thinking about how bnha said "save to win, win to save" then failed to save the villains they marked for saving, therefore not winning, and then the epilogue said, "and this is how, in a way, we all became the greatest heroes."

im so baffled. what was the point of making the story about hope and reaching out to those they thought beyond saving if the story was just gonna make them lose?

I think my favorite Bakugou headcannon I've ever seen was on twitter and someone said that Pro Hero Bakugou's fans call themselves "dumbasses" bc that's what he calls literally everyone (the fans were never excluded from it) and his fan base took it and ran with it and he thinks it's the funniest shit ever.

It wasn't intentional and imagine the first time he heard it, a full-blown genuine laugh escaped him. One of those belly-hurting laughs where he was clutching his sides and had tears in his eyes, not caring who saw bc he was losing it😭
