In the first panel, Danny sits in an office chair with his bed behind him, the covers pulled back slightly. He is covered in blood in various smears and possible injuries, holding onto the handle of a knife embedded in his stomach with one hand, and holding a white cloth out to the side in the other. His expression is annoyed. In the top right is a rectangle with Tucker sitting in the dark focused on a computer screen out of view, hands on a keyboard, expression neutral. On the bottom are circles with "mute," "end call," and "flip camera" icons, indicating the panel is representing a mobile video call. A speech bubble drawn to Danny reads: "Like, the guy called himself 'Ghostface.'" The second panel has a similar video call setup, with Tucker remaining unmoved. Danny has pulled the bloody knife out of his stomach, and has changed positions slightly, his body language indicating an annoyed rant. Another speech bubble drawn to Danny continues: "how was I supposed to know he wasn't a ghost?" The third panel keeps the video call set-up, though this time a speech bubble is drawn to Tucker reading: "or like some kind of weird ghost hunter." Danny is holding the now-bloody cloth to his abdomen and, with the knife still in his other hand, gestures emphatically to the camera with a grin on his face. His feet are kicked out slightly in excitement, and a spiky speech bubble is drawn to him, saying "exactly!" Below the three vertical panels is a larger horizontal panel. In the top left corner is a yellow box which says "meanwhile..." in capitalized italics. Taking up the majority of the panel is a drawing of Ghostface from mid-chest up, with blood smeared on his mask, chest, and hand. His shoulders are hunched and he holds a red analog phone to his face. Coming from the phone is a spiky speech bubble that says in all caps: "You let him get away?!" Below it is a speech bubble drawn to Ghostface which reads: "I stabbed him four times and he shot me with lazers!" with the phrases "four times" and "lazers" capitalized and underlined. Below this speech bubble is a continuation of the spiky bubble from the phone, which reads, in all caps: "and you lost my knife!"

Read thru a lot of the tags and would like to propose: the bloodline of hylia is the godhood bloodline, and if you're the political power of a land, you want that bloodline tied to yours to control it. Could explain why zelda retains the title of Princess even when she shouldn't. Like hyrules monarchy is just trying to keep literal god within the family. It could be less of a divine mandate and more of a divine leash.

also sorry i'm thinking about the hylian monarchy and the whole 'descended from a goddess' thing. do y'all remember the divine right of kings? can you imagine living in a world where not only is that the ONLY form of government for tens of thousands of years, but any ruler's reign is provably correct and irrevocable? what do u do if the present queen is a bit shit. u are stuck with that lady. she's god
