So Gravity Falls has quickly become one of, if not my favorite, shows on television right now. Like most, the latest episode had a huge impact on me. I loved everything about it, the writing, the animation, the visuals, the voice acting, characterization, etc. There was so much love and thought and talent that had gone into every aspect that it really inspired me to make an homage to my favorite scene. So I hope you enjoy! And join me in pensive agony as we wait for the next episode this summer.

so glad that gravity falls is back so we can finally discuss how ford sees himself as the protagonist of every story while stan can’t see himself as anything but the antagonist

something something your ex/enemy/situashionship knowing the dead language of your people

post-therapy billford shenanigans, the idea manifested itself in my brain and i drew it out in 20 minutes

some snippets of bill and ford talking to or referencing each other on journal 3. bill just starts writing stuff on the journal while ford is sleep deprived and high on caffeine

he also scribbles some drawings of himself while ford wants to write his shit in peace

then theres also when they first met on the nightmare realm and bill offered a fucking galaxy to whoever finds sixer first

I love how Gravity Falls lurked like some sleeper cell in our collective subconscious until the stars aligned and we went from “that was a cool show” to flooding the feeds with Old Man Yaoi starring J.K Simmons and a triangle.
