I won't lie, I myself had a struggle with Kallamar's shapes 😭 But I figured it out finally 😎

First tip of mine is to decide what headshape you want him to have. In game he has a triangle, but I prefer going for more like a diamond shape, it's easier for me to imagine his head 3D or just draw it in perspective

I think diamond shape looks better as his head, espiecally because when designing him it just seems to be easier to draw his head in diffreant ways and gives him better look. Also it's easier to locate his jaw with a diamond headshape (Like- He doesn't look so goofy when speaking or opening mouth)

Here's example of what I mean:

When I tried to draw Kallamar having triangle head shape, I felt like he got- flat.

And the body is up to you, I feel like head is the biggest struggle. Body can be whatever you prefer, skinny, chubby, whatever you want. I like to break the body down into easy shapes (My art-style is mostly shapes btw)

I suck at explaining, but I hope it helped at least a bit! :3

I always love thinking about these types of questions about Kallamar, although they might sting a little. Did Kallamar ever enjoy a specific type of music or sound before Narinder's imprisonment? Anything he took for granted and now misses dearly?? (Btw I saw your post and started kicking my legs I love your Kallamar and Leshy sm)
