Because those poor kids deserve a bit more than a simple neon t-shirt fhbfdybnjfvdxc.

A few people rightfully pointed out that eevee actually still doesn't have a normal type evolution with this, and I actually agree. So here is a normal type and shiny eeveelution to fully complete the cirkel~!

I recently finished making all these eeveelution designs for Pokémon types that didn't have one yet!
