I’ve come to the conclusion that in most places, it isn’t normal to pick and eat wild berries you find…..ya’ll telling me you didn’t grow up eating wild raspberries and blueberries while walking through the forest or camping?

I feel bad for ya’ll, my family would harvest the wild berries near my house all the time when I was a kid, they were delicious! Some of my core memories are keeping an eye out for raspberries and blueberries while hiking or pretty much any time I was anywhere near the forest, it was pretty common knowledge where I grew up what we could and couldn’t eat in the forest. And it was just normal to wander off the trail slightly if you see some wild berries, and to have semi extensive knowledge on the flora.

So I recently started watching Steven universe because at this point I’ve seen so many clips and spoilers I might as well fill in the blanks, and I’d just figure I share what I THOUGHT the show was about a few years ago based on the one episode I saw as a kid and the little bits of other information I had before I learned more about it.

basically I thought that the gems crash landed on earth at some point and that they were in hiding for years trying to find a way home, so no one on earth knows they exist, and one day Steven discovers them and slowly but surely he gains their trust and befriends them, and as the show progresses the gems start learning about earth and humanity and they start wanting to stay, and I thought that Steven was just someone who accidentally gets involved with any death defying plot and somehow gains powers and becomes some sort of chosen one at some point.

needless to say, I was very confused when I watched the first episode for the first time a year or two back, so I stopped watching after the first episode because I was really disappointed.

So I just finished season two episode one of Sherlock and here’s my synopsis of my thoughts throughout the episode. “Oh, they’re really gay. Sure you’re not. Aaaand they’re gay again.” “ok she’s obviously straight. Hold up, she’s gay??? so she’s straight again????” “Can someone tell me if they’re gay or not they’re not making it very clear.” “This low key feels like a hate crime with how much they’re denying it.”

(like seriously the whole plot of that episode was basically them gaslighting us into thinking they’re gay, straight and then gay again)

So I’m in the middle of the first episode of Sherlock and naturally I’ve seen the sheer grip that Sherlock and John has on the Internet and I didn’t think it would be this explicit but oh my God this episode is literally just an hour and 20 minutes of two men flirting with each other

batfam fanfic idea

Ok so I just had a really funny idea for a batfam crack fic basically it’s a non-vigilante au where the batfam are just regular civilians and there are no super villains and stuff BUT the comics still exist and are made by someone who works under Bruce or something when they got bored and decided to publish it and instead of suing them the Wayne family actually really enjoys reading about their fictional escapades and even provide some funding and it’s sort turned into a official publicity thing and a guilty pleasure

feel free to use this idea and or twist it however you like because I really wanna read this lol

So I was wondering is anyone remembered that really old Minecraft video from aphmau that got deleted like less then a month later i think where Jess (this was an out of character video btw) was reading septiplier fanfics and making her friends act it out (specifically the people that played Zane and Travis) and she was just fan Girling the whole time. I don’t really remember what the fic was about (I think they only read one but it might have been two) but I think it had something to do with a hot tub but like I said this was years ago and I was still a kid back then so my memory of that time is very fuzzy but I remember that the reason she deleted it was only because jack and mark said themselves that they don’t like people shipping them and she wanted to respect their wishes which is great and all but I’m still flabbergasted that she thought it was ok to do in the first place like they are real people and she didn’t see anything wrong at first about having her friends act out fanfics of them. And I get that this is multiple years in the past and it doesn’t really matter or apply now but it just always kinda grossed me out and I wanted to know if anyone felt the same or even remembers it
