Ok, I know I just posted, but I just got an idea.

You know how Selene said that Dewey’s got the treasure Della never found? What if that was the love of her children.

I mean, yeah, the kids love her, but like, how you love a dead relative you never met. Donald is their parent. She ran off. Whether she meant to come back or not, she still left. When the boys were babies. They weren’t old enough to love her back yet. They can’t even remember her.

That’s the treasure that Della might never know.
