hello friends @sofayya and I have decided to collab again to convert @backtrack-cc Gym Basics Collection. I converted 3 items and she converted the other 3 and also a bonus BackTrack item for you guys :')

4to3 Perfect Patio Nosy Neighbor Fence + Gate

kandiraver-sims and twinsimming already converted pretty much everything from this pack (plus aroundthesims for the hot tubs), so all that's left is this sweet combo of fence and gate to complement the conversions.

The fence has two CAStable channels with a price of §25, while the gate has three channels priced §50. The gate should open and close once sims pass through it.
