I think my favorite Martin expression in the entire show is the one right after Sholto says from behind the door, “Mr. Holmes, you and I are similar, I think.”

It’s one of the most damning expressions in the show, like… why would he make THAT face if it were just a statement of how Sherlock and Sholto are platonically similar?
