As a long time fan of Story Mode, this past week has been quite the whirlwind of revaluations.

For starters, we learned that the hate towards MCSM that we’ve believed was universal was in fact NOT. There were a lot of kids who grew up playing and loving MCSM who had absolutely no idea that it was ever hated UNTIL the movie trailer dropped and saw people in the comments were apologizing for hating it.

Additionally we learned that the Netflix version of the game was super popular and that many fans were only ever familiar with that version. This also explains why green suspenders and red hair clip Jessie is so popular for fanart too. Those are the only versions of Jessie available for the Netflix version.

For me the overwhelming support from fans and positive responses towards MCSM has been very vindicating and cathartic. I knew it was a good game, but it’s been so exhausting having to always temper my love of the game with caveats whenever I talked about it. Having to prematurely apologize for its cringe or writing. I’m really looking forward to not having to do that anymore and just being able to be open and happy about the game!

in October 1996, Bandai released the first set of Pokemon Kids, a series of soft vinyl finger puppet figures that were mostly released in Japan [although there were some special releases in Europe and Australia]. each toy comes packaged in a box with a collectible card as well as a piece of candy. there were special clear figures that could be found as secret variants up until the release of the B/W figures.

depicted above are the 8 figures that were in the first set, which, unlike the Pokemon Kids figures manufactured today, were released in a blind box.

I was dizzy for all of the morning I woke up because my Dumbass forgot TO DRINK WATER FOR 2 FYCKING DAYS. I was like 'Why can't i walk straight?' or 'what the fuck is going on?' and I just went to a party, Literally nothing but Cola and Sprite and LITERALLY LESS THEN A HALF OF CUP OF WATER. this is your daily Reminder to not be a dumbass like me and go drink water. I don't care where it is. Take a Fucking drink.

UPDATE: so turns out it wasn't just the Lack of water, it was the lack of sleep as well. I FORGOT TO DRINK WATER AND PROPERLY SLEEP-
