Isabeau and Siffrin have gotten on top of a table. Isabeau is excitedly recounting a story, one fist in the air, and the other on his waist. His eyes are closed as he smiles brightly, one leg on the table, the other on the chair he was sitting on.

Siffrin similarly, has one leg on the table, has leaned their back against Isabeau. They have a smirk on their face, one hand on their chest, the other further away in a peace/scissors sign

Isabeau looks a little differently. He has a ponytail now, his sleeves entirely black. His shirt dropped the turtle neck, and is more open, and slightly lighter in color. His normal belt replaced with a new one, with a star on it. It's matching with a ribbon connected to Siffrin's sleeve.
Isa's pants also have a rectangular pattern, that almost resembles a huge stitch.

In the foreground we see Odile smiling with amusement, holding a shot glass in hand.

Sitting by the table we can see Nille and Mirabelle.
Nille (design by Sharkylass) has a bright smile, as she is laughing at the recounted story. She is clapping loudly as she leans back in the chair.

Mirabelle is at the end of the table, smiling warm and soft at the Isa and Sif. Hand going to her chest. Her outfit is a little different. Her skirt is short petty coat is brighter and off her shoulders. Her bow is lobsided and has one of her Change symbols attached to it.

Furthest away we can see Bonnie, who is excitedly running in with a cake, with a candle "1" on it, their hair in a messy ponytail.

i'm gonna be honest i don't get why they say everypony instead of everybody in mlp. it's not like the word everybody is human-specific. the ponies have bodies. the word everypony, however, is pony-specific in a world where ponies are not the only people in their society, which means it would be more accurate and inclusive to use everybody instead of everypony. it all makes no sense to me
