a/n - before i get started on the requests in my inbox, i just wanted to show you guys a piece i wrote with my a couple of my ocs :)

Abielle sighed as her flag clanged on the floor, “god! I’m gonna fucking scream!” Why in the world couldn’t she get this damn toss right? She looked at the video on her phone as it played over and over again. It was a simple parallel toss. Open to the front, bring it behind the head, and flick. It wasn’t supposed to be this damn hard.

The sounds of her frustration echoed through the nearly empty dance gym and the only other person to hear her was her squad leader, Morgan. “Keep it in the toaster,” she mumbled through chews of her salad.

“I’m trying!” Abielle yelled back as she tossed it once more. Her arms were feeling heavy from how many times she’s done it without rest. This time, the flag flew across the gym, almost hitting Morgan.

Morgan jumped back slightly and nearly choked on her food. “Control,” she reminded.

Abielle groaned, flopping down on the hard floor, “I wanna go home!” She was tired, weak, and not to mention stressed from a week of tests and exams. She just didn’t want to do color guard at that moment despite going to sectionals on her own accord.

Aggravated, she quite literally rolled her way over to her flag. Morgan had tried so hard to hold back a giggle at Abielle’s reflection in the dance mirrors.

Once over to her flag, she wrapped the silk around her body. “I’m taking a nap,” she said dramatically while hugging the pole.

“Night-night,” Morgan chimed as she stifled a laugh.

his name was edogawa. and he was a show girl.

but that was 30 years ago when they used to have a show.

now, it's a disco. but not for edogawa.

still, in the dress he used to wear and faded feathers in his hair.

he sits there so refined and drinks himself half blind.

he lost his youth, and he lost his edgar. and he lost his mind.

a/n - yeah sure! i've been itching for someone in my inbox anyways lmao. also, you didn't specify if you wanted a writing or headcanons, so i just did a drabble.

"god, nagi'! why is your hair so damn fluffy?!" you pout, nearly attacking your partner. the two of you are currently in a predicament: nagito has been tasked with making y'all's dinner, but...

"____, please get off me. you being in my arms just increases my chances of setting the kitchen on fire," he laughs awkwardly while trying to gently push you off of him. "i love you, but this is too much affection especially for you to give to someone as worthless as i."

the glare you give him could rival the knife in his hand with as sharp as it is. "number one: you're not worthless. number two: i just can't! you're just so... agh!" words can't describe how you feel about him. at this point, only sounds can.

"come on.. pretty please?" he gives you puppy dog eyes.

with a sigh, you take a step back. "fine.." you drag your feet dramatically to plop up yourself on the unused counter space.

"thank you.. now.. how am i supposed to cut a brisket?" he asks, tying up his hair.

he looks at you worriedly, hiding under the umbrella shielding you two from the summer sun. "___, can we go inside?"

suddenly, a gust a wind blows straight into your face, knocking down the umbrella and your sunglasses. nagito looks at you worriedly.

"yeah.. we can," you yell, chasing after the umbrella.

Sometimes, stress can get to a person.

Time and time again, you find him on the rooftop. Every time, he leans over the edge as tears roll down his cheeks. And every time, he turns around and smiles.

You're his saving grace. His heart, his world, his everything.

And every time he turns around and sees your sad smile, he can't bring himself to do it.

He truly loves you to the moon and back.
