Long story short, the girl was fighting body dysmorphia and had eating disorder before he met her prince. The guy loves eating, and he managed to heal the girls low self-esteem and helped her recover from her body image issues. They have gained some comfort weight together, as you can tell about the guy.
Now they are facing the world together as a married couple, and fighting to normalize big bodies. They are living a healthy life, they work out regularly, also encouraging people to move their bodies, but eating is an important part of our health, too.
It's easy to go overboard with too much exercise, to develop body dysmorphia due to the pressure from society. However, you can live a happy life missing a day at the gym or just chilling every once in a while, but you can't live without eating. The important thing is that YOU are happy with your body.
So please, eat today.

I stepped on the scale this morning, I'm 75kg for now. I couldn't be happier :)
Today I woke up and my morning weight was 83.3 KG, which means I reached my goal and that I'm already heading towards my new goal, 85 KGππ₯³
I really suck at taking pictures haha, but I finally went to the gym after a week off. It was very busy personally :)
