as he's up)
It doesn't matter that Japan is 16 hours ahead of the United States, if they're both awake, they're probably talking
Things like this are pretty common.
Senku is the one to bring up the idea of doing video calls with their computers instead of just regular phone calls.
She bullies the hell out of him and honestly he kinda likes it (not like that I swear)
He likes that she makes jabs at him, but isn't trying to actually hurt him
And he'll shoot it right back at her, so it was totally fair
I, too, am a certified yapper and I love these two so much I am so excited to have them have their reunion in my fic. A tiny spoiler, it doesn't go well.
All of the requests from yesterday/this morning should be finished and posted here soon!!
I have so much fun doing this stuff seriously I love it
Loving your writings so here's my request ♡
If you are comfortable, imagine Stan and Xeno trying to court reader (gender neutral if you can) who's jewelry artist asexual but romantic, who just can't for the love of god recognize naturally flirting like gestures towards them and just thinks people are being kind or reading it as platonic gesture.
When reader is being told out loud straight to the face that someone is actually interested or in love with them by anyone, the reader would become insecure as they have deep doubts that their platonic and romantic attraction alone towards people is enough after bad dating experiences from past where people have claimed them being cold hearted machine because of the lack of sexual attraction and blindness to see nor notice flirting kind gestures naturally thus not responding those when others have expected that so the reader kind of shots down the people who dare to confess their love towards them out of fear being hurt all over again, even when their own romantic feelings are awakened.
I like this prompt a lot, I just hope I did it justice. Sorry this took so long, I had to consult with a friend, so parts of this is more how they said they felt when things like this happened. Honestly, though, I don't think Stanley and Xeno would mind if their partner was asexual.
StanXeno x gn!Reader
You stare hard at yourself in the mirror, searching yourself for the part of you that was broken. You think there must be something; why else would that be what everyone you’ve ever dated says to you as they walk out the door?
You don’t find anything, except for a few familiar blemishes.
With a sigh, you trudge out of the bathroom to finish preparing for the day. You were running a bit behind, but it wasn’t like you had that many customers in the stone world. At most, Xeno would already be waiting for you to ask for something, but he rarely complained too much about such things. If anything, he should know not to show up until at least ten minutes after when you typically “opened”.
You take the steps down from the living quarters to where your little shop was a bit too quickly, causing you to miss the last step. Your stomach drops, heart racing out of control as you fall, your whole body tensing to prepare for the inevitable pain of landing.
But instead, a pair of hands grabs you at the last second, stopping you just centimeters from the hard ground.
“Gotcha,” Stanley’s voice sighs in your ear. Turning your head, you find him looking a little winded, as if he’d just raced down the stairs himself. Behind him, Xeno is making his way down much more casually.
Huh. That was weird.
You mumble a soft thanks when Stanley helps you steady yourself on your own feet, which he just nods at.
“What fortunate timing,” Xeno says. “Stan and I were just on our way to meet you.”
“Good thing, too. That would have been a bad fall.” Stanley says, his own hands now behind his back.
The three of you take the rest of the short journey together, both men quiet as you unlock the door and bustle around the inside of your tiny jewelry crafting space.
Xeno had this put here for you after you’d complained a little too loudly about how much you missed your craft. He’d had the space carved out, and all the materials had been given to you for no other reason than you wanted it. So he claimed, anyway.
You didn’t get why people didn’t think he was nice. He was good to you all the time, always finding time to stop by and say hello, and never getting upset with you if you took too long to do something for him.
Stanley was nice to you all the time too, even if he sometimes stood a little too close. He brought you things you wanted, did lots of heavy lifting whenever you needed the help, and liked to just linger around your shop and keep you company.
“So,” You say. “What brings you both by?”
“Are we not permitted to visit just because?” Xeno asks.
“No! No, of course you can come hang out! I like your company,” You say with a smile.
“We like your company, too,” Stanley says, sliding a cigarette from his pocket, sticking it between his lips, and lighting it.
“Oh, Stanley, could you not-” You don’t even finish the sentence before it’s out of his mouth and he’s pinching the end to kill the ember. He sticks it behind his ear for later.
“Sorry, sorry,” He says. Xeno lets out a soft huff, but otherwise says nothing about the short moment.
“It’s okay,” You say with a soft chuckle. “I’m sure it’s hard to remember not to smoke in here, since I’m the only one it seems to bother.”
“It bothers me, but it seems my opinion means little,” Xeno says, and you think he might actually be pouting a little.
“You’ve never actually asked me to put them out,” Stanley says. “If you want me to stop that bad, just tell me.”
The look Xeno gives him has you laughing even harder.
“Anyway,” Xeno says, redirecting. “There is an actual reason we’re here.”
You want to make a joke about him originally saying they were here just because, but he looks a little too serious now for that. Stanley, also, straightens back up at Xeno’s tone.
“What’s up?” You ask, suddenly feeling nervous. The two of them look at each other, something secret whispered between their gazes.
“Stanley and I are interested in you.” Xeno finally says.
You blink, confusion filling you.
“I don’t follow,” You say.
“Romantically,” Stanley says.
Oh. Oh. Oh no.
You already had a feeling where this was headed. Were they asking you out? Seriously? Why? Surely they knew there was something wrong with you by now. You’d heard it whispered by a previous partner you’d briefly had within the colony. There was no way it hadn’t reached Xeno by now.
“I, um,” You don’t know what to say. You don’t know what to do.
Romantic feelings were nothing new to you, but getting into relationships had always been a painful struggle. Relationships a lot of times came with the expectation of eventual sex, and that’s where your hard line was. You didn’t crave things like that, like everyone else did, and that had led to far far too many harsh breakups that left you believing more and more that you weren’t worth anything.
You didn’t want to fall in love again. You didn’t want to get hurt, to build something with them only to have it torn down like all the others.
“I don’t think…” You have to let them down easy, to salvage what little relationship you’ll have left after this. “I don’t think I’m the right person for this.”
Xeno’s head tilts, as if not comprehending what you were saying. He makes a gesture with his hand, encouraging you to continue. To explain.
“I-I just…I’m not good at…at relationships,” You say.
“Is anyone?” Stanley asks, now mimicking Xeno’s head tilt. “Isn’t the point of being with someone to grow with them?”
You learned something new about Stanley Snyder today. He never struck you as such a romantic before.
“If you feel anxious about joining our relationship as a third party, I can assure you that there is no issue. Stanley and I have discussed this at length,” Xeno says.
“No, no, it…it’s not that,” You say quickly. “I just…I…didn’t realize…you felt that way, I guess?”
“No?” Now Xeno looks contemplative, mentally searching his memory for every encounter you had with each other and reevaluating them one by one. “I see. So it was a failing on our part to get our intentions across.”
Stanley steps forward suddenly, closing the distance between you and him fairly quickly. He reaches for you, taking your chin in his hand and forcing you to look up at him.
“I’ll say it real slow, so you catch it this time,” He says. “Xeno and I like you, and want you to be a part of our relationship. Romantically. Is that clear enough?”
You nod as best you can with how firmly he’s holding you. His grip doesn’t hurt, but it’s clear he has no intentions of letting you flee without an answer.
“Crystal,” You say. His fingers loosen, rubbing where he’d been holding you as if he worried he’d held too tightly and hurt you.
The softness of his touch makes your chest ache. It makes you want to lean in, to open your heart back up one more time and let him and Xeno run off with it while just praying they don’t leave you when you don’t give them your body as well.
“So then, now that we all understand each other-”
“I don’t have sex.” The words fall out of you without any prompting, bursting from your chest before you even had time to comprehend you’d said them at all.
The silence that follows makes you want to throw up.
“Sorry,” You wheeze. “I-I don’t know where that came from I-”
“Is that your reason? Your real reason?” Stanley asks. You can’t read his face, or Xeno’s, but now that it’s in the open, you have no other choice but to keep talking.
“I just don’t feel it, you know? The…the want…for it…And I know that it’s supposed to be important in a relationship, and I’ve gone through this so many times already, so I just…I figure you should just know I’m broken ahead of time so-”
“Broken?” You’re not sure you’ve ever heard Xeno sound like that before. “What fool would say that you were broken?”
Everyone. All your past loves had said you were broken, that there was something deeply wrong with you. That you were unfixable.
Stanley has a look in his eye, and somehow you know he’s mentally targeting someone already.
“I just…it’s not normal, is it? To not…feel any desire in that way?” Your voice sounds small. You feel small.
“It’s statistically unlikely that everyone on this planet feels physical desire. The human body is a marvel-”
“Do you feel love?” Stanley asks, cutting Xeno off before he can start to lecture for real.
“That’s not really enough-”
“Not what I asked.”
“I…yes, I can. I do. I just-”
“Okay then. Why does anything else matter?”
His words short circuit your brain, leaving you staring at him with parted lips like a gaping fish.
You’d always been told it mattered. That sex was what was most important. That your purely romantic love for someone just wasn’t enough. You’d always been pressured for more.
“Let me assure you,” Xeno steps up, shooing Stanley to the side so that he can make eye contact with you while he speaks. “What we are looking for is a romantic partner. There are not, and will never be any expectations for you to perform in a way you are not comfortable. We want you for other reasons.”
“Like what?” You ask, desperate to understand further.
“Your personality, for one. The fact that we simply enjoy being in your presence. You’re intelligent, skilled, you make Stanley laugh like a child, something I have not seen anyone do in years-”
“We want you because we’ve started falling in love with you,” Stanley cuts in, once again stopping Xeno before he can get too deep. “And you said you feel love, so it works out perfectly. If we need to fuck someone, we’ll just fuck each other.”
The laugh that bubbles out of you at his blunt vulgarity has him grinning ear to ear. Stanley always looked happy when you laugh. Xeno, too, seems pleased at how your mood is rising a little.
“Let us care for you,” Xeno says. “And have a little more faith. We aren’t animals.”
“Can I think about it?” You ask. It was a big decision, whether you wanted to open your heart the way they were asking you to or to stay in your little bubble forever. There was a large part of you that was still terrified that you were going to get hurt again.
“Of course,” Xeno says, reaching up to brush a tear you didn’t know you’d started shedding from your face. “Until then, I believe Luna has been begging you for some earrings.”
You let out another weak chuckle.
“Yeah, she has,” You say with a soft sigh. “I…I won’t take too long. Just…give me till the end of the day, okay?”
“Of course, my dear. Should you need anything before then, though, we are still available to assist you,” Xeno says.
“Then…can you guys help me sort some of these gemstones? The boxes are heavy as hell and I need extra hands-”
“Whatever you need,” Stanley says. “We can do it.”
Please tell me you are making a part 2 on Ukyo and his mermaid gf, I need them to be hugging and crying like that one scene in would you fall in love with me again! :'(
Hehehehehehehe
I may have something in the works already
If you dream it, do it (literally)
need to send you an ask to congrats you on your lovely brain for your horror ideas oh my days!!! so good :3
I'm glad you enjoy my nightmare fuel as much as I do :3
For some reason I'm craving Stanley pampering and taking care of Xeno and Reader after they had a little accident with Xeno's latest science project just before Stanley returns to the lab.
(I don't know why but I'm just seeing Stanley as a very caring like mothery like person ;w;)
Stanley "Loverboy" Snyder is genuinely the best at taking care of his partners, let me tell you why
He's very patient and understanding when it comes to these kinds of things
He's been hanging around Xeno for a long time at this point, he's no stranger to chemistry-based accidents
Nor is he a stranger to accidentally getting shot because the gun Xeno made has misfired
Again.
So when he walks in, and finds that, somehow, you two have managed to do both
He just
Sighs
And accepts his fate
"Alright. What the hell happened?"
Absolutely no judgement from him at all as the two of you hastily explain
He nods along, taking in every word
Then he throws one of you over one shoulder, and carries another under his other arm, and carts you both off home to be taken care of
At no point does he act like any of this is a burden or hassle in the slightest
He actually really likes getting to care for you two
It makes him feel a little less like a machine built only for war and violence
He keeps his voice low and level, remaining calm even if one of you is in tears (not that Xeno would ever admit to crying)
Lots of kisses
Kisses on the face
Kisses on the injured body parts
Kisses just because
Will take care of the worst of the injuries first, then the lesser ones
But he will treat all of them as equally important
Scolds the two of you a little bit, but you can tell he's not actually angry
"Seriously, you two have got to be more careful. I can't keep doing this."
A lie
He'd do this all day if you asked him to
Once you're both treated, he'll insist you stay home the rest of the day so he can keep an eye on you
Will! Not! Light! A! Cigarette!
Even if you insist it's okay
Even if he really wants one
He won't do it
"It's not good for you to inhale secondhand smoke, you know."
The look Xeno gives him when he says that will never fail to make you crack up laughing
Will help you both bathe, if needed
Hell, even if it's not needed
He likes the intimacy of showers with his lovers, and this is the perfect excuse to do it
Times like this are the only times Stanley will cook
He's not bad at it, he's just not as good as Xeno, so he prefers to leave it to the other man
However, you two are hurt, so he's going to take care of it
He's going to take care of you
He's going to take care of everything
if you have time, could you do some Tsukasa x reader hurt/comfort where the reader is injured while working? totally not thinking about a certain friend's oc... no.... i would never do that...
Oh, yeah, totally. Totally not thinking about the same oc I am absolutely not
😏
This is so bad I'm so sorry I don't know where my brain went does this even count as hurt/comfort-
Tsukasa x gn!Reader
It had been an accident. The knife you’d been holding had slipped and sliced into the meat of your other hand. You hissed out curses, trying to press a clean cloth against your hand to stop the bleeding before it got too bad. But the cut was deep, and you were definitely going to need stitched together.
You’re in the middle of the simple procedure when Tsukasa comes barreling into the room.
“Hey! Careful!” Yuzuriha scolds him, but her words go ignored as he rushes towards you, hands reaching for your face.
“Are you alright?” He asks, breathless. He must have run all the way from the training field once he got the news.
“Yeah, I’m okay,” You say, pressing your cheek into his hand on instinct, seeking his warmth. Tsukasa lets out a relieved sigh, his shoulders relaxing immediately.
“Thank goodness. All I’d heard was that you were hurt, but no one told me what happened,” He says.
“Can I finish working on my patient please?” Yuzuriha huffs, though you don’t think she’s actually that mad. If anything, she looked more amused than anything. “I still need to wrap their hand up.”
“I can do that,” Tsukasa says, turning and holding out his palm for the necessary supplies. Yuzuriha sighs, and hands them over before quickly and quietly slipping out of the room with a sneaky little grin on her face. Almost like this was planned.
Your friends were getting less and less sneaky about what they were trying to do.
Tsukasa takes a seat in front of you, pulling your hand into his lap so that he can inspect the careful stitching with a frown. His eyes always held a kind of intensity, but his gaze almost felt like it was burning. It made you more than a little anxious. He was always telling you to be more careful, and here you were getting hurt doing something mundane.
“I’m sorry,” You blurt suddenly, unable to hold it in. Tsukasa looks up at you, soft eyes flitting across your anxiety filled expression.
“What for?” He asks.
“Getting hurt. Again.”
“It happens to the best of us,” He says. “I’m more worried about how this is going to affect your ability to do the things you enjoy.”
“Oh…” You hadn’t had time to think about that. With an injured hand, you wouldn’t be able to write, play music, or even help with basic tasks until you were healed. There was no way Senku would let you risk an infection.
So, what were you supposed to do now? Nothing? But how could you just sit here and do nothing all day? The Kingdom of Science needed every available hand in order to keep things moving, yours included.
What a burden you’d become. Not only were you hurt, but now you were useless too.
“Hey, hey,” Tsukasa’s hand touches your face again. You blink, a little startled at his touch and worried tone.
“Huh? Oh, sorry, were you saying something?” You ask, a little embarrassed to have to even ask. You should have been paying attention already-
“No, it’s alright. You just…looked lost for a minute,” He says softly, fingers brushing across your cheek before dropping.
“Oh…”
Silence falls between you, neither knowing really what to say next. Tsukasa grabs the supplies he was given- some ointment and bandages- and gets to work on your hand. The ointment stings a bit, but not too seriously. Just enough to know it was working.
As he works, you take a moment to focus on his hands, hoping the small distraction was enough to shake some of this anxiety you were building.
They’re bigger than yours, though to be fair Tsukasa was a bit taller. And they were warm. Very warm. You always liked that about him, his warmth always giving you a strange feeling of security and comfort.
God you liked him so much. You just wished you’d stop embarrassing yourself in front of him every time you were together. You always said or did something that made you wish a hole would swallow you up so that you could perish in peace. But no matter what, he never stopped finding and spending time with you. It made you dare to think that maybe he liked you too.
“There we go,” Tsukasa murmurs once the bandage is firmly in place. “You’ll have to change this pretty often, but I can help you with that if you need it. I know you don’t handle pain very well.”
Your face flushes, but he just gives you a warm smile, sending your heart beating a million miles a second.
“I-I can do it on my own just fine!” You say with a huff, making him chuckle a little.
“Of course,” he says. “My mistake.”
There’s another moment of quiet, though this one is filled with a different kind of tension. The kind that told you Tsukasa was measuring his next words, planning them extremely carefully before speaking.
“I was worried,” He says softly.
“I’m so-”
“Don’t apologize, I know accidents happen. But when I was told you’d been hurt, I couldn’t help but feel anxious,” He sighs, holding your bandaged hand in his gentle palm. “I think you’re the first person other than my sister to so thoroughly scare me like that.”
Great. Fantastic. Now you felt even more terrible about the whole thing. Way to go, you!
“I’ll be more careful, I swear,” You say, praying your voice isn’t shaking given your sudden need to cry.
“Good. Because if something serious happened to you, I don’t know how I’d ever recover,” He murmurs. You’re still processing his words when he lifts your hand, and presses your bandaged palm against his lips.
It’s such a small and quick action, but the kiss has your whole body heating up, your face bright red and your heart hammering somehow even harder. You needed to calm down, and fast, before you passed out. That was the last thing either of you needed after this whole ordeal.
“I-I’ll be extra careful,” You repeat. “Cross my heart! You won’t have to keep taking care of me like this!”
Tsukasa chuckles, a warm smile on his own slightly flushed face.
“What if I said I didn’t mind taking care of you?” He asks, standing and pulling you to your feet with him.
“I’d say you shouldn’t waste your time,” You say.
“It’s not a waste. Not if it’s you.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah.”
