Do not let them consume you. They don’t define who you are.
Henry Cavil's Sherlock Holmes 100%, without a shadow of a doubt, is into dark skin black women. His arch nemesis? Plus the vibes he had with Edith? And then on top of that, the fact that Watson is a beautiful brown man?? I love to see it.
My Edith x Sherlock headcanons (from Enola movie)
He frequents the tearoom — specifically Edith’s kitchen — at least once a week.
She secretly tests new flavors on him by forcing him to eat something “since you insist on taking up space in my kitchen you can help me clean up” partly for fun but also because she knows he forgets to eat when he’s working.
He bothers her when she’s out and about to ask her for insight on cases. Like, he appears at her elbow when she’s buying flour and sugar. She stops getting startled after the second time and just accepts it. It’s not like he’s stopping her errands.
Sometimes he intercepts her packages and brings them to her just so she’ll get that exasperated look on her face. (She’s pretty when she’s annoyed.)
He snoops in her writing (some, not all) and both encourages and challenges her.
She challenges him to think about people’s feelings and emotional reactions when he forgets them in favor of logic.
That’s just a few I come up with more all the time. These are just the most frequent.
