Obsessed with these before and afters, gosh food will do the body good. and make you fat. Excited to see what another year of eating well will do…tease me for how much I’ve let myself go. Such a glutton lately, I’m not sure if any of my old fit female friends would even want to work out again with me. They’d prob laugh at me now.

I'm so full that it hurts, but I want to grow so badly

boys who eat mindlessly as they’re doing other things, grazing on a tub of cookies or a bag of chips here and there and then eating meals at meal times, and then going back to their other things and onto realizing at the end of the day that they’re wildly, uncomfortably full

and then lying back in bed and groaning about their lack of foresight
