safe to say I think it's noticeable

So completely stuffed to the brim right now… just going to lay here and rub my belly

Even tho I didn't feel like going the gym at all with this heat, I still went and had an amzing workout :)

The cut is going good, lost some weight but the muscles keep growing💪

Back in the gym, 76KG at the moment. Not too bad if you ask me, but always room to grow
