my professor passed around 5lbs of fat today in nutrition class. and lemme tell y’all, that shit is so nasty. if you’re ever feeling down because you “only lost five pounds,” please google a pic of what five pounds of fat looks like. that jiggly, soft shit was inside you, and you vaporized it. it’s gone and you did that. be proud. keep going.
How to be a pretty girl
Take a shower at least once a day

i lost 4 pounds in a week and the way i did it;
- 8 cups of water per day to decrease appetiteÂ
- i worked out every day this week to burn calories and build muscleÂ
- i set little achievable goals like working out 5 minutes more after you would have given up
- put lemon juice in water to drink more water and decrease sugar cravingsÂ
- cold water to lower your internal temperature and burn calories to warm you back up (+ more water!)Â
- cold showers to burn calories
- sleep at 66 - 68 degrees (F) to burn calories and lower chances of diabetes Â
