it is weird that celiac stuff has become part of the 'culture war'. because it's literally just a medical thing.... I get super anemic unless I cut a certain protein out of my diet, because it bulldozes the villi in my intestines. but if I post about it, right-wingers send me gore images. I guess you can't expect shitty people to be logical, but I've even heard lefty people make fun of gluten stuff, and it's like why are you mad about this??? why are you pissed off that I'm eating bread that doesn't taste as good so that I can have blood in my body? it's so morally neutral.

Been there. Dunno about them Applemabobathings, but unless your wireless provider or device manufacturer garbled your Android version (both frequently meddle) or perhaps if it’s old, there should be a feature to switch to a guest account under the the user account icon in the pulldown notification bar. Totally different user session from your main encrypted session, blank default app set. I did learn through disappointing somebody on the city bus once that you do have to manually enable phone calls for guest accounts generally from the primary account’s settings.

Garlic, black currant, gooseberry, tomato, daylily (did you know the whole plant is edible?) and butternut squash were planted deliberately or accidentally, wild grape was transplanted a few feet over, and some other things like wild strawberry, peppermint, dandelion, and plantain were simply left in place for my garden. Beets and stinging nettle will be forthcoming this year.
Got in a few minutes working on this scene yesterday, obviously it’ll take longer. Painting outdoors is a problem because of the brightness of daylight vs the brightness of the screen.
A new piece of hardware was gifted to me recently, a Samsung Note 2, which means mobile digital painting with an actual stylus instead of the rubber-finger-pen! I’m usually tethered to Photoshop so this is nice to expand my reach. I had already paid for Sketchbook Pro, that other time I had Android for a while, but between now and then they changed their pricing model to a yearly subscription so I had to pony up again. Which means I get the desktop version now, which notably has some frame animation tools I look forward to exploring to see what it has and what it doesn’t. I’m guessing GIMP probably has a similar frame tool to photoshop wouldn’t it. I used GIMP 9 or so years ago to make a handful of animated gifs and haven’t had a lot of time on it since, but I don’t recall there being a time slider, a rather necessary tool. Anyways...

The mars black has a neutral saturation whereas the ivory black is bluer and darker. Thus, Mars black for the win.
