2_legitt: Was never a gym class all star ⭐️. I was the one slipping under the bleachers and walking to my car, after attendance was taken

It’s kinda cool how we all speak different languages but the sound for a laugh is universal.

no one talks abt how much paranoia can come with ocd. sometimes, it does make you think there are cameras everywhere, as if you’re being caught in the act of something. it can make you feel stalked. it can make you feel like you “aren’t alone” in a room. it can make you try to clear your mind in case They are looking at your thoughts. it can make you afraid to sit next to someone because maybe you’re “broadcasting” your intrusive thoughts. it can give you delusions, and it can give you enough paranoia that it leaves you terrified, at least in my experience. i wish ppl recognized that, because im sure im not the only one
hearing anyone conflict with your opinion on something important to you and immediately being flung into an identity crisis and panic for many days/weeks even if you’ve already been over and over it in your head a million times before :^)
