Thanks to grants from the Ontario Trilluim @ontrillium Foundation, @centre3_ has been to put together various programs to help those who currently have or have had issues with mental health - often for free. Big tray of macaroni pie ready for the oven. A trini dish my ex taught me to cook. I still enjoy hot spicy foods. This is a nice light snack - spice-wise. Macaroni elbows, onion, green onion, chilli/cayenne pepper, hot trini peppers, grated cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, evap milk - and secret trini seasoning.
