But as soon as you swallow, it would be gone. Youβd take a drink of water, and the taste would wash away. Five minutes of fun, and then youβd be full. Full of food, regret, hate, shame, and disgust. Today would be yet another day wasted. So go ahead, eat the food. Be the fat tub of lard you always have been. Or donβt. Donβt eat the food. Be a day closer to your goal.
