Had another exam today, that’s 5 down and only 3 more to go! Here’s a picture of my little workspace earlier. After my music exam this morning I did 2 French and 2 chemistry past papers. Now I’m off to bed hahah😴 Happy studying, hope you have/ had a productive day💕 ( also- thank you so much for over 1000 notes on my “guide to productive mornings” post, I am honestly so shocked and thankful!!💖)

I visited University of Chicago today :) really enjoyed the tour and the school was beautiful!
It’s been a while since I’ve made a post, and I figured that these tips might be extra helpful with exam season approaching. As someone who struggles a lot with procrastination, I do everything I can to fight the urge to put assignments off until the last minute (even though I’m not always successful).

Nuts - rich source of vitamin E
Onions - ability to improve important brain function like memory and focus
Oatmeal - reduce risk for heart disease and promotes good flow to the organ system which includes the brain
Rosemary - contains carnosic acid that helps protect the brain from neurodegeneration; protects the brain against chemical free radicals
Salmon - omega-3 fatty acids to help keep your brain running smoothy and improve memory
Tomatoes - contains lycopene that could help protect against the kind of free radical damage to cells which occurs in the development of dementia
Turmeric - helps boost antioxidant levels and keep your immune system healthy; improves brain’s oxygen intake, keeping you alert and able to process information
Yerba Mate - can enhance short term brain power
