Hi guys,
Here is an older Post by me on Sims4Studio .
Sometimes I find these 3D foundations with the thick trims just too much, especially if they are rather small houses. But I love the red bricks just at small cottages. So some time ago I made the appropriate foundations for the Industry Matters Walls without these trims. Maybe you can use it, so I like sharing it with you. Hope you like it. Have fun. :)

Now I've here a beautiful painting in 4 different swatches from Pamela Gladding, named "Damask Tulpis I - IV".
The mesh is mine, feel free to recolor it but without including the mesh. Please link to this page here or to the direct DOWNLOAD link, thank you. 🧡
It has come to my attention, and many other creators’ attention, that a website under the name SimsDom is posting external links to CC creator’s content under ad links (60 seconds), therefore, profiting off of our content without our permission. While the mods of the site plead this is not illegal, it does not excuse the fact that they are in violation of many users’ TOUs (and possibly copyright infringement as a whole), and actions such as these are incredibly upsetting and inexcusable.
Here are just a few pieces of unauthorized CC:
Notice that none of the content pictured indicates a creator name (unless specified in the original, stolen image). Only when you search for your URL specifically, your content will not be immediately shown.
And to expand upon the real issue, your CC posts are being monetized before a user visits your original post. (Even so, this isn’t always the case, either. Some posts on SimsDom link to the download itself, rather than the original post. So you may be missing out on notes or reblogs of your content. This method tends to vary) If someone were to download content on SimsDom, they’d either have to sit through a 60 second ad (while an adblocker is enabled) or become a member of the site to disable all ads, therefore speeding up the downloading/browsing process, much like TSR. (the only difference being that TSR creators/users upload the content themselves)
The price for membership ranges anywhere between ~$2 a month to ~$20 a year. All without creator permission! Not only are they taking advantage of creators, they are taking advantage of their users/members.
And to make matters worse, when a creator makes a request to have their content removed from the site, they are met with indifference and disrespect. A fellow content creator, @isjao, requested to have their content removed, this is how the conversation played out:
The message on the right can be translated to (as per Google Translate):
“Hello, isjao. Your request for site administration was passed on and we reviewed your request better. We have seen that you are a creator who really does not deserve any downloads coming from the SimsDomination. SimsDomination usually sends between 30% and 90% of the total downloads to a creator. If you want to be a creator of Tumblr, you will be. We’ve removed your creations and blocked future directions to your Tumblr and site. If we see indications of Tumblrs that have relogared their posts, as the link informed, we will remove as well. But keep in mind that you are not the only item creator in the world. It’s not we who depend on you and yes, you rely on disclosure to help you have more downloads. The indications for your items have been removed. We wish you a great week.”
And in a Tumblr post, SimsDom addressed the issue as well:
While I understand many CC creators use services such as Adfly (myself included), Patreon or receive donations through PayPal or Ko-Fi, this does not mean we shouldn’t have control over who is able to use our content for profit or forfeit the right to request it doesn’t. And when a simple request is made to have content removed, we shouldn’t be met with disrespect.
SimsDom is clearly violating our rights to our content, and they need to be held accountable. If possible, I urge you to get in contact with a site admin if you feel as though you are being treated unlawfully or disrespectfully. Be sure to notify fellow content creators if you see their content being used without their permission! And in the meantime, I, as well as others, will research a way to get this site removed.
The list has been compiled by @petaluh. Your work is greatly appreciated!
Today is the big bad Baby Patch day, so this is a reminder to prepare yourself. You should either remove all Mods and play a Mod free Savegame, or you should disable auto patching for your Game go to Origin > Application Settings > Automatic Game Updates (Under Client Update section) or EA App > Settings > Downloads > and switch off automatic game updates until all your must have Mods are updated/confirmed to be ok.
Since we Modder get the Patch the same time as you do, it would be great if you could wait 30-min-1hrs before you patch your Game, so we don’t get stuck in the download process because of high traffic. The sooner we can patch our Game, the sooner we can Update our Mods :) Thanks xD
Hi guy’s,
I’m a lover of DaisyTighfield’s huge Painting Replacement Set (http://modthesims.info/d/554439/). I love it to use with my own taste and paintings, only for me.
So, with Cats & Dogs more paintings were added, but Daisy has not been doing anything for a long time. And it always bothered me that the Sims very often draw the infantile Pets paintings. A scribble-scrawl drawing becomes a masterpiece. Umm… seriously? ^^ I have been wondering for a long time how to get the image files. It didn’t work with tuning extract, or I’m too stupid for that. But finally I found a way that works.^^ I left 3 paintings in their original state, because I find them fitting and also quite pretty. But they are included in the file. Feel free to exchange the pictures for images of your own taste and possibly offer them for download. But please give me Credit. I hope I can give you a little pleasure with it.

Sometimes I want to shake the people of Maxis / EA and ask screaming, "What's wrong with you?!" I don’t want to go that far and wish for color tool from Sims 3 back, but the Sims 2 version would have been great a la Mix'n Match 2 textures with various swatches that you can exchange with each other in the game. In Sims 4 If you want diversity, you want to meet every taste, then inflate your packages through hundreds of swatches to the boundlessness. Besides, making thousands of recolors is tiiiiiiring.*grmpf* 😫
Looking around I see lots of beautiful highpoly* cc, and seems like people really enjoy it. In the meantime creating smth I spend 70% of time to make lowpoly versions of my highpoly meshes. And as an inevitable result my stuff is quite handy for playing the game, but looks not so nice as it actually could.
* - for those of you who is far from all that technical details. Highpoly meshes increases the load on your graphics card and other resources of your PC/laptop. If there are lots of highpoly content on your current lot [ including your sims and what they’re wearing ], you may encounter certain troubles, such as different graphics anomalies, lags, crashes, game or even operating system freezes and so on. However, many people have quite powerful computers nowadays, so they don’t experience any listed problems, if they’re not turning their TS4 game into 3D rendering show with extremely highpoly cc [ my favorite example was a small cake of 215k polys, and even that cake is used by lots of ppl, at least I often see it on various screenshots ].
So saying “highpoly” I do not mean decor objects of 100-200k polys, of course, or a simple clothes of > 50k polys. But since my own PC is quite perfomant, I’m fine with the furniture of 10-20k polys, detailed cars [ 90-150k polys ] and cas stuff up to 150k polys [ for some very complicated outfits or hairstyles, not for ordinary shirts or simple dresses ].
Now to the textures. Usually I either link textures for smaller file sizes of the packages without quality loss [ storage space on your hdd/ssd is not endless, you know ] or use 1024 size. But I can make them larger so your close-up screenshots would look much more glamorous, regardless of file size, but in less number of swatches [ otherwise there would be sets of 600-800 Mb each ].
So. The question is simple - maybe my efforts to reduce polycount and keep average file sizes is just a waste of time and no one actually need that?
I found I needed an additional smaller passage for the paddock fence as I also use it for my chicken run for consistency. But the regular gate is just too big for that. I don't think you can ride a horse through there. But that's not what it's designed for. Cloned it from the steel gate of the same EP, so it has the same properties. That's it! Maybe someone can need to use the gate as well, then enjoy!
(And when the approve on Curseforge is done, then you can download this file there too.)
I am so excited about how much my new wall set (coming soon) matches this new EA kitchen. 😍🤩
Hm, TheSims4Studio is not available at the moment , so here is the direct link (without adfly too) http://www.simfileshare.net/download/486787/
My first Post on Tumbl 🤪
Hm, I know today is not Valentines Day but I don’t want to wait until february to share these today finished files with you. Hope you like it. 😊
This set comes in 14 swatches. Excuse me for not making the mats in 10,000 different colors. I would lose patience about it. 🤭 I have chosen only for my taste these colors that fit the heart and that I myself would use in the game. 😚 But please feel free to create colors that you like. But please do not stand alone recolors. It’s not about the meshes, these are just square planes. However, image processing costs me love, patience and time. Every single heart is hand-drawn and unique. The irregular shapes are so intentional. That’s why I want this to be respected, with credit and mesh linked. Thank you. 💗
