But some of you might not need a billion dollars to feel inspired to try this. What if you did try to finish 20,000 calories in one day? Here's my strategy:
Start with 3 solid high calorie meals:
Breakfast: Peanut butter french toast (4 slices, 1500 calories)
Lunch: Rice bowl (1000 calories). Lightest meal, since you'll probably need a break
Dinner: Pasta inspired by Cheesecake Factory, like Alfredo or Napoletana. (~2500 calories)
For drinks, never have just water. Soda, juice, Gatorade, and sweet teas are all good options. Five 8 oz servings at 200 calories each adds an extra 1000 calories.
Snack with nuts throughout the day. One ounce of pecans is about 100 calories. Have a few handfuls throughout the day and easily add 1000 calories.
Your secret weapon is going to be a shake, of course. This recipe is easy enough to drink - not too heavy, but plenty of calories. Milk, cream, peanut butter, fruit, and of course, weight gain powder. 72 ounces to drink throughout the day, four pints total, enough to spread out with and between your meals. 12,000 calories.
That's 19,000. Top yourself off with spoonfuls of peanut butter or ice cream to push through to the finish, each one has about 100 calories each.

Ooff, this is a hard one for me. I've been very fortunate with @chunkubis-xxx. She's a great sub and feedee, as well as a wonderful partner. The dedication to eating and the discipline they've always practiced would lead them to eat to capacity multiple times a day, and they would be stuffed dawn to dusk. Ready to burst at any given moment. The stretch marks would be insane. With me to encourage them, help them make and eat the food, supplementation, and combined knowledge of nutrition. They would have the roundness belly ever.
So yeah... that's a scenario that I would *LOVE*. Even if it's hypothetical. 😂

26. 500 calories every hour
27. Drink a shake with every meal
28. 4 liters of liquid + at least 5k calories
29. Be as lazy as humanly possible + whole cake
Day 30. 9k calorie day
